Cat demon Tribe and the Wolf demon tribe. The both weren't on good terms which is why a arrangement was set. The marriage between Y/n and Kouga was to be set, the two leaders to destroy what disagreements they had and stop this ridiculous rivalry.

Kouga, had nothing but the up most respect for you. So did some of the wolf demon tribe members. Those 'Some' being the few you grew up with as a child. You'd never thought in a million years your parents would force you to marry.

Kouga, willing to wait. A total gentleman, not to mention beautiful and agile. Though, you...not with any of it. More like you hated Kouga. Dispite your uncooperative-ness Kouga loved you anyway.

Avoiding him at all costs because you wouldn't deny you were attracted to him, you just wanted to live in denial.

A warm evening you decided to go for a bathe in a nearby pond. Bringing soaps and shampoos, which a human friend of yours 'Kagome' gave to you as a gift. You set your items down and began to strip. Neatly folding your clothes, you jump into the water; fully submerging yourself.

You relaxed completely under water, enjoying the way the mini current felt on your face. That was until, you sensed something..rather someone. Quickly bringing your head above water you turn around to see who it was. Your fiancé sat at the edge of the pond.

"Hey Y/n." He said softly,"I didn't know cats loved water." You stared at him blankly.."Mm, delightful.."

Kouga chuckled,"Is it okay if I hop in?"

"Yes, I was getting out anyway", You say with a tinge of annoyance in your voice. Going to the opposite end of the body of water to get out.

Kouga raised a brow,"Getting out? Oh come on, I saw you just get in." Oh, you'd been caught, like a deer in headlights.

You feel your cheeks burn, realizing what he had said. You turned to face him before scolding him, "Y-You watched me?! So you're a pervert! I knew I-". Stopping mid sentence as he was fully naked and getting in the pond. You were visibly flustered as the sight before you. "O-Oh my god!" Quickly turning around, your mouth gaped as you looked at the picture in your mind.

Kouga slowly making his way to you,"Y/n I don't mind if you look at me...". Still stunned, you fan yourself with your hand and whisper, "Be gone bad thoughts be gone.."

"Oh? I thought I was a pervert.."

You turned around to face him,"Look here you– Im-!.." Is he doing this on purpose?! Its like he's trying to get you to see his body. You turned around and because of how much taller he was than you; your eyes meet at his chest. Sculpted abs, toned biceps, his curved collar bone– then up to his neck, that delicious adam's apple. His jawline was well-defined and sharply angled, like it could cut anything with a simple touch. Then, his face. Handsomely majestic–

You knew you were staring, you were checking him out and it was plain as day. He didn't say anything, he just watched you do so as you day dreamed. When you snapped out of it, you took a deep breathe before turning away.

Kouga wouldn't let you, he pulled your arm back. "Hey..Why avoid me again? It's not going to stop you from marrying me you know."

I laugh,"So far its worked–"

Kouga sighed,"Thats because I let you be. I could bug you like I am now, but I didn't." He reaches for your hand, he guides it to his chest. Sliding your hand along his torso. Pulling you in close, his free hand looping around your body and placed on your waist.

Kouga's voice, whispering: "You can't run from me forever"

You whisper back,"I will..watch me."

Kouga sighs,"What do I have to do to get you to love me?"

"Nothing, because it's not happening."

Kouga narrows his eyes, raising a brow. He smirks,"Sweetheart, you've been feeling me up for the past 5 minutes.."

"You started it..", you hissed.

"You're right, but I let your hand go. So, A: it seems like your hand has a mind of it's own..or B: You're the pervert."

You look at your hand and, its migrated up to his bicep...You retracted your hand and walked around him with annoyance. "You're starting to get on my nerves!" You couldn't stay any longer or you were for sure to give in to your desires.

You should've known, nothing would get past him. "Y/n, will you please stop avoiding me." He follows after you, "I don't understand why you don't like me so much. I can assure you we can come to an agreement– I promise to treat you like a goddess." You turn around facing him.

