Fallen Ships (chapter 1)
I look at my newest post, satisfied. It's my newest fanfiction, which is about 1,000 words+. It's Johnlock, and I've got to tell you, it's one of my proudest works. I log out and clear my search history (so my parents don't see it) and close my laptop. I look around my room, trying to find something decent enough to leave the house in. I eventually find a sweatshirt (which I'm pretty sure has hole somewhere) and sweatpants. I feel a little weird in my sweatshirt, and I realize that I'm not actually wearing a shirt underneath it. Whatever. It's not like I'll be taking it off. I walk into my bathroom, throw on some deodorant, brush my hair and teeth, then go into the kitchen and eat some pancakes. My mother must have already left, which means I have to take the bus. I grab my phone, earbuds, and Phan backpack and head out. Once I reach the bus, MCR's song, 'I'm Not Okay (I promise), comes on, and I'm left to rock out on the back of the bus. School hasn't even started and I'm already bored. I check in my bag, looking for my notebook. Or any book. Something to do. I get distracted by a new kid getting on the bus. They're so.... pink. That's the first thing I notice. They're pink. And white. Do they own any other colors?! Oh no. They're looking for a spot to sit. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T SIT NEXT TO ME. Damn it. They saw the spot was open. Don't talk to me, don't talk to me, don't talk to me... why are you trying to talk to me!? "My name is Dawn," They smile, "And your name?" I look down. This is too much social interaction. "Uh... Rosa...." I mumble. I pull my SuperWhoLock phone case out. Maybe they'll get scared. They look at me, horrified. "Y-You're a.... apart of.... the Sherlock fandom...." I can't help but feel relaxed. "Yep. Johnlock is one of my favorite ships. I've got several fanfictions, edited and published! More on the way!" They... don't react. I might've broken them... that's fine. One less person to worry about. Dawn moves after awhile. "Oh... that's.... nice...." They look away. The bus reaches the school (finally), and we our separate ways. I walk in, sigh, and go to my locker. There's only one thing that I notice when I reach my locker...
