Are you putting a label of toxicity on situations or connections that you just don't want to look at in a different way other than being toxic?
Have you made up an idea about the situation or connection that it carries negativity and so therefore it is toxic? In your mind, you've decided it, so you are not going see it any other way.
Think about this situation, think about the connection, think about the energy.
Did the other person keep showing up for you? Over and over again? Did they turn up with love for you each time? If your roles were reversed would you have reacted to those situations and connections in the same way? How would you have reacted? What would you have done differently?
This "toxic" energy is one that you have been holding onto for a long time. Its an energy that isn't necessarily true, it was created through self deception and self sabotage. It became what it is because you were telling yourself things that weren't necessarily true, but the mind doesn't know the difference, it knows what you tell it and it believes what you want it to believe.
You do want to walk away from this energy, but to do that you have to allow in the truth, and with that will come alot of hurt and alot of pain. So just let the truth come out, not what you want the truth to be.
Let the truth flow like it has to, not how you want it to.
This is karmic energy that you have never wanted to face. You have walked away from it many, many times in your life by turning off your emotions - like a flick of a switch - but it won't go away until you face it and resolve it.
When you start working on this energy, you will discover the root of this energy will involve abandonment issues. You know this somehow though, subconsciously, that's why you do the leaving before it happens. It doesn't matter about how or why you left, the truth is you always leave. You always leave. This way you have the upper hand. But this cycle, it hurts and that's why the Universe wants you to face it now. They are putting pressure on you and you can feel it.
The alternative is to wait it out and leave things as they are and we don't deal with it. And its understandable to want to leave it because it is a very hurtful and very painful process to look within ourselves. It is hard to disconnect from your mind, and to reconnect with your heart and to trust in the unexplored areas of yourself.
This waiting, it hides alot of unhappiness and sadness. You deserve happiness.
Allow yourself happiness. Allow love and happiness into your heart space. You deserve it.