"You hardly know me, why are you okay with this marriage?"

"I just want to stop this useless fighting"

"So you admit you're using me to get my tribe to side with yours? Hm? What tired of having so many enemies?",you smirk.

"No! I'd never do that Y/n..I just want all this ridiculous rivalry to come to an end. I want everyone to be happy."

You fold your arms. Kouga reaches his arms out to you,"You know, Im more than willing to protect and cherish you."

You back up, and Kouga walks forward with an soft empathic smile. "W-What if I dont want to." You continue to back up, Kouga persistent, he continued in your direction. "We'll come to a conclusion, help me understand."

Your back hits the edge of the pond, Kouga stops in front of you. "Help you understand huh.."

You scoffed,"Understand this..I dislike you..." Kouga caged you against the pond wall, both hands on each side of you. "Is that so..do you..dislike me as a man? Or as a person?"

"Both..", you said unsure. Kouga's not dumb, he's far from it. He can read you like a book. He leans in, his face now in front of yours. "Tell me..what you dislike about me, and I'll fix it for you."

His gorgeous face a few inches away from yours. 'H-He's gotta be doing this on purpose', you think to yourself.

"I'm sick of you, and your pretty face. Your attractive body too. It's– Annoying." You admitted embarrassed. Kouga chuckles,"Oh..You want me to fix your attraction towards me?" He said with a large smile.

You stand there flustered not knowing what to say.. but definitely enticed by his lips as he was enticed by yours. "So?..Do you want to consider loving me someday? Or keep living in denial, hm?"

A finger under your chin, making you look at him; your arranged fiancé. His blue eyes look back into your orange eyes. "...You're really pushing for this huh?" You whisper as you gaze at his lips. Have they always looked so bite-able, so kiss-able like that?

"I am, if you let me. I will give everything you want and more." Kouga looked down at you with a gentle smile, his k-9's peaking past his lips. Kouga leans in, still using his finger to keep your eyes on him.

Your dark cheeks tented a slight red, you shut your eyes closed tight. Expecting to be kissed by Kouga. Though when you felt nothing you opened one eye looking back at him confused. Both eyes opened, batting your eyelashes at him. "I thought you were.."

"Hm? Gonna kiss you?"

You nod, this making Koga smile. Maybe he was getting some progress from you. "You mean you want me to kiss you?" Feeling bashful you nod just a tiny bit, realizing what you'd just admitted to wanting to kiss him. Once again, it was obvious you were attracted to Koga. Even to him, he could see it from a mile away.

"Thats..not what I ment to say–"

Koga smirks,"Then what?~ hm..I'll kiss you, if you want me too."

You scowl,"I did but no! You're pissing me off. If you haven't realized, this is inappropriate! We've been so close together, naked in this springs and now you're trying to get me to admit I want to ki-"

You went silent, with a pair of lips pressed to yours. Your hand instinctively going to his shoulder, as Koga pulls you in close. You sighed into his lips, finally giving in to some sort of affection from him. Koga pulls away, leaving you a breathless, heart-fluttery mess.. "See what happens when we come to an agreement and talk like adults?"

"Shut up..", you rolled your eyes, tugging at his arm. He took your subtle hint.

Koga smiles, leaning close,"Yes ma'am". Once again kissing you, and you gladly kissed back. Letting him lead, you followed his fluid like motions. Your eyes closing, pulling him in close and him doing the same.

Giving into to Koga felt wonderful. Being able to melt into his touch..could I feel like this all the time Im with him? His left hand on your waist and right on your cheek. Your hands on his chest, the both of you fit together like a steamy puzzle piece. When it seemed like the two of you were about to get carried away–

"Koga! Koga! We've got some trouble with the Northern Wolf Demon tribe."

Another voice,"Hey Sis!"

