After finishing a book, I kiss its front page and sob quietly. I hold it tight and cradle it like a baby. It's my farewell ritual. Afterwards, I don't know if I can find another book that can satisfy the last one I've just read.

Happy Tuesday guys. This is my path of weight loss. From my 18th to my 21st. I'm now 22 and I weight 8st3lbs. I'm still not feeling the way I should do after losing weight, I still feel that I'm big, that I'm not good enough for anyone and that I shouldn't be here. For me, posting this picture is the bravest thing I've done in a while. I'm slowly building confidence in myself and everyone should too. Happy Tuesday guys, you're all beautiful remember that!😘💜
