Been at a stage where if I'm not playing music I start to go a little insane so I've always got something playing.
This month I realized that Clarence Clarity is absolutely one of my favorite producers in the world, I don't dislike a single solo song & his work with others (especially Rina Sawayama!!) is incredible too.
And oh my I'll make a whole post on Maggot Brain one day that's such an undisputed 10/10 album for me, I keep revisiting Back in Our Minds and a couple people I wanna make music with are super inspired by the album too.

Back when this album came out around 2016-17 the guitarist tweeted this meme somebody made, and from what I have found online this design is taken and resold all over the world as Rick & Morty merch. Lots of Redbubble Temu type websites 🙄
Aaanyway I wouldn't normally buy such a product but I really couldn't believe my eyes seeing my two hyper fixations at my local smoke shop, plus I've honestly gotten pretty attached to it.
I think it's worth tracking more of these stolen art pieces down & finding the original artists because Mattias is most definitely one of my favorite illustrators ever!

recently i have been dealing with a lot of grief, healing from trauma and all the highs and lows of life. i've been worried about the people around me and decided to make this playlist with positive, but not in a fake corporate way, songs.
i decided to order the songs to tell a little story because it's fun! this is a huge work in progress, but during this retrograde and freaky-freakish times we are in i hope somebody can see this and be inspired at the very least.
i also designed the playlist cover that i will post separately as that & the title are a tribute to my favorite quote from my favourite show and a tribute to the voice actor who said it who unfortunately passed recently.
i have come to realize how important it is to live on and how it is my birth given right to exist for myself, and for all those who made it as far as they could. much love to all out there, i know so many of us have been feeling it.♡
