I made TEA and it is very WARM
a nourishing, nutritive blend perfect for the menstrual and luteal phases
As random as this is, I made some tea out of a dandelion and a Ricola cough drop because I've had bad pollen allergies and serious depression and read that dandelion is a spiritually grounding and depression-healing plant... and it was actually really soothing. I still feel depressed but I was glad that I did that and that I was able to relax a bit.
