This episode was so good. It killed me. Brought me back to life. I laughed. I giggled like a child. I melted in the floor vicariously in the name of Bim. Stellar.

Look. We know what we like, OK? And it’s a wild-eyed, tousle-haired man who is funny, and smart, and so fucking engaged that chatting with him is like looking at the sun for too long, while wearing absolutely no protective glasses.

We knew we had to come back from hiatus with a bang and there’s just none bangier than Mr M. We chatted for literal hours (because he’s a generous guy with lots of good thoughts and honestly, we didn’t wanna get off the Zoom call, to be honest.)

Nichole and Bim gasping IN UNISON when Jason brought up Moonlighting, and said it was one of his favorites.

i feel like there was a bit of a missed opportunity in that scene where Dionysus tells Percy he has to go on the quest because Poseidon is his father and he must obey the will of the gods, and Percy outright refuses. like I was expecting grapevines and everything. i think that would've been a good way to establish Mr D's lack of tolerance for the campers and how he resents heroes
