i’m still glad that they showed a same sex kiss on disney between seb and carlos on high school musical the series and it’s the first but i still think tj and cyrus deserved to be the first same sex kiss on disney i remember when terry minsky said if a season 4 of andi mack would to happen she would have a tyrus kiss happen im not hating on seblos and their kiss im glad that it happen and disney let that happen but i wish that would of happen to tyrus too

now we need luke mullen and josh rush to be on high school musical the series luke as seb cousin or brother and josh as ricky cousin or brother or as nini cousin or something idk but now that asher is in it we need luke and josh on there too

i know i said this before but now we need luke and josh to star in high school musical

i think more people are shipping jonah and buffy more then muffy because when asher guest started in hsmts his character jack they compared jack and gina too buffy and jonah or it reminded it of them but i remembered that this ain’t the first time people shipped jonah and buffy we shipped them before and we thought that buffy had a crush on him when cyrus told buffy he didn’t have a crush on jonah anymore and buffy had a crush and we assumed it was jonah because cyrus showed a picture of jonah on a yearbook and he assumed she liked him but turned out she had a crush on walker but now people are shipping jonah and buffy again and i got to admit juffy isn’t bad ship i mean garren and sofia aren’t friends anymore i don’t think but asher and sofia are still friends and i think ships are way better when the actors are still friends in real life like tyrus with josh and luke still being friends soo i agree that juffy is a cute ship forget muffy😊

if anyone still ships muffy then that’s fine juffy or muffy doesn’t matter muffy is still cute all what i was saying is i think ships are better when the actors are still friends in real life when sofia and garren we’re friends they posted and liked a lot of muffy content but i don’t think her and garren interact anymore and they don’t like muffy content anymore but josh and luke are still friends and still like tyrus content to this day they are still the biggest tyrus shippers that’s why i’m still shipping tyrus and all and josh and luke still do also but i’m not being rude or disrespectful towards muffy if you still ship them then continue too but when asher and sofia had scenes together on hsmts people were getting jonah and buffy flashbacks and people were kinda shipping juffy again and i was just agreeing that it wasn’t a bad ship but ship whoever you want i’m not one of those people who are disrespectful and rude towards others who has a different ship then me i think ship wars is toxic and stupid if you don’t agree that they ship whoever they ship and you don’t ship them that’s your opinion but don’t be rude to them about it but juffy and muffy are cute ships i can say i ship both:)

Falling for You || Ricky Bowen x Reader

Summary: Putting up Christmas lights with your best friend leads to something more. 

Word Count: 788

Authors Note: Ya girl got Disney+ so I was like cool lets check out HSMTMTS and like any sane person, I fell in love with Ricky Bowen so here ya go! First thing that I’ve written that isn’t maze runner or newsies so lets see how it goes! 

Warning: CLICHES!! 

There are many controversial issues that are brought up in this climate but arguably the one that you were the most passionate about was how soon Christmas decorations should be put up. 

Should it be before Thanksgiving so you can enjoy the festive lights while chowing down on dry turkey or once December actually rolls around so Thanksgiving can finally get some spotlight? You, however, believed that the day after Black Friday was the most crucial time to decorate for Christmas because ornaments and Christmas lights were cheaper. 

By this time in Utah, the temperatures seemed well past freezing so it was really hard to put up decorations without help. Luckily, you had some assistance. 

“ Ricky! Hold the ladder still I can feel my feet slipping,” You whined as you held onto the rain gutter for support. 

“ Sorry! Maybe we should switch, your parents will kill me if you end up in the emergency room like last year,” He said as his grip on the ladder tightened,” the snow is getting worse by the minute. I can’t even feel my face anymore.” 

You stopped hanging up lights for a second to look down at Ricky, his nose and cheeks were a warm rosy color and little snowflakes covered his brown curls. When you realized that you had been staring at him too long, you turned your attention back to the task at hand. 

Your relationship with Ricky was confusing to say the least. You two were really close until he started dating Nini so for most of sophomore year, you were on your own. It wasn’t until school started back up again that you two became closer, probably since his time wasn’t focused so much on a girl. 

When you thought things couldn’t get weirder, you realized that his laugh was endearing and not annoying and whenever he would smile, you found yourself wanting him to smile again. You were a woman of science and while you knew that love is just a chemical reaction, you knew well enough that you were falling for your best friend. 

