I never appreciated how much Sora is just -stand still and smacks-
And Riku is -360 kickflip full circle defence activate-
I’d like to add that going through the stages of grief isn’t always a straight shot. Sometimes you go through more than one stage at once. Sometimes it feels like you take one step forward and two steps back. It would be interesting to see Sora move between forms depending on what he feels instead of just one at a time, or even blend certain forms together.
Example: Anti form involved darting around and slashing at things with his claws, while Rage form allowed him to use his Keyblade. Maybe a blending of the two forms means that he can’t always use the Keyblade (basically a 50/50 chance of Sora being able to summon the Keyblade while in that form), or that it becomes broken/damaged and Sora can only use it for a certain amount of time before using his claws again. Thoughts?
Concept: 5 different alt forms for Sora based on the 5 stages of grief.
Denial=Anti
Anger=Rage
Bargaining=???
Depression=???
Acceptance=???

Okay, I see your a big KH fan, and I know nothing of the series. But I have a ps2 and have been eyeing the first two games at a local used game store. Should I get both games to play finally?
Yessss you totally should!! KH2 holds up way better than KH1 does but they are both very fun games in their own right and I'd definitely recommend playing them if you want to get into the franchise!
Just a little heads up though: The story is still quite comprehensible in KH1 but unless you also played the two 'spin-off' games that come between the numbered titles you will not understand what is going on in KH2 </3
This scene from Inside Job always makes me think of Saix telling Axel to kill Roxas in KH2
