Shūgo Meian x short!Reader "Happy Birthday"

Warnings: language, suggestive content, Atsumu accidentally gets hurt

Meian and you have only been dating officially for about three months now and his teammates don't know yet that their Captain is in a serious relationship.

So when it was Meian's birthday, his teammates agreed on surprising him at his own home as soon as the clock struck midnight.

Sakusa was forced into the participation, saying that it was a 'team-building-exercise' and it's their first time celebrating as a team, so EVERYONE needed to come.

Meian had this weekend off of training, wanting to spend it with you.

After his training was over on Friday evening, he picked you up from work and you guys drove straight to his apartment.

You made dinner together, watched 'The Haunting of Hill House' together, which ended up with you clinging onto your boyfriend like your life depended on it and watched some Spongebob episodes, so you don't get any nightmares from the scary show.

Around 22:38 you and the Middle Blocker decided to call it a night, dragging yourselves to bed with tired limbs.

The ravenette takes off his shirt, so he only remains in his MSBY workout shorts, showing off his strong thighs and his god-like shaped upper body.

You're wearing a simple dark blue shirt, along with matching shorts of the same colour for the night.

Since due to his AC, you get cold very fast.

Meian turns towards you and plants a couple of soft good night kisses on your lips, caressing your side gently while he does it. He wishes you sweet dreams, making you giggle which returns with a big grin.

"Can't wait to show you tomorrow morning what I have planned for you." You purr as one of your hands trace over his firm pecs, causing goosebumps to rise on his skin.

"Me neither. Love you, hot stuff, sweet dreams." Giving you one last kiss on your lips and forehead, you turn to your side to sleep.

Now with you laying on your side, the giant ravenette hugs your petite form from behind, heaving out a deep, blissful sigh, sleep overcoming him in seconds.

Later on, outside of Meian's apartment, some of the MSBY Black Jackals gather on the sidewalk, right in front of their Captain's apartment.

"It's freezing outside, where's the rest?!" Inunaki hisses, while shivering from the cold.

Checking his phone, Tomas sees that the time reads 23:48, and he sees a text from Bokuto, saying that he, Atsumu and Hinata had forgot to pick up the cake from the store on their way to Meian's apartment, so they had to turn around and get it but assuring that they will make it on time.

Sakusa and Barnes are also already here, freezing their asses off from the cold night as well.

"Bokuto sent me a message, saying that they should be here any second now. They forgot to pick up the cake and Hinata remembered it last minute, so they had to turn around and get it." Tomas explains with a deadpan expression on his face, tucking his phone back into his pocket.

"Of course they forgot." Sakusa mumbles annoyed under his black medical mask.

"Well, they said they should be here any second and I hope they are right. I am starting to feel like a stalker for standing in front of our Captain's apartment with you guys." Barnes laughs.

"But aren't stalkers usually on their own?" Inunaki asks with his head tilted.

"No, I think they can be multiple people stalking one person. I mean, the paparazzi do it all the time." Tomas shrugs his shoulders.

"Well according to Google, it can be more than one person." Barnes reads from his phone, the time now being 23:53.

"Let's please stop talking about this, I am going to leave if those idiots don't show up in the next two minutes." Sakusa growls, as he is exhausted from practice today and just wants to rest in his bed like a normal person.

Speaking of the devils, they see Bokuto's grey Audi Q5 racing down the street with incredible speed, scaring the four players that he won't brake on time.

As soon as the car is close enough, the tires screech as they break and the three rascals get out of the car, a pale Hinata holding the cake with shaking hands and a nauseous looking Atsumu having a bag full of streamers, party poppers, party blowers and confetti.

Bokuto looks extremely proud of himself for making it on record time like a professional street racer, minus the professional, since he drove like a mad man, making Hinata and Atsumu feel like they lost 20 years of their life during the ride.

"We made it!" Bokuto yells out in excitement, stretching his arms out with a massive grin.

"Shh!! People are sleeping!" Inunaki scolds the Wing Spiker.

"It was about time." Sakusa rolls his shoulders, cracking his neck side to side.

"Awww, did ya miss us Omi-Omi?" Atsumu teases the curly-haired Outside Hitter.

"Shut up, Miya." Sakusa scowls deeply behind his mask.

Barnes claps his hands together once, to gather the attention of his teammates.

"Alrighty, it's almost midnight. We have to get in now. Bokuto, do you have the key for Meian's apartment?"

The golden-eyed man proudly shows the replica of Meian's key, something Bokuto did while Meian was in the shower after practice a week ago.

The Jackals try to make their way in their Captain's apartment as quiet as possible, using their phone flashlights to see where they are going.

"Wow, I have to admit, his place is really nice." Tomas whistles softly, taking a small look around his place.

"This may sound like a dumb question, but has anyone ever been here before? Does anyone know where his bedroom is?" Inunaki asks the group.

Silence.

"Okay, I guess we'll just have to look around then. I mean, his apartment is not that big, so we should be able to find it easily."

Inunaki adds.

All of sudden, Barnes stumbles over something in the dark, making a small noise by the action and also cursing when he almost fell.

Luckily, you easily wake up when you hear noises and you think you heard something.

Nudging your lover, you try to wake him up with a shaky voice.

"Shū? Shūgo, wake up!" You whisper at the giant.

"Hmmm… what babe? 'm sleepin…" The ravenette mumbles sleepily into his pillow.

"I think someone is in the apartment. I heard a noise." You explain, reaching under his bed on your side where you store a baseball bat.

"Baby, it's probably nothing. Go back to sleep." Shūgo adjusts himself, pulling the blanket further up, so it almost covers his entire face.

You feel a vein almost popping at his answer, yet you keep the bat right beside you, just in case.

