Here is some of my favorite sketches and ink drawings from my old blog ✦˖°

Some of my old art has my old watermark and signature, so I don't think I can post them on this new blog without causing confusion. I made these compilations so you can still see what sort of stuff I've drawn, and will most likely still draw! x3 I might reblog some of my favorites from the old blog here, though!

I haven't show these guys here yet. I thought: cubone but hollowknight. And then I drew it. And then I played with gradient maps. And then I made stickers out of the 1st design. They are tiny. And so cute. Even if I say so myself .w.

I made this for a rp server I joined in the spring. I'm not sure if he'd canonically wear this much pink and like, uh, not all strict and boring clothes?? Idk I don't know anything about clothes jhdhj.. Then again after I had already drawn this, I learned about Fairy Kei, and that would work perfectly with this version of Riki..!! Maybe he was like this in his teen years after all, who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The rp was so much fun. Riki was a delight to play as. Rather different than other characters I've played (he's v flirty but also closet gay and taken... and has crushes easily which are all traits very different from me personally 😂). It's a pity it seems to have ended very abruptly 😔

I finished this Hazel painting I started a few years ago. There was a sale on wooden stuff on Vograce, so I had to finish this in a frenzy, and it did end up kinda rushed in the end. I might fine-tune and clean this up later before I restock charms. That is. If they sell out `:D

But yeah Hazel-rah is gonna be in a bucnch of wooden charms in the future ^^ ✧˖°

I don't know if some of my older followers from my old blog remember, but last year around October I drew two very rough sketches for Prettyboytober's two first prompts: Diamond and Mood. The prompts immediately made me think of my ocs Riki and Seki, whose shipname is Crystalmoon Two designs popped in my mind, and I wanted to realize them at some point, even though my arms weren't in the condition at the time. Well, this year I finished those sketches!

I'm really happy with these, although I couldn't quite get the Seki one exactly right. I still don't know what there is bothering me, and I have multiple slightly different renditions of it 😅

I made holographic stickers out of these, mostly because I love my ocs so much, not so much for financial profit.. and well, nobody else but my therapist and my friend have bought these so far XD Is it bad that I ordered holographic, and a rainbow acrylic charm of these as well? :'D Only three of each tho..! ;w;

Did some horse sketches of a horse oc. They turned out surprisingly good considering I haven't drawn horses in a while and I've been having art struggles! She doesn't look like her breed but eh, it's fine.

I really should post more often. It's not like I don't have anything to post, I just kinda, don't `:D But I found these fun lil sketches for you to enjoy! I drew these almost 10 years ago... maybe over 10 years ago..... oof I'm old aha

Some rambling about posting and social media stuff under the cut! :3

I've lost my touch with social media during these past couple of years. It doesn't feel as fun and effortless to post anymore. Partially it's bc I don't get as much engagement as I used to when I started on Tumblr (... *slowly looks at my hollow knight cubone that's reaching 1000 notes one of these days* *sweats* i mean... uh... some of my posts do great!!! and I'm grateful!!! but shdjsdjh it's not as consistent as it used to maybe `xD), and partially it's definitely that i don't have all my social interaction on Tumblr anymore, and rather on Discord. So I just don't feel as motivated, I suppose. Posting feels more like a chore that I have to do for my "job", or to grow my audience and to grow as a content creator / independent artist. It sure would be nice to make a living off my art and stuff, but hh I take big pressures of being successful on social media, and it raises the bar and makes it harder to post in turn. Damn this is rambly and inconsistent, huh. Well, it's fine. This is what my posts used to be like, more or less, back in the day.

But yeah! I'll see if I can be more active here and all. It'd be really nice to engage with other creators and my followers and whatnot better, like old times. I also used to comment (to the point i was probably a bother to some ppl :'D ) and send asks to a lot of artists, even big ones, but I don't have the energy anymore sjhdjh.. I'm old and tired. But I want to enjoy hanging out on tumblr sharing silly oc facts back and forth with ppl again ;w;

....Ok so tumblr crashed when I tried to post this just now so we'll see how this goes...

But hh this was supposed to be a quick drawing of Seki in pastel colours, something pretty and feminine for my lil sweety baby... but then I ended up experimenting and here we are, weeks later, with a whole ass painting... ye. I should rest now haha;;

Yooo new art!

This is my oc Riki's fiancée Lilia that I finally designed. I always knew she's shiny, but otherwise she never had a v specific design in my mind. This is at least a similar rp au version of her as the young Riki pic I have somewhere on this blog as well. They're both the same age in these pieces.

Had a sudden inspiration to draw and I tried if I could a little. And what did I draw?

More blob chibis! I made these at first, in fact, and then I made my own characters I posted yesterday. These are all @cjwildstyle ‘s characters that I drew because I was looking through her art and suddenly wanted to draw characters (and fan art) really really badly. And bc my arms were still sore, I made these messy mouse drawings as simply as I could, so I could spew as many chars out as fast and easy as I could x3
