Mr Ram Kumar Raj Bhandari, record holder for the Original Everest Marthon (3:40:23 in 2013) and winner of the Tenzing Hillary Everest Marathon in the same year, chilling on an outcrop near Dingboche. Both races start at Everest base camp and finish in Namche, a journey that typically takes trekkers 2 days.
This time of year there will be tents and expeditions in place. I would like to have seen that and felt some of the vibes. Maybe next time.