Unfortunately you feel too uneasy to go back to sleep and you don't even bother getting up and checking out the noise, because that's how most people die first in horror movies.

So you just lay there, a death grip on your bat, eyes wide open, heart beating fast.

But now you're not imagining it, you can hear footsteps and now you're actually shaking in fear.

You hide under the blankets and scooch closer to your boyfriend, hoping, if there is an intruder here, gets Meian first or at least see his height and runs off.

The next thing you know, you hear more than one pair of heavy footsteps and you can already see your life flashing before your eyes.

What happens next though, is highly unusual for intruders to do.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY CAPTAIN!!!" They all screamed in sync.

"АННННННННННННН!!!!" You scream in terror, swinging the bat at the first person, which unfortunately is Atsumu's shoulder.

Meian finally wakes up as well, to say he was shocked that all his teammates were standing in his bedroom in the middle of the night, was an understatement.

"OW! Ya bitch!" The Setter yells out in excruciating pain.

"What the fuck?! What the hell are all of you doing here?!" Meian yells at his teammates in fury.

Atsumu stills holds his shoulder, groaning loudly in pain, almost looking like he is in tears.

Sakusa is snickering behind his mask, clearly enjoying that Atsumu got hurt.

The rest of MSBY are standing in shock, staring at you like you're a foreign object that they have never seen before.

"You…. You have a partner? Since when?" Bokuto finds his words first.

"You don't get to ask questions. How did you even get in here? I don't remember giving any of you my key to my apartment." Meian asks as he looks into the round.

Silence.

"We uh sort of remade your key, so we can wish you happy birthday like the good teammates we are.'' Barnes chuckles nervously.

"I don't think teammates break into each other's apartment just to wish them a happy birthday." Sakusa blankly states, not helping with the situation.

"Everybody out. Now!" Meian yells and the rest of the giants move quickly out of the bedroom.

Once they are all out, the Middle Blocker gets out of bed, rubbing his hands across his face and groans loudly.

"I don't get paid enough for this." His hands fall down and rest at his hips as he stares at you with a frustrated expression.

"I mean it's kind of cute that they did this for you Shūgo. Sure, maybe they approached this in the wrong way but they meant no harm." You get out of bed as well, putting on one of your boyfriend's hoodies as you walk over to him.

Wrapping your arms around him, you rest your chin on his biceps, staring lovingly up at him.

In return, he wraps his arm around your shoulder, seemingly more relaxed now.

"So… you going to introduce me to your pack of lovely idiots?"

Shaking his head with a grin, his arm continues to stay on your shoulder and he leads you outside the bedroom to the living room, where his teammates are in the living room, some sitting on the couch, others like Sakusa leaning against the wall, others leaning against the same couch that the others are sitting on.

"Sure, make yourselves at home, won't you?" Meian sarcastically says.

"We're really sorry Captain, we only wanted to surprise you, we didn't mean to frighten you… or your partner." Hinata apologises on behalf of the team.

"Why don' I get a 'sorry' for yer partner swingin' their bat at me!? I feel like they almost dislocated mah shoulder. An' this is mah servin' arm!"

Atsumu cries.

"I am really sorry for hitting you Atsumu, I just got scared and I thought you were intruders… " You mutter in regret while rubbing your hand against your arm in embarrassment.

"Well ya got a strong swing, I'll give ya that." Atsumu waves you off with a painful smile.

All heads turn to you and you feel incredibly smaller already, their heights intimidate you extremely and Shūgo immediately notices it and steps in front of you protectively with a frown.

"Don't stare at them like that."

"Well, how can we not? You never told us you were in a relationship." Bokuto pouts, as tries to look around Shūgo to get a better look at you, to which the Middle Blocker immediately hides you more.

"Shūgo, it's okay. I just did not exactly expect to meet your teammates in my sleepwear in the middle of the night, while almost breaking one of their arms." You chuckle nervously.

"(Y/N), how tall are you if you don't mind me asking." Hinata steps forward besides Bokuto and flinches back at the glare his Captain is giving him.

You smile assuringly at the orange-haired Wing Spiker and the whole team stares dreamily at your figure, seeing why Shūgo chose to date you.

"It's okay… Hinata, right? I am 5'1." You smile with a blush.

"But Mean is what? 6'5? Doesn't that bother you that he is super tall compared to you?" Inunaki raises a brow at you.

The ravenette sends the Libero his next death glare, to which the light-haired man flinches under.

"Well it's not his height that I fell in love with, it's his passion for volleyball and the way he always talks about you guys all the time.

The height is just a nice perk for reaching things I can't reach." You grin up at your lover, to which he pinches your side playfully.

"So how does tha sex work-" Atsumu is intrigued and Meian interrupts him before he reveals any of his sex life in front of his teammates.

"Alright, you met my partner, now get the hell out of my apartment."

Meian claps his hands and kicks his teammates out.

He shooes them out, the boys yelling farewells at you, before Meian forcefully kicks them out.

Finally closing the door, Shūgo leans against it, closing his eyes while breathing out a big sigh in relief.

You're leaning against the frame of the living room, clearly not tired anymore.

"I don't think I will be able to go back to bed anytime soon. If only there was something or someone who could tire me out." You hinted with a dramatic sigh.

When Meian opens his eyes to look at you, you see a dangerous glint in his eyes, a glint you know all too well.

"Get your sweet ass to bed then, I may have some ideas how to get you all tired out."

Uncle!Osamu who has just having a regular day at his onigiri restaurant when the entrance doorbell chimes, followed by squeals of excitement of a twin pair, one boy, one girl.

The gray-eyed man looks at the direction of the voices, happy to see his niece and nephew again after not seeing them for almost two weeks.

The girl of the twin pair has dark brown hair and your eyes, while the boy has your hair color and hazel brown eyes.