You yelp as you pull away, mid kiss– hiding behind Koga. "Ginta? Hakkaku?" You peak from Kouga's shoulder. The wolf demon with a spikey white mohawk spoke,"Wow! You're finally getting along?"

You visibly flustered,"We are Not!" You scowled. Hakkaku tilts his head in confusion,"Really? Because to me it looked like the two of you were a bout to-

Koga clears his throat, interruption Hakkaku. "E-Enough...now you two can head that way..I'll be right behind you."

The boys nod then take off. Hakkaku waves,"Bye sis! Glad to see you're finally coming along!"

Your eye twitches,"Don't call me that–"

Koga smiles,"You should probably stop denying it." You stare at him blankly, and scoff. Kouga gets out of the pond, shaking off what water he can before putting his clothes back on.

He smiles brightly at you,"Its okay, I know you love me. Its only a matter of time before you accept it, and when you do. I'll be waiting."

You fold your arms, embarrassed you look away. "As if! go run off to your tribe." Kouga, fixes his last clothing needed. "I'll catch you later, okay? Next time we meet I'll be sure to do something sweet for you!" He says starting his light jog.

"Stop being so nice to me!" You shout as he gets farther and farther away.

You hear a light laughter from his direction. "Just trying to help you chose beautiful ♡!" He shouts from what now is a cyclone zipping away.

....You sit in the pond..shivering..

"Sheesh. Some fiancé...he could've helped me wash my hair before he left...", you mumble. Smiling to yourself as you place your fingers on your lips..

.."I cant stand him ♡"

Yan Sesshomaru x GN Reader. 

Synopsis: A bit of pessimism is wise when dealing with the demon lord that is essentially attached to your hip.

Warnings: Yandere themes, kidnapping/unhealthy relationships, and mentions of violence (not against the reader).

Word Count: 700.

Your legs felt like they couldn’t stand back up however much you wanted them to. If you could have something that you and you alone wanted in your now mundane life. You don’t have a permanent home anymore; the only things attempting to resemble such a thing are places where Lord Sesshomaru tells you you can rest up. But here the grass almost felt soft and the breeze wasn’t too cold.

But here Lord Sesshomaru looks almost relaxed. 

His eyes are half closed and his hands rest on his white robes. It seems there is still some distance between them though, because there didn’t seem to be any noteworthy wrinkles across the stainless fabric.

In your hands, which would have rested too if the demon did not request them to work again, lies Lord Sesshomaru’s soon-to-be second most prized moment of his lifetime – a long braid made of his hair going down from his neck to his lower back.

“Should I… forage some flowers to decorate your hair, my lord?”

He doesn’t answer. Instead he blinks as he stares up at the cloudless sky. Slowly but surely though, he shakes his head.

“Understood.”

That is what you have been trained to say throughout the months you spend being forced to cling to Lord Sesshomaru’s side. If he was busy, he entrusted Jaken to watch over you – even though the servant wasn’t a quarter as powerful as him, he still had the capabilities to take on armies by himself.

You obey his orders just as well as Lord Sesshomaru’s, unless the two had differing viewpoints. If so, you picked Sesshomaru over him every time. After all…

After all, who is the full fledged demon who can slaughter villages in mere seconds? Who has poison in his sharp nails that has enough toxin to paralyze someone faster than they can blink or is acidic enough to dissolve their bones? Certainly not you.

So you endure most things that come with being Lord Sesshomaru’s teammate. If that role is what you are and not some poor traveler he stumbled upon in the middle of a heavy thunderstorm, that is.

He dislikes it when you say you are essentially held captive. But he still does nothing to stop you. Perhaps he simply doesn’t care? You hope so, sometimes. But sometimes you don’t; because while Lord Sesshomaru hasn’t shown any animosity towards you whatsoever, if he simply didn’t care about what you did and said that means he can easily get rid of you.

He can easily kill you.

“My lord?”

