- exaggeratedly lifts his legs over the string at the line “pick up your feet”
- dips below the next string in time with a guitar sfx
- doing this all to thwart burglars around still being ‘in time’ for the superbowl (“around the clock”)
- right after “jinglin’ feet” Charlie steps in the trap
