I am sorry for that ha...ha...I made myself even more sad...Are there any tags I should add? I did add the trigger warning, but just in case...
Trigger warning: Kind of Torture? Canon death mention. Death. Blood. Suicide thought and mention of suicide attempts.
Did I tell you that I am sad? Now I am even more sad, so here is my sad AU of suffering. Enjoy as much as you can, since I am bad at writing long stuff.
•JSchlatts limbo is actually a repeating circle of his own deaths. He suffers through all of his three canon deaths again and again.
•The first times were just painful, there was screaming, there were attempts to escape or change at least something.
•After the tenth death, there was begging of it to just stop and attempts to trade for just peace. He didn't want "revenge" or "another chance", just some peace. So he wouldn't feel the pain in his chest, as if his heart is being squeezed in an iron grip.
•As the circle continued, the ex-president didn't want anything more then to end it as fast as possible. The first death at the festival? He would almost jump at Technoblade, so the firework wouldn't slowly burn him, but instead just blow up in his face or ribcage, so the death would be fast....second death, he would do it faster then the imitation of Quackity ever could. Third death...he would use the broken bottle of whiskey to slice up his own throat...everything better then feeling his heart being ripped out of his chest and heading the laughter around him.
•At one of the last versions of his own death, Wilbur would find him. He was...shocked to say at least. Of course he would wish the man, who destroyed his life suffering....but not at this amount.
•Schlatt didn't act normal, that's for sure, he screamed, backed up from Wilbur, didn't let him get near, always trying to get to the bottle. He clearly didn't see Wilbur as real.
•It took a lot of time to calm the ram-hybrid down...well...he wasn't calm...but he wasn't screaming anymore. Wilbur wanted to believe that this is some kind of manipulation...or trick...but by the dead look in the eyes of his former rival, he really didn't think there is a possibility to fake this.
•During the "reviving" events, Wilbur managed to convince Dream, to take Schlatt with him. He didn't feel sorry...well...maybe a little bit....but not to much, he would be ready to kill him, if Schlatt would give a reason...
•There weren't many places were they could go...so...after weighting all the options, Las Nevadas was considered the...more promising variant.
•Quackity wasn't exactly happy to see Schlatt....and that feeling was oh so mutual...it was almost possible to see how the heart of the former president dropped, he tried to grab the nearest sword immediately and even if the duck hybrid wanted to protect himself, thinking that his ex-fiance wanted to attack him...he was pretty surprised when Wilbur had to stop Schlatt from roaming the sword into his own chest, screaming that this Quackity is real and that they are out of the cursed limbo.
•Some days passed and at the beginning Quackity enjoyed it all, it was funny to see that now Schlatt is the one, who would stay quiet and hold his breath near him...but with time it started to feel wrong...very wrong. He didn't hear a single word from the ram-hybrid. He only talked to Wilbur, so that Quackity wouldn't hear him.
•At some point the duck hybrid even got the feeling that he is genuinely worried about his ex-husband...which feeled even more wrong. Why should he? That's JSchlatt! He deserved it...right?...
•The confusion tortured the owner of Las Nevadas from the inside from the beginning of the day, till the late night...and then Fundy stormed into his room at one of the nights, screaming that Schlatt wouldn't open the door and isn't answering.
•They had to break the door to get in, the former president of Manburg was lying on the floor, in his own blood, that was coming from his arms.
•That was a horrific night. Just some minutes to late and that ram-hybrid would succeed. After that, it was ordered that someone always had to look after him. Most of the time it was Fundy...he clearly had a soft spot for the hybrid and it didn't seem like the ex-president minded. Sometimes Sam or Foolish helped, Wilbur was also often there.
•Just in the later days, Quackity decided that it was his turn, even though...Schlatt was far from being relaxed near him. He was always looking at the casino owners arms...at any objects that could be used for harm...that could be entertaining...but at that rate, it wasn't...it feeled wrong.
•At one of the days, Quackity was making some paperwork, just some casino detail...new machines and all...when he noticed that Schlatt was looking at the documents. "What?" he asked and immediately noticed that the ram-hybrids ears pressed to his head. Damn it...he didn't mean to sound that cold. Schlatt still didn't speak but carefully pointed at one of the paragraphs....and then at the other...Oh....the costs and parameters do not really seem logical...there are too many machines that would be ordered if he would sign...how could he miss it? Well...okay....he didn't get a lot of sleep lately...this is how..."Not bad..." for a second...maybe even less...he could see a glimpse of light in the eyes of a dead man...
