how does mer lunar feel about having his hat played with?

think about it this way, normally it's just a hat, a piece of clothing
this here is a fin (ig?). a part of his body. smth he can feel when touched.
and it's sensitive. if smth even grazes against it - he will feel it. now, depending on the intent of the touch, u can get various reactions out of him. (or none at all, it's like if u smeer ur shin against a rock, u acknowledge it but don't really care)
and yes, he did found out about its sensitivity bc of Gemini. sue me.
