daredevil/matt murdock has THE funniest secret identity situation in marvel comics ever. the first time he almost gets outed, he decides to invent an entire fake twin brother to get around suspicion. then he kills that fake twin after having a triple identity turns out to be too tedious. then a newspaper outs him, and his response is to fake his death and make up a new identity, but this leads to him having a full blown identity crisis-induced mental breakdown which ends with him going back to his old life with barely an explanation and no one even thinks to question why he was dead. a newspaper outs him again and this time his response is to sue them and gaslight everyone into thinking he's not daredevil by vehemently denying it every time he's asked. he keeps up this denial for over a year and at one point it becomes clear that everyone knows he's daredevil and he knows everyone know so he starts messing with them intentionally e.g. the "i am not daredevil" sweatshirt, but no one ever confronts him about it publicly because then he'll sue them too. finally, finally he reveals himself fully in court only because another guy threatened to out him with proof so he decided to do it first out of spite. he gets disbarred and moves to a new state and becomes a celebrity and even gets a book deal for an autobiography. then he saves a group of superpowered babies who reward him by brainwashing the entire world into forgetting all of that ever happened, thus effectively bringing him back to square one secret identity-wise. like where else am i gonna find a superhero who somehow comes up with a more and more convoluted solution every time he's revealed

zutara month 2024 - day 2: diary/journal
love the idea of zuko keeping a journal and secretly an artist. So sometimes when he journals he would get distracted and start drawing whatever caught his attention lately
eventually a certain waterbender finds out about their local firebender's secret :3
can you imagine nanami when you tell him the news that you’re pregnant? he’s happy! of course he’s happy, if not a little shell shocked. he’s quietly discussing the next steps with you as far as making a doctors appointment, getting an ultrasound done to see the little bean and hear it’s heartbeat goes. all of those things sound great. he plans on being at every single baby related event. mentally he’s marking off his calendar for the first appointment.
but in his mind, he’s absolutely freaking out. nanami doesn’t want to add any stress onto you with his concerns, but he has absolutely no clue how he’s supposed to be a father.
his mind reels at the thought of having this tiny person - a perfect mixture of himself and his love - bundled up in his arms. his heart races when he imagines sleepless nights ahead and midnight bottle making. his breaths quicken when he thinks of all the screaming and crying this little person will make while they turn your lives upside down.

that same night nanami returns home with two large bags. he sets them down in the foyer by the front door as you emerge from the kitchen.
“hey, baby,” you greet him as he wraps you up in his arms. his hold is tight, not enough to hurt you of course, but enough that you feel secure in his embrace.
“hi, love.” nanami nuzzles his nose into your hair, sighing as though it pained him to be away from you for a couple of hours. and since finding out about the baby, it sort of did hurt him to leave your side.
he kisses your temple as you glance curiously over his shoulder to the two bags. “what’s this?”
you peer up at your husband, the tips of his ears a pretty shade of crimson. you scoot past him, into the corridor and shuffle over to the bags, peeking inside. your brow arches when you see the items on top and nanami simply watches as you shift the contents of the bag around.
eyes wide, you stare at your husband who wears a cute pink blush across his cheeks as he now avoids looking at you. it makes you giggle as you ask, “kento…want to explain why you bought two enormous bags full of…parenting books?”