Today, both of them are wearing matching MSBY training suits, a gift from uncle Hinata and uncle Bokuto.

As uncle!Osamu engulfs the five-year-olds in a big hug, his brother walks in, a tired look adorning his usual confident, cheeky expression.

Now Atsumu Miya, Setter of the MSBY Black Jackals looks like he hasn’t slept properly in a couple months.

He looks like he's been through hell and as a father, he is more than justified to look like hell.

After all, he was a child once and along with Osamu they both always got into trouble. His mother was a single parent and how she managed two raise two boys with a job all by herself without having to give up the twins for adoption is still a mystery to Atsumu.

As Osamu looks at his brother, he notices that the Setter's hair is unruly, he has dark circles under his eyes and is looking at his children with a scolding look on his face.

"I told ya brats a million times not ta run across the street when we go see uncle Samu. If ya get hit by a car, mommy will kill me and marry yer uncle instead."

"Would that be so bad?" Osamu grins in mischief at his twin, letting go of the kids, who apologize to their father with apologetic and guilty looks.

"Shut yer trap, I am too tired ta deal with ya right now. I came ta ask for a favor." Atsumu trots over to the bar stools in front of the counter, ignoring the hushed whispers of excitement from some of the costumers.

"Don’t curse in front of yer kids, they’ll pick up that habit. What do ya want?" Osamu turns around to prepare some lunch for his niece and nephew.

"Can ya watch the kids this weekend? I have been wantin' some alone time with (Y/N) and these little shits interrupt every damn time." The blonde leans over the counter and quietly hisses at the ravenette.

"Sorry, but no." Osamu declines.

"Please, please, pweeeeeaaaaaase can ya watch ‘em this weekend? I can’t even remember the last time I had sex with (Y/N)! And my dick is about to fall off from the pent up frustration of games, takin’ care of the kids and tryin’ ta get alone time with my wife!"

Osamu huffs annoyed at his plea, he already has plans for the weekend, sleeping in, to be more precise.

"Welcome to family life. I can’t Tsumu. I already have plans." The ravenette explains, giving each of the twins a pair of grilled salmon cream cheese onigiris, your favorite and also the twins’.

"Oh yeah? What do ya have planned huh? Ya got no marriage, no kids, no responsibilities, if I remember correctly. I call bullshit." Atsumu stares at his brother with a skeptical expression, seeing that Osamu is walking to the back, he decides to follow after him into the back, telling his offspring to stay put.

"I really want ta sleep in this weekend and I have been wantin’ to ask that girl out from the book store down the street. The brunette I told ya about?" Osamu takes a few bags of rice and hands it to his brother, who takes them without hesitation.

"The only thing that’s in my memory department right now is the Paw Patrol intro theme song, along with ‘We don’t talk about Bruno’ in like 15 different languages."

To be honest, Osamu is glad that he doesn’t have kids yet.

Taking two more bags, both brothers make their way to the kitchen area, where Osamu starts up a few new batches of cooked rice.

Atsumu also puts the rice bags down, staring almost pleadingly at his brother.

"Do ya want me ta go down on my knees for ya and beg? I ain’t asking for much, just please, watch them this weekend. Just one weekend. I really need it and so does Atsumu junior."

"Please don’t talk about yer dick in my product storage, ya will ruin my food." Osamu scoffs in disgust.

"Seriously, what do I gotta do ta make ya watch 'em? Name it." Atsumu keeps trying to persuade his brother.

Osamu pretends to think and after watching his brother who looks so desperate it's almost funny, sighs in defeat and agrees to watch the little rascals this weekend.

"Fine, I'll watch 'em this weekend but ya owe me. That was ma only free weekend in a while."

"Whatever ya want bro, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!" Atsumu jumps up and down in excitement like a little kid and hugs his brother while he jumps and down.

"Get off of me, ya dumb idiot. I'll said I'll watch 'em for a weekend, not adopt them." Osamu shoves his brother off and straightens out his cooking uniform.

Atsumu literally glows in excitement and happiness and immediately calls his wife, walking back out to check on his children.

As Osamu watches him leave, he sighs deeply.

What have I gotten myself into?

A/N: Yakuza!Meian. That’s all I am saying.

TW: guns, cursing, violence, mentions of sex, suggestive themes, blood, death by shooting (this is a very violent OneShot ya‘ll, be warned)

"What’s on your mind?" Your gentle voice interrupts Meian‘s deep thoughts, as he is looking intensely outside his window from his penthouse, only wearing a pair of black shorts.

The ravenette turns his head around to look at you, watching as you get dressed into a discarded shirt of his from your previous steamy love session.

The colors of red and orange decorate the nude parts of your skin, your beauty highlighted by the sunset. Single bite marks are scattered around your thighs, on your left side he can see a grip mark beginning to show on your hip.

Meian admires your body for a bit before he sighs and turns around again to watch the ongoing traffic below.

"There was another incident downtown near Nagai Park. Inunaki and Barnes were on patrol and now Inunaki is badly injured. They were supposed to meet up with one of our clients but instead, the Adlers ambushed them."

You frown in concern at his words, walking closer to your lover, seeing the large Golden Jackal body tattoo that covers both of his shoulders and part of his upper back. Its body is surrounded by water, fire and lightning, looking like it’s creating the elements itself.

"How is his condition?" You wrap your arms around his waist, resting your cheek against his back, your head moving with every breath he takes.

"Critical but stable for the moment. I need you to do something for me."

Meian turns his whole body around and looks at you with determined eyes, making you retract your arms so he can place his hands gently around your face.

"Find out who exactly did this. I need a name and an address. Barnes said there were 3 of them but they all wore their eagle skull masks. You’re the best and stealthiest spy in the entire organization and I know I can trust you 100%." Meian rests his forehead against yours, a shuddering breath escaping him.