Once more, he doesn’t respond.

Is it best to ask again?

“My lord?”

The silence does nothing to change itself – Lord Sesshomaru does nothing to change his posture or to change his attitude or to change himself.

From the bushes behind you, you hear something shuffle among the blades of grass, the fallen tree leaves, and the berries that litter the thorny ground.

A familiar cackling – it’s Jaken; and most likely Rin following him from behind.

“My lord! I got as you requested, my lord!”

For the first time since the moment you four all stopped for a break, Lord Sesshomaru turned his neck around. You can swear that you heard the bones crack within.

He looks at Rin first and not the basket of flowers Jaken holds, a small smile on his lips.

“Did you have fun?” He asks, his voice as gentle as when he speaks to you when you are near asleep. 

She nods.

“I am glad.”

After a few more seconds of waiting for his lord to take the plants he foraged, Jaken places the basket next to your sat on knees. If Lord Sesshomaru wasn’t this close, you are certain that Jaken would have murmured curses under his breath.

Rin falls back asleep as soon as she leans on a tree nearby. Jaken follows her example.

“Shall we start?” Lord Sesshomaru asks. 

Hearing Rin’s snores makes you much more relaxed than before. So, you smile as you nod.

I love this anime so much! It was one of my first ones, I was like, 5 or 6 when I first saw it, and it meant a lot to me for a long time, and I still really like it!

Inuyasha relationship headcanons

If I have to think about a very stubborn anime character, Inuyasha would come to my mind instantly (among others, of course).  So I would like to start there.

Doesn't matter if you are a human or a demon/half-demon, hell you could be anything, if you disagree with him, brace yourself then, it will be a long day. He is so entitled to his opinions and feelings, he can hurt you with his blunt words, but he will feel terrible later when he realizes the impact.

If you into those relationships which have those love/hate vibe in the beginning, he is your man. You can argue with him all day long, both of you would have a comeback every time.

He's really bad with apologies. Most of the time, he will know when he needs to say something, but he needs space to cool down and think about the whole situation.

He will reach out to you eventually. Listen, don't stress this out. He is a big tsundere, sassy and sharp-tongued, but once he finds out that he loves you, he puts all of his feelings into the relationship. In his own ways, of course, he is not the type who will tell you how much he loves you all the time, he will show you.

And this is why the whole reaching out for your part is important: he will try his best to make things better. To resolve the conflict, whatever it was that made you fight this time. He will even take his time to pick some flowers or anything nice for you. He just wants you to smile again. He probably won't say anything, or you will only hear a very silent, sorry, but you don't really need him to say anything at all, to be honest.

To make things clear, it's really rare that your regular fights end up like that: mostly, both of you learned to understand and accept the other person, you both know each other too well at this point to hurt each other that bad. It only happens when the conversation gets really, really heated, which is extremely rare.

In the beginning, you have to break the ice. He will notice that he is drawn to you, but he will be in denial for a time. He won't stop talking to you or spending time with you, but he gets embarrassed easily, he will blush like crazy, and that's when the denial happens.

He needs some time to build up confidence and trust around you, so be relentless to spend time with him anyway, and don't call him out for everything. You being understanding and patient can fasten up this part.

But once he warmed up to you and the idea of being in a relationship, he is a very loving boyfriend.

Even if you are a demon/half-demon, he is protective of you, let alone if you are a human. If it's the latter, he will watch over you even more.

Dates with Inuyasha are mostly peaceful and very casual, like a picnic somewhere in the forest or near to a big flower field (just watch out for the bees!). He really doesn't care what are you two doing, as long as you are together.

Inuyasha is a very loving person, sometimes he is not great at remembering things, but he will listen to you and try his best to remember the important things, like everything that makes you happy.

She should also hurry so she won't be late for the university. Quickly, she left the gift in the center of the bed and then headed towards the stairs, her mother and her grandfather had left to do some shopping for the house.

