my little au thingy

Random thought I have on Gaster (even tho we only see him like once in the game) I never really portrayed Gaster as a skeleton or any relative of Sans and Papyrus, and if I do they aren't biologically related and its a platonic sibling bond.

Back on topic, I was drawing Gaster before he got deleted from existance and thought: “What if he’s like that demon/horn monster we see in Snowdin?” and his appearance (Horns & tail) got distorted when becoming a literal pile of black goop.

So yeah, have some Demon!Gaster content

My headcanons:

Was originally going to lose his horn in the Great War but decided to change it

Gaster is science physics nerd who loves sci-fi movies

Was inspired by Portal and made his own RPG Sci-fi fantasy

Either gets NO work done or disappears into the True Lab for a couple of days working on whatever nerd project he’s building.

Sans is his co-worker/best friend

Papyrus is Sans little brother who Gaster sometimes kidnaps brings to the lab to show him a cool puzzle or project he’s working on (Sans doesn't mind as long Gaster brings Paps home by 7:30pm which is Paps bedtime)

Lost part of his horn after Sans dared him to do a backflip testing the vents in Hotland

Tends to be blunt and straightforward so most people see him as rude, or cold-hearted (is really just being honest and thinks logically about things)

Struggles with Empathy (but not apathetic)

Claims his favorite childhood movie was Treasure Planet but it was really Robots by Blue Sky Studios

Gets a random idea at 3:00am and drags Sans with him (The reason Sans takes frequent naps)

Is introverted and hates social events

Has no arms but can summon multiple hands at will with his magic

Is an Albino Demon Monster, which is why Gaster is a pale white instead of red (idk what color the demon was)

Nickname: Wings, Ding Ding, G, Gigi, Mr. Has-No— Sense-of-Self-preservation

A reminder to all content creators to take a break from creativity. Try out new hobbies or go for a walk! Even reading a book will help avoid and help with burnouts, and I say this from personal experience :/

If you have a Gaster (Someone who tends to isolate or overwork themselves) then try inviting them to hang out or take them for lunch! Checking up on friends can go a long way for a person.

Note on Q&A for the Pocket Crew: Sorry for not answering your Asks! I will get to them eventually but like I said its good to take a break from hobbies once in a while or try out other things. I've been wanting to draw more Font Trio and color palletes.

I typically only upload stuff whenever I feel like it and if I finish it. Sooo i might disappear from my social platforms for like a couple of months or two, I've been absent on my YT Channel for like a year now 💀

the best gaster is the blob gaster. a GOOFY blob gaster. no fancy ass sophisticated tall lanky man. little mad scientist blob.

"haha i wonder what would happen if i just fucking canonballed into this thing i just built" and THAT is how gaster fell into the core.

i check tumblr and i see like 18 notifications people seemed to like my opinions on gaster. anyways big sexyman spamton doesnt sit right with me. canon spamton with the little tiny stick legs and just being this stupid little shithead is the best version. it simply cannot be improved. it is toby's perfect creation.

NTL.. there was a portal malfunction when ford was thrown in there so he was. uh. you know. you know the rest. he fell into his own creation and was shattered across time and space and nobody actually remembers him except for his "followers" (who are fiddleford and stan because in aus that arent dr NTL's they had also fallen into a broken portal.. theyre not all from the same au though and theyre not from NTL's original au where he fell into the portal. this is kinda confusing but hear me out) bill fucking hates him in specific because he doesnt technically exist, and therefor he cant do anything to him. NTL likes to bother him because of it and sometimes pops up in just random places, though most of the time he pops up during or weirdmageddon because its very easy to get into an au while thats happening.

I made Gaster pumpkin. It was fun making it. :)
