One thing I love doing with characters I love in analyzing everything about them. This is probably because I'm going to be a psych major but still it's fun so I'll be doing one on chopper once the series is finished talking about his mindset from episode one to the last episode until then I will be rating and raving over how hot chopper is and maybe analyzing specific scenes like when chopper beats the shit out of the bullies or when he confronts his dad but I'm not sure which one I should do first
Oh and I never ever want to see that heartbroken look on choppers face again not the one where Ben says he likes neung- yes he was sad and I'm sure it hurt to hear that but the absolute /devastation/ on his face when he found out his father did in fact order his aunt and cousin to be killed? Heartbreaking. I had to walk away because I thought I was gonna cry from choppers face alone my poor boy.

Chopper takes out the money he's been earning with bitcoin puts it into a new bank account/ into cash and they have money to start out their new life with and chopper definitely knows a guy through his father who could change their identities or whatever and then continuing to use his bitcoin knowledge and his money to be an investor
Palm who's been working his while life and could easily find a labor job to keep them going until they all find jobs they can live of off
Them staying at palms moms hostel until they find a place for themselves
Maggie getting a job as a dance instructor or whatever and going back to school to become whatever she wants
PALM AND CHOPPER getting to be whoever they want and live the life's they want and aren't forced into
I adore chopper as a character for a few reasons but the main two are this
I adore how he wants to be kind and genuinely /is/ kind despite who his father is and how he was raised. He was raised to hate neungdiao but he /doesn't/ he was raised around violence and cruelty yet he only uses force when he thinks it's necessary (the only times he's ever used it weren't even for himself but for the people he cares about) that despite how the world I constantly pushing him down and hurting him he keeps going he doesn't let the world change him and stays kinds to everyone until they've proven the don't deserve it and even then sometimes he can help but be kind to them
He reminds me of myself in ways that are beautiful and horrible and scary and amazing. He reminds me of myself in how he views the world despite our fathers viewing the world so negatively he stays kind and helps others even when that help might break his own heart because he'd rather see everyone happy even if that means he /can't be/. He shows that in the end you your parents are and how they view the world are important but no matter what you are always going to be yourself and despite how different you view the world- we're still our father's son. Where still /his/ child and you can see that too. How different yet similar we are.

I saw something about how on the personality database neung is infj and chopper is isfj
Personally I think Chopper is an infj because he's is very much a 'bigger picture' person and and is very creative and cunning (i cant think of a better word lol) at coming up with ways to deal with problems while neung is very stright forward and blunt about how he deals with things and is very much a 'here and now' person but I definitely could see the was the opposite (s/n wise) then what I put :)

So if you think about it chopper is now an accomplice in the assassination attempt against his aunt and cousin because he knows who did it but didn't tell anyone so legally; he's an accomplice <3
But he also technically doesn't have any proof so he can't really report it can he? Especially if his father has the police on his side...
Just saw a "chopper fell first but ben fell harder" thing on tiktok and ik I bash on ben and chopperben but that's just bc the storyline seems a little too unrealistic/fast-paced all of a sudden to me but the way ben /looks/ at chopper during those scenes before and when ben confesses to chopper (now that I've gone back a rewatched the scenes) it 100% supports that statement
I still think chopperben is a bit too fast-paced all of a sudden and I feel that if ben did like chopper before but was too deep in the closet to do anything about it doesn't make sense bc of how he was with neung but I can tell the chimon is doing a great job of showing the difference in feelings between neung and chopper.
When he looked at neung it was like he was looking at someone he cared for but not someone he loved and that is probably why I thought ben was using him because I didn't believe he liked neung romantically but the way he looks at chopper? That man looks at him like he is his entire world like chopper is what makes the sun rise and fall every morning and night (especially in the bathroom scene after chopper is swimming) and that's all I've ever wanted for chopper. For someone to look at him like he's everything to them because chopper is such a sweetheart and I truly want chopperben to work out because if it does that means chopper will get the loves he deserves for someone.
Anyway I this is all to say despite the fact that I don't understand how ben could change his mind so quickly and the fact I don't like how little we've seen of them so I can't see where ben is coming from- chimon and perth are amazing actors and because of them I can tell that their characters love eachother I just don't like how it's being played out lol
