I had a dream two years ago that I affectionately refer to as the skinless Mary poppins dream.
It started out with the temple of a fantasy land’s saintess healer person dying and requiring a replacement. The government promptly decided to summon Mary poppins from hell through necromancy to be the healer.
Except, she was dead so she couldn’t heal humans, only the earth. So like there was clean water, good crops, and all sorts of great land, but everyone was dying because of plagues and stuff cause she couldn’t heal them and no medicine existed in medieval fantasy land.
So there was me and this Jack Sparrow-esque rogue who would go around trying to uproot Mary poppins for a better saintess candidate to exist. But she kept finding out and tried to kill us so she wouldn’t go back to hell.
She got all the orphans in the nation, including my own niece(I do not have a niece, but I still felt really betrayed), against just the two of us in a huge war and that is the second time I felt pain in a dream because I got shot in the head and woke up with a headache.

Ummmm....it isn't that long i entered Mary Poppins fandom....i am addicted it is the most amazing thing ever 😍 Mary Poppins taught me many thing that i will treasure for the rest of my life. Also if you are in Mary Poppins fandom and you don't ship mary and Bert.......then i beg your pardon, are you ill? (Okay kidding 😂)
The funniest thing happened to me yestereda around 2am (i couldn't sleep okay) i was scrolling through the mary poppins il musical (Italian version) hashtag on IG......and i might have accidentaly found out that italian Mary Poppins (Giulia Fabbri) and Bert (Davide Sammartano) from italian musical are actualy dating irl....and i am just so happy....😍😍😍 they are so cute Mary and Bert in general 😍
Alsoooo i might transform this account to MP fandom account later 😅😅

In 1983 Soviet Union filmed it's own version of Mary Poppins called 'Mary Poppins, Goodbye'. It's a two-part movie really close to original book. There is Neley who is supposed to represent Neleus from the book and Mrs. Lark have both of her dogs, and there also is Ms. Andrew. But there is no Bert but instead there is chacater named Robert Robertson (Mary calls him 'Mr. Hey') he is brother of Mrs. Banks. It is a good movie i must say but i would never dare to comapre it to Mary Poppins (1964). ❤

Mary was NOT Berts nanny...
Okay, let´s face it.....I had this on mind for some time now and since I have been reading a lots of theories about this I feel like I need to say something (no one actually cares but I need to write it somewhere XD) In every theory I was reading they are saying that Mary was Berts nanny, but to all of you who belive this theory please let me kinda prove you wrong XD so I don´t think this theory about Mary being Berts nanny is right (of course there is nothing wrong to have your own opinion on their releationship XD) And I will tell you why. Many theories I read are saying that the line from Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious is proving that she was his nanny, but have you ever tought that: „Yes, she might have taught him that word but not as his nanny but as his best friend, which she really is.“ (maybe more XD) in Mary Poppins Returns Mary said something like this: „Adults always forgets.“ But in the movie from 1964 there is Bert, he is an adult and he didn´t forget. She and Bert might be from the same world..As P. L. Travers said: „She is from world that is timeless.“ What if Bert is too? I mean Musical says it all He is in Love with her....deeply in love with her. But that´s not why I am writing this....maybe....but Bert may have younger sibilings whos nanny was Mary and considering they – Mary and Bert- are probably the same age he might have insist that he is too old for nanny so he helped her with his sibilings. Or maybe they were childhood friends and Bert was very upset because his dad was so mad at him for „not speaking“ and when he was on his outing with Mary or when he visited Uncle Albert with his dad (maybe they knew eachother) Mary told him that word, so his father would not be disapointed in him anymore. HE WOULD NOT BE SO FLIRTY WITH HER IF SHE WAS HIS NANNY IN THE PAST! As I put earlier in the post they were intended to be in love with each other...the article from newspaper from 1926 says it all. In the book Mary Poppins Opens the Door there is this bit: „Don´t bother ma´am,“ he advised Miss Lark. „A shilling would be no use to me. I´m doing it All for Love.“ And the children saw him lift his eyes and exchange a look with Mary Poppins as she strode out of the park. So yeah Miss Travers can say whatever she wants but this fandom is so strong...we can prove her wrong if we want to because everyone in this fandom have a special power produced by Berts love for Mary and Marys love for Bert. XD

Like, I can see it. Mary being this little petite girl like Sandy and then turning into a bad Bi*ch she is now and Bert being this bad boy but turning into a sweet guy who only loves one girl. And then many other characters as T-Birds and Pink Ladies. (I personally think that Topsy would fit as Frenchy.) Okay i feel like i need to write Fanfic to that.
Cuz, am I the only one who think it would fit?

Well this is it. Mary as Sandy 100% and Bert as Danny because the love between Sandy and Danny is amazing and I think that Bert and Mary would look amazing like that as well.
