Until the offense has been repaid, whether that's returning a prank or potentially dealing someone an injury (she's getting there). She may not show it or talk about it, but seeing the person she's holding that grudge against is enough to refresh that sense of vengeance (particularly if anger is the driving force, no matter how she tries to stifle it).

The man was smiling under his helmet as he saw the other walk into his field of sight. He didn't have any weapons drawn, instead meandering up the ally towards the other man.
"Black Mask-- yeah, I guess you heard right, buddy. I can call you Black Mask, right? Maskie? Mr. Sionis?" The comments were more for his amusement than anything else, hands settled on his hips. A quick movement away from either of the handguns at his hips. But for now, he didn't see a point. "I've already had some... little talks with some of the locals." The local drug lords that was. "But you didn't show up to the meeting. Probably better... I didn't have a gift for ya."
