I have my Medusa in 7th house Retrogade ( the same as my Sirene asteroid imaoooo💔)

I have my Medusa opposite Neptune and Ascendant and i have Medusa trine my MC (Midheaven) and Mars

What could these mean? Since it's opposite ascendant is something bad about it? Maybe the way i look?