"My love, find the responsible person for this. Be careful and come back to me. I don’t know what I would do if I lost you."

You smile at his words, taking his hands off of your face so you can return the gesture to him. You lean up a bit to place a gentle kiss on his lips, a kiss which he eagerly returns.

"Give me three days, Shū. I promise, I won’t let you down." You whisper against his lips, feeling that they form into a smile.

"You never have. Just be careful please. I am counting on you my little doe."

With one last parting kiss, Meian lets you go, confident in your abilities that you will be able to find the traitor that knew about the meet up and told the Adlers about it.

Exactly three days later, you have the name and the adress and Meian’s first move is to hunt that person down and torture him for the pain that Inunaki has suffered through.

Inunaki is in a better condition now, still unconscious but according to their doctor, is getting better day by day.

When you texted him the name and address, Meian forwards the message to Tomas, Atsumu and Joffe, telling them to find and bring the person over in his office.

You’re sitting on Meian’s office desk, swinging your legs a bit, while your boyfriend paces like an angry tiger in a cage in his office, awaiting the return of his trusted members.

Pulling out your phone, you watch TikTok for a bit, when you hear shouts and rumbling noises coming from the hallway.

It seems like Meian hears it too because he immediately stops pacing and leans against his office desk, right next to you. A Glock 35 resting in his hands. You can see the popped up veins on his hand, a tight grip on his handgun, ready to shoot immediately. Jaw very tense, you’re scared that his teeth will crack under the pressure.

"Don’t shoot, Shū. I know you’re angry but listen to what he has to say first."

Meian grumbles but hands you the gun, which you take without hesitation.

You put the safety on but make sure that you have one in the chamber.

There is a knock on the door and Meian says that they can enter.

Not even a second later, the heavy wooden doors slam open and Atsumu walks in first, having blood spots on him but proud to have fulfilled his task.

Right after Atsumu walks in, Joffe and Tomas walk in, dragging in a middle aged man, who is a little bit more on the heavy side weight-wise. Neither Joffe or Tomas look hurt or injured.

The man looks pretty beaten up, most of his face unrecognizable due to all the beating he has gone through, no doubt caused by the three Jackal members. His once white blazer is almost torn to shreds and you can see multiple stab wounds bleeding through the fabric. Seems like he tried to put up a fight.

"We’re back boss an' we brought a guest with us. Found ‘im on the way ta the airport." Atsumu boasts, his eyes meeting yours for a second before moving his gaze down, knowing that he is technically not allowed to look at you.

Meian’s rules.

Joffe and Tomas shove the man down on the floor, looking equally angry as their boss.

The man falls directly in front of the ravenette’s feet, groaning in pain, trying to push himself onto his hands to get up.

He doesn’t get a chance to though, since Atsumu kicks into his side with great force, you’re sure you heard a rib or two crack. The man yells out in excruciating pain at the impact.

"Atsumu that’s enough, leave us." Meian sighs, a little bit calmer now.

"That’s for hurtin' our friend. Piece of shit." Atsumu growls but leaves the room.

Joffe and Tomas bow in respect and leave the room, closing the door behind them.

Meian takes slow steps towards the man, saying his name in a dark voice, that even you still get shivers from it every time you hear him talk like this.

"Toshiko Wantura. Did you really think you could run away from me without being caught? I have eyes and ears everywhere in this godforsaken country. Not to mention a beautiful, intelligent temptress who can find everyone, everywhere and at any time."

When Meian crouches down to look at the brown haired man, you put the safety off, in case Toshiko tries to pull something and your quick reflexes to dangerous situations are known in the entire prefecture of Osaka.

You doubt though that he would try anything, when you’re looking at the state of him, the boys surely have done some pre-work on the traitor. Surely, Atsumu did the most, since he had a lot of blood on him, probably from beating up Toshiko.

"I-I am sorry, i-it was not my intention-" Toshiko has to cough up some blood, staining the expensive gray carpet. Meian frowns in disgust at that sight and stands back up to stand next to you.

"Remind me to get a deep cleaning on the carpet." He leans to you and whispers it in your ear.

You nod with a giggle and Meian slightly smiles at the sound of it. He loves your laugh.

As soon as he looks back at the beaten down man, his warm expression changes immediately to a cold and angry one.

"I‘ll give you one chance. Why did you reveal our meeting spot to the Adlers?"

Toshiko remains silent, trembling with a mix of pain and fear. Nonetheless, he gets on his knees and looks between you and the boss of MSBY.

Without a warning, you use the Glock 35 and aim directly at his shoulder.

Meian doesn’t even flinch at the sound of the gun going off.

"OW! FUCKING HELL! YOU BITCH!" Toshiko screams in pain.

"Because you caught me on a good day, one more chance." Meian gets up again from his leaning position against the desk and walks around Toshiko like a predator, ready to charge and sink his fangs and claws into its prey.

The bleeding is enormous and rapidly staining more of his arm and shirt, you definitely hit an artery.

Holding onto his shoulder for dear life, Toshiko flinches as he holds his gunshot wound, trying to stop the bleeding.

You probably won’t have much time, the stab wounds and now the shoulder injury making the man paler by the minute.

"I-They p-promised to p-pay off all my debts… you have to understand… I-I was in so much debt from buying your stuff all the time… so they made me a deal…and I couldn’t refuse the offer… so they bought me a plane ticket so I can start a new life…" Toshiko shakes in fear.

Both you and the ravenette listened to his story, yet, if you fuck with Meian, you’re as good as dead.

"Hand me the gun, love." Meian says quietly.

You hand him the gun without question, knowing that Toshiko will see the light.

Meian walks towards Toshiko, you see him sweating bullets as he presses the gun to his head.

"Any last words?"

