Does anyone else have conflicted feelings about the changes from the book in the PJO show, bc I would love to see a fully book accurate show, but I also love the changes that are being made. They make sense in the story, everything is in character, and it still feels like Percy Jackson, even if it's not entirely book accurate. What I really need is the show released as it is, and then at the end, i need videos of the actors playing around on set doing the book accurate scenes that were changed.

I JUST WOKE UP AND RE-READ 'Pretty like the sun' AND I COMPLETELY FORGOT TO LINK THE "sea-life coin" BACK INTO THE STORY.

Spoilers for PJO episode 7
• the layout of the underworld is very different from the book, but pretty much how I would have imagined it
• Rick really set us up with giving Percy 4 pearls just to have Grover loose one
•SALLY JACKSON SUMMONING POSEIDON WITH A MATCH AND MELTED ICE CREAM WAS CRAZY
•Annabeth getting stuck in the forest because of her regrets is awful, she’s done no wrong
•these episodes feel way to short, I was hoping to see the battle between Percy and Ares but I’ll wait
• watching the shoes fly into the pit was a lot more stressful than reading it
• can’t wait to see Luke be totally normal in the next episode 😊😊

as a fan of the books as well as the tv show ima js go out a say some of the book fans are too damn picky. rick has had over 10 years to think and redo things to make the series how he wants it to be. if i wrote books almost 20 years ago and had a choice to make a tv show, i would change shit too. if y’all want a carbon copy of the books, then read the damn books and stop hating on the cast.