On the other hand, if Kanae had known what was going to happen to Kagome that morning, she would have accompanied and protected her little sister so that she wouldn't suffer as much as she did in the beginning.

When you get into a car before getting in, he will open the door for you to enter and if he feels in a particularly good mood he will place the seat belt to you. *you see, for her it's kind of funny since Sesshy denied more than two thousand marriage proposals when he was young (it upset his mom a lot, after all, who will take care of you when your mother is gone sessh?)

*don't tell her that I told you but to see that her son was not simply someone without feelings but that perhaps he just needed time to find that special someone, made her feel strangely happy (my woman thought that her son was going to die alone 💀).

*if you are human he will be much more worried about you than he would be if you were a demon or half demon

* this is because even if you are a formidable warrior you can die (I mean have you seen Midoriko?, she was one of the most powerful priestess but even she couldn't handle that much)

*in the inuyokai's head, humans are fragile and annoying beings... except you, rin, kohaku and kagome she falls a bit into his category of non-obnoxious humans, pfff-

* even before he told you about his desire to woo you he researched as much as he could about ways to prolong human life

*This is because even if you reject his courtship offer, he will never stop loving and caring for you.

"When a demon falls in love, he does with such force that all his thoughts revolve around that special being for them."

*if you're from the same time as Kagome he'll be curious but won't show it

*you know?, the demon lord is so cute, his pride sometimes doesn't let him ask such simple things about your time. This is mainly because he thinks that some of his questions have obvious answers and he doesn't want to come off as a jerk.

*some of the questions that he will never ask are: “are the clothes of your time all the same?”, “are there no yokais anymore?”

*so instead of asking that he has decided that he will only listen to what you answer to others to inform himself too.

*if you say something from your time or if you make any cultural reference from your time he will just look at you while waiting patiently for the meaning behind what you just said.

*this also applies if you are a foreigner and you miss a non-Japanese word

“Carajo…”, you muttered a curse in your native language when you reminded yourself that you forgot your math books.

Sesshomaru turned to look at you with his cold gaze, only this time there was an imperceptible sparkle of curiosity in them, "What?"

“…Nothing”, ohhh- now what were you going to do? the exam would be in four days!

*shoulder kisses is more something he enjoys doing

*you see, your shoulders look so delicate and soft between his big demon hands that he can't help but kiss them when the situation allows him to.

You felt bad thinking that Sesshomaru probably hadn't eaten or drunk anything while waiting for you outside the well.

You knew of his tendencies to follow you, mostly driven by concern for your well-being. You swore that if he could, he wouldn't hesitate to cross the well to follow you to the modern era.

You smiled with amusement imagining Sesshomaru trying to fight against the buildings. He probably would think they were demons with strange armors.

You stifled a laugh when another image appeared in your mind, thinking of Sesshomaru's reaction upon seeing a car.

The feeling of being watched didn't take long to arrive. You turned slowly, still with some amusement in your eyes.

Sesshomaru's golden eyes merged with the rich color of yours. One of his thin eyebrows raised with disguised curiosity, clearly asking you something like, "What do you find amusing?"

You simply smiled with feigned guilt as Sesshomaru closed his eyes again, apparently understanding that he would probably never understand a bit of what you were saying. What you didn't know was that Sesshomaru now felt a bit of compassion for his younger brother... surely Inuyasha also didn't understand sometimes the woman from your era who accompanied him.

You directed your gentle gaze to Rin, whom you were gently tucking in to sleep. The poor girl sometimes woke up because of the nightmares, but you hoped the chocolate milk you gave her before bed today would help her sleep.

With a small smile you turned to see Jaken who had fallen asleep, he still had in his hands the empty box of strawberry milk that you gave him and he grabbed it saying: “I'm going to take it but it offends me a lot.”

You shook your head as you took the box away to throw it in the trash. Even though Jaken shouted that he didn't like strawberry milk, you knew he had become addicted to that stuff.