"P-P-Please, have mercy-" He stammers but his plead was cut off, as Meian pulls the trigger.

Toshiko falls over, the front of his body leaving a loud 'thump' as his head collides with the floor.

Blood starts to pool from him, leaving him in a huge puddle.

Meian sighs deeply, putting the safety on before turning around to look at you with his dark orbs.

"Shame. He was a good costumer until he ratted us out."

"One person isn’t going to decrease our sales, Shūgo. Also, he had it coming. Trying to run away from the yakuza? They can find you anywhere." You explain and watch as he steps closer to you.

It’s quiet for a few moments, until you speak again.

Leaning back on the desk, you scooch back a bit to fully lean back and Meian follows you, putting his hands next to your head and pressing rough kisses against your neck.

"You seriously want to fuck me while a corpse just a few feet away from us?" You giggle as his lips moved up towards your awaiting lips, a blissful sigh escapes him as soon as his lips touched yours.

"Oh please, we've done it at more… 'inconvenient' places and times. You remember how I made you scream my name on the dirty, bloody torture device table after I was done taking that one slime bag apart?" He mumbles between your lips.

"That was just last week, Shūgo." You giggle some more and Meian begins to pull your shirt up, caressing your soft skin.

"Mhm, how the year flies by." The big man says completely distracted by your scent and your sexy body.

You just lay back and enjoy, getting ravished by Shūgo Meian, yakuza boss of MSBY and a man completely enamored by his beautiful partner in crime.

A/N: I know this is almost the same as Oikawa’s shower Drabble but originally I wanted to post this first. But I wanted to write for both Kō and Tōru. </3

Warnings: mentions of sexual content, making out, angstyish?

It's a typical weekday of training for the MSBY Jackals and the players are exhausted. Thankfully it’s now the weekend as well, which they finally have off after lots of intense practices on the last couple of weekends.

Everyone already left, almost racing out to the locker rooms as soon as Coach Foster called it a night.

Two players remained to stay behind, namely Hinata and Bokuto.

Along with Hinata and Bokuto, their beautiful manager (Y/N) stayed behind as well, helping them set and throwing balls for them to spike.

When the two hyper energetic rascals run out of energy, they call it for a night and start collecting the stray volleyballs off the side.

When Bokuto comes close by you, he quickly looks at Hinata before whispering something in your ear.

"You? Me? Shower after this?" His excited golden eyes watch you with a big gleam and you blush at his offer.

"Bo, not when Hinata is here. How about this weekend we do that since you’re off?" You decline and continue to put the remaining balls into the cart while the Outside Hitter pouts at your answer.

You see his hair deflating a bit and he looks incredibly sad, almost like you rejected a marriage proposal of his.

Feeling bad about it, you give in.

"Alright, fine." He immediately straightens up again and almost looks like an excited Golden Retriever puppy.

"But! Only if you get Hinata out of here first! I don’t want to risk exposure of our relationship." You sigh.

"Alrighty babe, consider it done!" Bokuto grins and runs over to the orange-haired Opposite Hitter and starts talking to him.

"Hey Hinata! (Y/N) and I can finish up in here! Why don’t you head home and we’ll see each other tomorrow morning?"

"It’s no problem! Let me help you two." The orange-haired Wing Spiker smiles widely and Bokuto is a little ticked off, his horniness level extremely high since it’s been a while he was intimate with you.

"But all that’s left is cleaning up the locker room, don’t worry bro! I gotcha and since (Y/N) has a key to the gym anyway, we‘ll lock up. Go home and rest shorty-pie." Bokuto tries to persuade Hinata and in the end, he agrees.

"Alright. I will grab my stuff from the locker rooms and head out then. See you tomorrow morning. Bye (Y/N)!" Hinata calls out to you and you see the orange-haired Wing Spiker disappear.

As soon as he is gone, Bokuto looks at you with dark, hungry eyes and marches over towards you.

All of sudden, you feel two strong arms wrap around your waist and you’re easily hoisted over a shoulder and the next thing you see is Bokuto’s butt as you cling onto him.

Your cute scream when he picked you up, makes Bokuto snicker and he walks over to the locker room showers, since Hinata prefers to shower at his place.

"KŌTARŌ! WE ARE NOT DONE CLEANING UP! FOSTER WILL FIRE ME IF HE SEES THE STATE OF THE GYM LIKE THIS! PUT ME DOWN!" You wiggle and try to jump off of him, but Bokuto is too strong and he just tightens his grip on you, smacking your butt while you squeak in embarrassment by the action.

"I promise after we’re done, I will finish up while you wait for me babe." Bokuto promises and as soon as he opens the door to the lockers, he makes a beeline for the showers and sets you down.

"Stop doing that." You glower at him.

"Stop doing what?" He grins and starts taking off his practice shirt.

You can’t help but drool of the sight of his exposed torso and stomach, the defined abs still shining with a little bit of sweat of practice earlier.

As soon as he fiddles with the strings on his training shorts, he bites his lip eying you up and down with a hungry look on his face.

"Come on, babydoll. It’s been a while and I missed that sexy body of yours pressed up against me." The Outsider Hitter growls and steps towards you very slowly.

Well, how can you say no to that.

Giggling like cheeky teens in love, you and Bokuto move into the shower, the sound of the spraying water barely hiding the synchronized moans, heavy panting and sounds of skin hitting skin.

The steam of the hot shower is making you feel even hotter as Bokuto continues to snap his hips against yours, filling you up in the process.

About 30 minutes later, the two of you emerge from the shower, you with a face as red as tomato and the former Fukurōdani Captain with the biggest satisfied grin on his face. His black-and-white hair falling over his eyes.

Bokuto gets you and him a big towel, gently wrapping it around your delicate body.

Caressing your face with the biggest love sick eyes, he moves to kiss you when a third voice interrupts the action.

