Inej tells him she needs his help, and he says “of course, love. Doing what?” before hearing anything. She reveals she needs Jesper to kill a man for her, causing him to grin, surprised. He asks why him, with her skills with knives (“you’ve got as many knives as I’ve got teeth”), and Inej replies that he knows why already. He agrees, and asks her how is getting him to kill different than doing it for herself, and Inej asks again if he’ll help. Jesper reiterates her willingness to help her, but Kaz arrives interrupting the conversation and demanding Jesper’s help with a job, causing Inej to disappear as stealthily as she came. Jesper looks around and, admirative, he says, “She did it again.”]
