Hello! I’m not actually sure where to find them online (I’m looking too for a cosplay I’m doing!) but I know that some home improvement stores sell LEDs! That’s where my brother gets his :D

If you look up on Amazon "individual LEDs", you can find listings of packs of individual LED lights. All they require is a little battery and electric tape to light them up. If you look up Kamui cosplay's videos, you can see what kind of lights I'm talking about and how she uses them.
Ah okay! My aunt does costuming stuff and she suggested a website to me, but I can’t recall the name at the moment. I will post it when I find it again though!