"WHAT THE F-??!!???!!" Hinata shrieks loudly.

Bokuto and you spring apart from each other, as if the two of you had been burned.

When you realize that you just revealed that you’re in a relationship with Bokuto, Hinata looks like he’s about to pass out any second.

"Hinata let us explain—" You frantically start apologizing for letting him see you in just a towel with one of his best friends and teammates but Bokuto looks just as pale as you.

"You … You were showering with Bokuto??? But— I-I thought you’re dating someone (Y/N)?? You always block Atsumu's flirting off, saying you’re taken! And Bokuto I-I thought you were going home!"

No one says anything, all three of you are lost for words.

"Well… I am dating someone as you can see… this just only took an unexpected turn…" You rub your hand against your still wet arm while Bokuto is still uncharacteristically quiet.

You slap your palm against his bulging biceps, in hopes to snap him out of it, to which he does.

"Uhh… it’s not what it looks like?" Bokuto grins nervously at his friend.

You scoff at his words and take over.

"Hinata, please promise us that you’re not telling anyone on team about this! Please." You’re giving him your puppy eyes and Hinata and also the rest of the Jackals are weak for your puppy dog eyes.

"But-I-I… urgh, fine but I am warning you (Y/N) I am terrible at keeping secrets." Hinata stutters but unwillingly accepts your request.

"I gotta go, I forgot my wallet in my locker." Hinata grabs his wallet from his locker and almost run of the changing room.

Bokuto and you exchange worried glances, hoping that Hinata won’t say anything.

The next day

Hinata feels dreadful.

He barely slept last night, he feels nauseous at the thought of keeping your relationship with Bokuto a secret and the stress is making him feel constipated.

Unfortunately, Atsumu has a keen eye and notices the short Wing Spiker acting very weird today. So he comes up to him during their short break and questions him.

"Shōyō? Ya good? Did ya practice too long yesterday?"

Hinata’s face resembles someone who is about to throw up and Atsumu is getting concerned about him.

Bokuto notices that Hinata is physically doing horrible, he is barely able to receive and the Opposite Hitter feels very guilty for making Hinata keeping his relationship with you a secret.

The orange-haired looks like he lost his sunshine, but he assured Atsumu that everything is fine but the Setter does not buy it.

Moving over to Bokuto, Atsumu asks him about Hinata’s behavior, to which the Outside Hitter replies that he has no idea.

Hinata is sent home due to his bad performance on the court and Bokuto can’t take it anymore. He needs to talk to you in private.

On the weekend, Bokuto’s fingers trace your naked shoulder up and down as you’re resting your face against his naked pectoral muscle, his heartbeat calming down slowly from making you scream his name minutes prior.

You notice him being unusually quiet and you start tracing little shapes on his stomach.

"Kō? What’s wrong?" You ask in a worried voice.

"I am very worried about Hinata. It looks like he is getting worse and worse every day keeping quiet what he saw between us. Baby? Why can’t we tell the team?" Bokuto glances down at you.

You sigh deeply and start to get up, Bokuto is getting concerned that he upset you.

"We talked about this so many times, Kō. I am technically not allowed to date a player from the team as a manager. It distracts you during games and I don’t want any threats from your fans." You tell him with a quiet voice, remembering that one of your best friends is dating the Middle Blocker Tatsuto Sokolov from the Schweiden Adlers and they are dealing with lots of hate comments on a daily basis. Yet, their relationship remains strong. You just wish you had their confidence.

Bokuto sighs and gets a little bit irritated because he wants to show the world that he loves you, yet your uncertainty is making him slowly lose his patience and question your love for him.

"But (Y/N) we've been hiding like almost six months now. Can’t you just get over it already? I feel like you’re keeping me in the shadows on purpose." Bokuto begins to get up as well, getting dressed as he watches you do the same.

"Are you serious Kōtarō? You know exactly why we’re not saying anything! I am sorry that I want to keep my dating life out of the spotlights for internet vultures!" You begin to tear up, the frustration is overwhelming.

"Well then, if you’re so worried, maybe we should end this then and you can go out with Sakusa instead since he seems to be allergic to PDA just as much as you!" Bokuto yells in anger and you had enough.

"Out!" You point to the entrance door with a glare and the irritated owl slams it on his way out.

MEET AND GREET DAY 3:

#12, Outside Hitter Kōtarō Bokuto of the MSBY Black Jackals

Energetic owl 25/7

So imagine how hyper he still is after a winning game

He’s a living bouncy ball, along with tangerine boy

When you came up to the table to get your jersey signed, you can almost feel his bright energy surrounding you, feeling like it’s pulling you into a hug

He smiles brightly at you, sweat clinging to his jersey, defining his well-built body

You’re trying not to stare but it’s highly obvious that you like the hyper horned owl

You get his autograph, an almost bone-crushing hug and one last beaming smile

You’re feeling a sort of rush of adrenaline mixed with something else as you go home, looking up the next home game of the MSBY Jackals, excited to see Bokuto play again and hopefully have another M&G

Even though you can see your bank account shrinking more and more, each time you feel so much excitement whenever you see Bokuto play on court

His beaming smile, his chest receives, his exciting expression whenever he scores and the way he celebrates with #13 and #21

You’re going to their last game before your bank account goes on strike so you make it count as you go to the M&G

Bokuto sees you coming up again and smiles at the sight of you

So you try your shot

"Hey, I have been to some of your games and I really love the way you're driven by your passion in volleyball and I really like you and I wanted to know if you'd be happy or willing to go out with me sometime?"

