Mrs Hudson is now on Facebook!
I have been persuaded to set up a Facebook page for the Adventures of Mrs Hudson, so, er … there it is. The plan is just to post the finished Adventures, with this Tumblr remaining my main ‘art’ blog and Mrs H's official residence. But if you’re over on Facebook it’d be great to see you all there too!

You can recreate Mr. Holmes' Very Convincing Waxwork Dummy using your landlady's knitting wool, a spatula that nobody was using anyway probably, a bit of old broom and Dr. Watson's favourite waistcoat.*

Celebrating 221 followers! (Well, actually, I missed that milestone, so this is slightly belated ... but still. Have some terrible dancing to celebrate. Huzzah!)
Er, hello, yes... some of you may have noticed that I am on something of a hiatus myself at the moment, so here is an old one. Never fear - I shall be back soonish, no doubt muttering something about llamas, Norwegian explorers and doing science in France.
Well, I guess that solves the mystery of the Great Hiatus…
(Sorry, all of my headcanons really are this ridiculous.)
Mrs Hudson herself will return in an all-new adventure very soon!

I am very aware that I’ve been exceedingly quiet of late ... I don’t have a new adventure for you all just yet, but I do have a shiny new banner (and a new theme for the blog to boot) as a promise that I will be back properly soon.
Poor Watson ... nobody ever tells him anything.
The world is simply not ready for the Adventure of the Overripe Banana. Perhaps, one day, the whole story can be told.
(As for the business with the angry badger - that, I’m afraid, must remain a mystery...)