“ Your face is perfectly fine,” You said under your breath as you continued hanging the lights,” what a cute moron.” 

Ricky smiled to himself, not knowing if he should’ve heard that or not. Ricky questioned a few times if you did like him, he knew you like the back of his hand yet lately, you had been acting so different. You two used to hug and playfully hold hands but lately, it was like you were avoiding it. Ricky, however, knew his feelings well. 

“ Yes! I think I did it,” You raised both of your hands up haphazardly in triumph, not realizing that you had messed up your own balance.

The ladder fell backward and you found yourself falling midair, trying to grab onto anything. 

Ricky snapped himself out of a daze and positioned his arms out to catch you but you were falling too fast. While you technically landed in his arms, the momentum sent the two of you falling back into the powdery snow. 

You both grunted as soon as you hit the ground, both of your heads knocking into each other. Your eyes were still closed in pain but a dumb part of you thought that maybe if you didn’t open your eyes, then he couldn’t see you blushing hard. 

After recovering for a second, Ricky instinctively used one hand to hold onto your waist and the other went straight to cup your cheek,” A-Are you okay? Anything broken?” 

You kept your eyes shut and simply shook your head which prompted more concern from Ricky. 

“ You don’t seem okay, just open your eyes Y/N,” He said, his voice filled with worry. 

You hesitantly opened your eyes and even Ricky let out a soft gasp when he realized how close the two of you were. Your faces were mere centimeters away from each other and now it was Ricky’s turn to blush. 

Ricky didn’t know if it was because of his mild concussion or his heart banging against his chest but without thinking, Ricky sighed softly,” Guess you really fell for me huh? Lucky me.” 

You could literally feel his heart beating as he tucked a strand of hair behind your ear. You couldn’t think of anything to say so instead of blabbering on and making an awkward fool of yourself, you leaned into Ricky and kissed him. Ricky raised his eyebrows in surprise but immediately melted in your touch, softly kissing you back. 

You were the first to pull away and instead of seeing a face of rejection, you saw his dorky face plastered in a big goofy smile,” Yep. I’m definitely lucky.”  

Where are the tissues sis, because that last episode of HSMTMTS has your girl sobbing.

Not me watching the first season of High School Musical: The Musical: The Series in one night after only watching the 1st movie and barely remember the 2nd.

Nope. Not me.

still think it’s really funny how there’s a high chance of breaking bad and high school musical taking place in the same universe around the same time

Ok so I know a lot of people are upset with the kiss between Portwell being a cliffhanger. Honestly, I was too! But the more I think about it, the more I think it was a really smart move.

Think about it. If they HAD kissed then the anti Portwells would be attacking the show about how they made a 22 year old kiss an at the time 16 year old. We'd NEVER hear the end of it. By the time the third season comes out Sofia will be a legal adult. And sure there will still be complaints about the age difference, but Sofia will be an adult so it won't matter.

Plus the ending, though INCREDIBLY ADORABLE, was a little rushed. Next season I'd like to see something interrupt them before they could kiss and the first few episodes just be about them trying to get that kiss and continously being interrupted. You know, like those "five times they tried to kiss, and one time they actually did" kind of stories. That way when they do finally kiss it'll be 100x better.

Overall though I'm satisfied because PORTWELL NATION WON!!!

And there wasn't a hint of Rina anywhere 🤭

Things that need to happen in season 3 (pt. 1)

1. They’re gonna have a summer musical, and it’ll be ‘The Little Mermaid.’ for the auditions they all sing ‘Part of Your World’ in the way they did ‘Belle' for the spring musical.

2. E.J. serenades Gina with a song he wrote about her on the 4th of July, then they kiss when the fireworks go off. But when the fireworks boom they jump at the noise and Gina bites his bottom lip, and E.J. bites her tongue.

3. The fireworks that scared them spelled out ‘Portwell,’ and when Gina notices it she asks “how on earth did you get the fireworks to spell our ship name? That must’ve cost a fortune!” “ You’ve met my dad right? His name is literally ‘Cash’” E.J. says which causes them to both laugh uncontrollably.

4. E.J. and Jack meet when Portwell were on a date.

5. Jamie surprises Gina when she was on a lunch date with E.J.
