You wake up to the feeling of your girlfriend stirring next to you. When you roll over she’s on her phone and you move to bury your face in her neck.
“What are you doing?” You sleepily ask her.
“Nothing,” she says with a funny lilt to her voice. “Did you sleep well?”
“I did. Did you?”
“Yeah. I always sleep well next to you, detka,” Natasha says. You softly kiss her neck and she sighs contentedly before pulling you closer.
The two of you lay there for a while before Nat’s phone dings and she unceremoniously rolls out of bed. You reach for her and she kisses your cheek before leaving the bedroom.
When she comes back, she’s got a bag in her hands and a smile on her face.
“You know I’m not a chef, but I wanted to get you breakfast in bed. Or I mean we can eat in the kitchen if you want-I just wanted to-“
“It’s perfect, Natasha. You’re so amazing, my love,” you say as you stand up out of bed. You pull her in for a long kiss and she’s almost giddy when you pull away.
The two of you go to the kitchen and she sets out the food. You can’t help but laugh at what she’s ordered.
“Nat, did you order the food from the song?”
“I don’t know what you mean,” Nat answers with a knowing smirk. She sits next to you at the table. You hold her hand.
“Are you sure? Because what I see here is-“ you start but Natasha cuts you off singing the song.
“Maple syrup, coffee, pancakes for two, hash brown, egg yolk, I will always love you,” she sings softly and you could cry at how adorable she is. She kisses the back of your hand softly and your heart flutters.
“Thank you, Natasha,” you say before you kiss her. “I will always love you too. And I didn’t know you even knew that song.”
“Of course I do. You only play it all the time, y/n,” Natasha says.
You laugh and enjoy your breakfast with her. You are overwhelmed with love as you think about her being the kind of person who orders you breakfast based on one of your favorite songs.
You will always love her.