The whole table is silent and truth to be told, shocked that someone was asking Bokuto out

Bokuto never really thought much of dating until like his retirement but ever since you started coming to the MSBY Jackal games, Bokuto feels like he wants to show you what he can do, you can say in some sort of way he's trying to impress you

You're standing in front of him, sweating buckets in nervousness, when Bokuto gets up from his chair with a neutral expresion

You're already imagining the worst rejection ever when he stands a mere inches away from you

Looking into his golden eyes, his expression changes from neutral to bashful

"I'd love to."

MEET AND GREET DAY 4:

#21, Wing Spiker Shouyou Hinata of the MSBY Black Jackals

Hinata is such an easy guy to get along with. He makes friends everywhere he goes

Even though you were nervous, the M&G went really smooth, as if you have known each other for years

the longer you two talked, the more stuff you realized you have in common

It went from talking about One Piece and volleyball to if the cereal or the milk should come first into a bowl (you did receive a few strange looks from the staff members but Bokuto and Atsumu are gleefully proud of their youngest teammate talking and flirting with you and actually succeeding at it considering his teachers were idiots)

You part your ways after the M&G and you're excited to see the next game (big kudos to your best friend for gifting you season tickets)

"Was I seeing this right? Was Hinata actually flirting with someone?" Shion asks Meian in a whisper in the locker room after the game, still shocked that their youngest kouhai is highly interested in someone or something else besides volleyball

Hinata is more cheerful than usual in training sessions and work out

He tells his teammates all about his excitement every day

"Have you guys seen their smile?". "Aren't they the most beautiful person alive?" "I can't wait to see them again, I look for them wherever I go, hoping I would randomly catch a sight of them on the street.", "I am telling you guys, I am going to marry this person!"

The next time Hinata saw you at the M&G of the game, he asked you out, resulting in you two going out for dinner at a small Brazilian restaurant and Hinata tells you all the stories from Brazil, about his old roommate Pedro and how he has known some of his current teammates since high school, etc.

Yet even if Hinata is a big storyteller, he asks you about you as well, learning things about you and falling for you deeper and deep, the more minutes he spends listening to you

You spend the night at his place and for the next morning, he prepares some different types of açaí bowls, since he still needs to follow his diet plan, but unsure about what you like to eat, he also made some pão de queijo and some tapioca pancakes

It was so good and Hinata confessed that he really likes you and wants you to be his s/o

When Hinata had training again, he first told Bokuto and Atsumu about his date with you, and later his other teammates, to his opponents, to his family to his friends from Brazil

That man is so proud to have you as a romantic partner and cheers you up with his smiles and jokes on bad days, makes you feel like the only person in the world

#6, Libero Shion Inunaki of the MSBY Black Jackals

The Libero watches as big groups surround his very popular teammates, like Hinata or Atsumu, screeching, giggling and being excited to be able to talk to the star players

Don’t tell Bokuto

All of sudden he wanted to walk into the direction of the players’ locker room when you stopped him

"Hi." You give him a little wave and a shy smile and Inunaki thinks that you must have switched him up with one of the other players

Sure, he has fans of his own but usually they’re kids and not hot and young people like you

You ask him for a picture and an autograph on your jersey which has his number on it

He’s really enjoying the sight of you wearing his last name and number, it’s almost as if you’re married

You’re beautiful and you play volleyball in your college whenever you have spare time as you both start talking together

Funnily enough, Inunaki went to the same college as you before he joined a professional volleyball team and you actually live close by together!

The two of you agreed on having a coffee date together next weekend when Inunaki has some time off

As you both meet up more and more, your friendship begins to grow stronger, more deeper, until Inunaki asked you to be his s/o

A few months later on another game day, Inunaki walks from the locker room into the large stadium when he checks into the VIP section

His eyes immediately caught yours in the family and close friends section and his heart beats even faster, knowing he has a beautiful partner by his side, always cheering him on

#4, Captain and Middle Blocker Shūgo Meian of the MSBY Black Jackals

Meian can't remember the last time he had some peace and quiet

A crazy team to keep under control honestly requires a medal for patience

But lately, his mother is getting on his nerves as well

Telling her son to find a girlfriend, a boyfriend, a partner to finally settle down with

She calls him almost every day and whenever she would bring up his love situation, he automatically rolls his eyes at her annoyed tone

Meian is currently tying his shoes in the locker room, ready for the upcoming match against the Tachibana Red Falcons, when his mother called again

"Son, I have found you a compatible match! They're--"

"Mum, I have a game in a little bit, can we do this later?"

"Just promise me, you will go out with them tomorrow! They are very nice and I am not getting any younger here and neither are your reproduction tools!"

Meian is now at his limit, his mother mentioning his private parts is just getting too much for him

"Okay fine! If I go out with this person tomorrow, will you PLEASE stop bothering me about it?"

"Yes. Have a good game my son!" She hangs up and Meian is relieved, now he can focus on the game

"Miya! Stop using my deodorant! Buy your own!" "Give me my shoes back!" "WOOOO! GAME TIME!" "MEIAN! TELL THAT ASSHOLE TO GIVE ME MY SHOES BACK!"

Aaaaand off we go to the next problem

Luckily enough, the Jackals won by 5-4, so Meian is in a good mood the next day

As he waits for you by Komeda's Coffee around noon, according to the details his mother has texted him early in the morning

Honestly, Meian just wants to go back home and sleep, maybe if he's lucky enough, his blind date has both a terrible personality and terrible looks and he can just leave and go back to bed and finish the third season of Bridgerton

As he waits in front of the café, scrolling through Instagram, he hears the sweetest voice his ears have ever encountered

"Are you Meian?"

As he turns to look at you, his eyes widen at the sight of you

Like wow

The way your body moves, the way eyes your shine, the way your skin glows in the sun

When you are close enough to him, he gets an intoxicating scent from you, like gosh he wishes he could just hug you and inhale your fragrance for days

"No, no, I am fine I promise. I just have never seen such a gorgeous person before."

