That was the term they used to coerce you into accepting your fate. Being a nobody with no emotional connections made you an easy target. First they track you down and erase your identity, then it’s off to a training facility that made marine boot camp look like a dream.
In lighter terms you were a field agent of sorts but everyone in the facility knew the truth. They were training you all to be mercenaries.
Less than fifteen seconds to disarm bombs and only ten to assemble an automatic rifle. You were a dog of the government, that was your only purpose. Don’t ask, don’t stop, and don’t miss. Those were the rules of Siege.