Now that you think about it, Sesshomaru has never eaten or drunk anything from your time. You wondered if it would be a bad idea to give him something.

A smile rose to your lips as an idea appeared in your mind. You stood up from your spot heading to your bag, to tell the truth you have hungry too.

The gentle smell of instant soup that emanated from the cups when you poured hot water made a sigh of satisfaction escape your lips. You couldn't wait for them to be ready.

You patiently counted the minutes as you turned off the electric stove that ran on those cheap batteries you bought at the store near your house. You thanked the gods for bringing the stove; Kagome was right, the machine is a savior.

You tested the contents of the two soups to see if they were ready to eat. And a contented sigh escaped your lips when you saw that they were indeed ready.

You stood up with both soups in your two hands while trying to keep the chopsticks on top of the cup.

You prayed that the chopsticks wouldn't fall, and luckily for you Sesshomaru wasn't far away.

His eyes open without any hurry as you sit next to him. You feel a little bad; he was probably falling asleep when you arrived.

You saw the exact moment when his eyes shone with disguised curiosity when you placed the soup near him.

An exchange of glances was all you needed to know that he was waiting for an explanation.

"It's soup," you said.

Sesshomaru stared at you for a moment before speaking, "I, Lord Sesshomaru, don’t eat human food."

You hummed absentmindedly, not really paying attention; perhaps you were getting too used to that phrase.

"Well, it's delicious; it would be terrible if you didn't try it at least once in your life."

"And what will you do if I don't like it?"

You pretended to think, although you were actually enjoying your soup, "you can throw it at Jaken...", you replied without thinking.

Sesshomaru remained silent for a moment before taking the soup. You watched expectantly as he brought the chopsticks to his mouth, but really, can you blame yourself? You were curious to know if Sesshomaru would like instant soup.

You stayed watching his expression without knowing if his expression meant he liked it or not; he looked unreadable.

You closed your eyes for a moment, and when you opened them again, Sesshomaru was handing you the empty cup of soup.

"It was fine."

Now, how would he react if someone of european descent, who are in average a bit taller and curvier than Asians, in their mid twenties turned up? And they had a hair colour that isn’t black? Because yes, his entire family has white hair, Shippo has reddish-brown hair, but most Asians have black hair. Disrespect and impudence. As a powerful daiyōkai lord, Sesshōmaru demands respect and deference from those around him. He would not tolerate a partner who spoke to him rudely, defied him, mocked him, or did not show him proper respect.

Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habits of theirs?)

Given Sesshōmaru's aloof and dignified nature, he likely does not require much sleep as a powerful dog demon. However, when traveling with his human s/o, Sesshōmaru would make sure they had time to properly rest each night. He would sit up against a tree, remaining alert to protect them as they slept. Sesshōmaru would rarely sleep himself, but on occasion, he would allow his s/o to lay their head in his lap as he dozed lightly, one hand gently resting on their hair. These quiet, intimate moments at night were some of the only times Sesshōmaru would let his guard down, a sign of his deep trust in and affection for his s/o, even if he didn't express it openly. Despite his usual cold demeanor, he found a certain peaceful comfort in watching over them as they slept soundly under his protection.

I’ve been binge non watching inuyasha as I study and it brung up so many nostalgic crush feelings for that young man. I came here to read a fanfic and wow there are NONE. The sess fans are strong for sure but like what about my boy?!?! So I’ve decided to write a fanfic of aged up inuyasha (because I’ve seen some smut and he still has the energy of a teen which is weird)

I’m thinking arranged marriage au which mature inuyasha gets dragged off to meet his fiancee a grey fox half demon(is full demon except once a month she turns fully human) Her demon father/step mother want to get rid of her and appease the dog demon clan. Inuyasha helps her run away and live freely with his gang but ends up bonding deeply and of course I gotta through some kagome jealousy in there.
