Thinking about it, this is probably a topic talked about before... But I feel like talking about it anyway!
Ever notice the similar designs between characters and just wonder what types of interactions there would be?
Here's two! One of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, Death himself from the Darksiders series! And Jackie Estacado, bearer of the titular Darkness from The Darkness!
Just kinda imagine some crazy stuff going down if these were in the same vicinity. Also probably a huge knock, down drag out fight. And maybe a "common enemy" appears for both to take down after they put aside their differences.
Speaking of the similar designs, pretty sure the creators of each character both worked at Image Comics around the same time. So some talking about designs and sharing ideas probably made this kind of thing happen. Or it's just one big coincidence, I don't really know, I've never met the creator/creators of either.
One interesting thing about The Darkness is that Jackie has fought his universe's version of the Horsemen of the Apocalypse. The four Horsemen are more like spirits that need a mortal host to properly exist in the physical world, quite a bit like the titular Darkness.
The Darkness: Four Horsemen is only four issues long, and is about Jackie deciding getting a call from an older mob member to investigate a biker gang. The Horsemen of The Darkness are Death, War, Famine, and Pestilence. Also of note, while there is nothing overly graphic, at least from what I remember, it being about The Horsemen of the Apocalypse, it does have some more morbid and disturbing points to the overall story.
EDIT: Been re-reading The Darkness: Four Horsemen. It does have some more graphic parts, SO BE WARNED! Blood, guts, and other things will be seen!

Monkey Wrench Ep. 2 Thoughts
It’s alright. The animation looks nice, it’s very kinetic in the action scene. The story of the episode is fine, overall the idea isn’t something new but the execution is pretty standard. Shrike’s personality is so all over the place, while not out-of-character, it’s not all that endearing. Beardy’s (I’m not bothering to remember him by his name) about the same as the previous episode. The antagonist works for the story that’s being told, but I’m not looking forward to them potentially returning. The Lythops are just “cute, marketable mascot” type of character, they don’t really have a personality and just act as extensions of the plot or other characters.
