Astrology really showed me there’s so many different forms of intelligence. I wasn’t a good student in school. I felt so dumb it was so isolating, but now I realize they didn’t know how to teach me. Education is just so one size fits all and that’s why it’s failing so many people

It takes a special kind of brain, a special kinda intelligence to understand astrology, to read a natal chart, it’s such a wealth of knowledge to have, not everyone can do it. Astrology really affirmed that for me and it’s honestly made life so magical.

I know nobody cares…. but Jake Paul (🤢)has such an interesting birth chart. And as someone with huge nostalgia for that era of YouTube (wasn’t a fan but know much more than I should) I want to analyze parts of it for practice so please tag along!!

Taurus Ascendant w/ Exalted Moon: I know I was shocked too! He’s literally so scary but he has this beautiful Ascendant and Moon, but it actually makes a lot of sense. Of the nocturnal sect (like Venus Taurus’s ruler) ,The Moon is a luminary which mean she shines light wherever she is, illuminating whichever house she falls in. The moon is said to rule over the common people, which means she garners a lot of attention. Already we see a theme of influence brewing. Coupled with the Venusian qualities of amiability,and the willingness to relate, we get the makings of a very popular person. So obviously This placement definitely has the making for a social media star, where one of the requirements is to be relatable to garner an audience. Jakes audience was mainly young kids, and you can say he has a bit of an infectious presence.

Moon and Ascendant are in the third decan of Taurus: this is notoriously not an easy place. It’s double Saturn ruled. This is a place we find the more bull headed aspect of Taurus come into play. Where hubris can lead to destruction in some way.

Austin Cuppock calls this decan: A String Of Prayer Beads: It speaks of the interplay of humility and hubris. Natives generally have hard lessons to learn with this subject, and a lot of the times it can be at the cost of opportunities and success.

An example for Jake I can find that corresponds to this Is Jake losing a his Job on the Disney Channel show “Bizaardvark” (With Olivia Rodrigo wtf) due to his actions on YouTube, and a reporter with KTLA.

This occurred when a news reporter was sent to his house whose address was public, To investigate the mysterious fires and screaming fans showing up to his house everyday. He proceeded to act like an asshole when questioned.

Almost immediately afterward he got fired from the show mid season.

Aaaaand this post was long enough so I’ll end it there. This was fun!! But only practice so put the Pitchforks down! Next time I’ll look at that 6h mars because… I have things to say lol .If you had anything to add please feel free✨

On Astrology and Queerness: Ocean Vuong

Just started “On Earth We’re Briefly Gorgeous” and Ocean Vuong’s Scorpio Moon is so loud!!

I feel like I’ve noticed it ever since I read “Time Is A Mother”. He has a thing for really violent imagery to convey emotions. This man must be a Cancer rising because it’s too strong!

This is from “The Bull” and this is one of my favorite lines in the whole book. This whole poem to me was about his relationship with queerness and other boys. As you can see it’s quite intense!

Speaking of queerness he gave a speech talking about queer folk that I think really highlighted his Scorpio Moon “For queer folk failure becomes a necessary practice towards success” I feel this make sense why the ancients say a detriment Moon or Venus can indicate queerness.

Moon and Venus are the two reproductive planets. He has both a Virgo Venus and Scorpio Moon. I find that queer people have to work a lot harder to find what works for them. As that knowledge is really not provided to them in this world. This quote truly exemplifies this fact A planet in detriment has no resources for the planet to function properly. So naturally this would cause a person with these placements to struggle with the themes of the planet and might go through a trial and error period to find what works for them.

Obviously these are not the end all be all placement for queerness (I’m queer and have none of these placements) but I felt it was interesting to look at!!

I don’t know what topics I should cover, I really want to write about the triplicity lords of the 5th house (My favorite house my moons there ❤️) And what gives you Pleasure.

Or maybe A deep dive on the Lot of Eros (yes love is in the brain Venus ruled tings✨) looking at charts including my own and see how they show up! But that’s more of a experiment type thing!

Mercury finding joy in the 1st house is quite beautiful to me. To me it shows how we as humans communicate in all types of ways. Weather that’s Verbal, non verbal, with our bodies, sign language. We are in constant communication.

Writing is so first house coded to me also, I know technically it’s signified in other places buuuut…. To me it’s the connection between the head and heart, producing something only you could uniquely. What’s more first house than that?

The ascendant is said to be the point where the soul meets body. The point on the horizon when you took your first breath. I see Mercury’s Joy there as it expressing your soul, however way you can.

Venus is in Leo I’m so excited! Venus wise the next month looks ok for me. Venus is in my 11th house it’ll cross over my natal Venus!! And She’ll be in my first house by my birthday that’s literally so hot ❤️❤️❤️

You NEED to know the Essential Dignity of your rising sign it’s so important to your life and vitality.

Take maybe Capricorn for example. You can get its general significations by it being Saturns nocturnal house. Yet take a bit further What can the sign being Mars’ exaltation, and the Moon’s detriment say about a person? I know it’s said that these people are workaholics yet I would like to offer a deeper perspective, the natives are enabled to do things that aren’t necessary conductive the body. This allows them to endure in everything from working, to working out. Yet this can be daunting being Jupiter’s Fall they can feel their efforts are harder to achieve.

This helped me, I didn’t really feel like the Venusian part of Libra (As I get older I feel it more) But when I realized it is the fall of the Sun and the exaltation of Saturn it put it in perspective for me. Libra reminds me of the quote from Sense and Sensibility by Jane Austen ‘It is not everyone,’ said Elinor, ‘who has your passion for dead leaves.’

The Saturnian-Venusian combination for me has been a love for ugly things or things deemed ugly by others. Dead Flowers, Old houses, sunken eyes, ect. The fall of the sun;Libra is one not for illusions. It sees something and wants to know the darker truth, and find a way to understand and love it.

The signs and planets rarely show up on their own, I implore you to study your risings Fall Exaltation, Triplicity, it’s decan and bound, to get a better understanding of it.