And now it's your turn with the somersaults

You both go inside the café, him holding the door open for you, pulling the chair before you sit down (sigh, a true gentleman)

Honestly, when your mother told you you would be going on a blind date with a professional athlete who plays volleyball, you honestly expected an arrogant ass who only talks about how great he is and how this sport is the greatest in the world

Meian is not what you expected

Sure, he is very good looking: tall, muscular, broad mouth-watering shoulders, a body that looked like it was carved by Myron himself

His personality is sweet, a bit inexperienced sure but he solely focuses on you and gives you compliment after compliment

He tells you about his profession, about his team and invites you to his next game in a week

Meian's teammates of course notice the constant smiling looking at his phone and the small nod of his head into the VIP section

Yet the ravenette doesn't care, already planning on marrying you in the future

The Middle Blocker feels flattered by your behavior, because mostly people are just very intimidated by his height

You look amazed, almost like you're envious of him

To be fair, you look incredibly small compared to him

In Alexandre's mind, there's singing birds and talking animals around you, like a Disney figure

He takes the jackal plushie into his large hands, signs it and hesitantly gives it back to you

"Everything okay? Did I do something wrong?"

"What are your plans Friday night?" His smile is dazzling, green eyes shining with excitement

"Uhm I don't think I have anything planned yet, why?"

"How about you and me go to Yakiniku King? I think you're really pretty and I would like to get to know you better."

Wow, well you certainly didn't expect this tonight

Yet, you agree, ignoring nasty looks from the fans behind you and beside you as you exchange numbers

(I am so sorry it's late, I ran down with a very bad fever and I was knocked out)

Tomas has known you ever since he can remember

You both grew up in the same hometown and have been inseparable ever since

Until you moved away to pursue your dream career, Tomas stayed to improve himself in his volleyball career

Unfortunately due to your busy schedules, texting became less and less and all of sudden, it stopped completely

At the age of 25, Tomas got a sponsorship from the MSBY Black Jackals, a Division 1 team in Japans V. League

He packed his things, moved to Higashiosaka and is now finally part of a professional volleyball team, like he always dreamed and told you about

There wasn't a day that went by when Tomas thought about you

Wondering what you are doing, how you are doing, and most importantly for him, if you're in a serious relationship with anyone

Yeah classic childhood friend crush developed into something deeper for Tomas, he just always wished he either confessed before you left or at least tried to tell you while you were teenagers

Stopping in front of you, you look up quickly and you can’t believe your eyes either

What is he doing here? Is that really the little dimple smiling boy who would always chase you with bugs and share his waffles with you?

My God what has he been eating that he’s this tall? He certainly didn’t have to grow this tall

You both can’t believe it and Tomas looks unsure as he looks at you

You have always been the one to initiate conversation first so you take the lead and Tomas goes along smoothly with it

Before the subway stops, you quickly exchange numbers and stay in contact after you depart

Catching up on the phone about each others lives, Tomas eventually builds up the courage to ask you out over face time while he’s making breakfast

Out of shock of you yelling excitedly, he drops his French toast but can’t help but feel a rush of adrenaline going through his body as he knows that fate gave him a second chance in trying to ask out his best friend and crush

LAST MEET AND GREET DAY 9:

#10, Wing Spiker Oriver Barnes of the MSBY Black Jackals

Barnes was stretching on the gym floor when he heard his three-year old daughter calling his name

She is a perfect mix of him and his divorced partner

Sigh

It's already been a year since your guys' divorce and Barnes has not been taking it well since day one

The two of you constantly fought over his busy schedule, about Barnes forgetting to pick up your daughter because training went on too long too many times

You finally had enough when your daughter had to stand in the rain, waiting for her father for over an hour, only to end up sick the next morning

Oriver and you fought so much, after that incident you finally had enough and you filed for divorce

Both of you settled for an agreement on when to take your daughter and now it's been going on for about a year now

The Middle Blocker tried to move on but he simply can't

He still loves you since the first time he laid eyes on you

When she hugs her father tight, he sees you walking over with slow steps, holding her Bluey backpack with a tight smile on your face

"Hey." You both say in sync

"What are you doing here? I thought she was staying with you this week." Barnes asks you, trying to make some small talk as your daughter uses him as a playground device

"I know, but she really wanted to come and see you. And I can't keep her from seeing her father."

The moment you step up to the M&G, it’s like the heavens have send him an angel

Usually Atsumu has a problem with shutting his mouth, but when he saw you, he was lost for words

He calls you lots of nicknames and you’re almost a melting puddle at hearing his Kansai dialect in person

Of course, Atsumu’s teammates are used to his flirty nature with some people, they know it’s a show he puts on in front of the world

A cocky, arrogant and overconfident bastard can actually be a funny, loving and protective person in private

They watch with high interest from the sidelines, because the usual confident smartass is actually nervous and gives out an honest smile, not the usual fake ones he uses with the press

But they obviously wouldn’t be teammates if they don’t tease each other once in a while

"Tsum-Tsum it’s been almost 15 minutes since the game, why is your face still so red?" Bokuto’s comment turns Atsumu’s face a couple more shades red and the Setter wishes to sink into the next hole in the ground

With one unfortunately not too long lasting hug, you say your goodbyes and without your knowing, the sandy-blonde Setter looks longingly after you, like he just said goodbye to his lover

It’s like almost there was a voice inside his head, telling him to run after you

So when the Setter runs after you, ignoring the staff team’s shouts and yelling, he still can see the back of your outfit and he calls after you

Hearing your name being called out in a deep familiar voice, you turn around and find the sandy-blonde Setter halting to a stop right in front of you

After a bashful goodbye and an exchange of numbers, the two of you part ways with exciting smiles on your faces
