“YOU CAN JUST SAY it to her, she isn’t going to reject you.” Panda whispers to his friend. Whom has no chance to pick up his phone and type his answer out as he turns around.

“Okkaka!” Inumaki denies, highly aware that you have a crush on someone else. You might even be in love with them. Now that Yuta is gone it is even more obvious then before.

Honestly if you had asked him before what would be worst you smiling and sticking to Yuta all the time or have you be around him all the time; the answer was obvious. How wrong he was. It is complicated.

Sighing Maki turns to pause the episode, “Want to talk about it?” she asks. Looking up from the screen, you shake your head, “It’s fine.”

“What do you think when you think about him?” Panda asks. Glancing between the boys, you take a breath, “I hate him.” you say, “And then I miss him. And then I hate that I miss him.” adding on to the previously harsh statement.

Making them nod slowly but very confused nonetheless, “All my emotions are just bundled up and it doesn’t make sense. It’s- it’s like... spaghetti!”

“Spaghetti?” Inumaki echos, “Yes, it’a all tangled up, and confusing. Have you ever tried to untangle spaghetti? No, of course not. No one does that! You leave it alone, which I should be doing.”

“But he is not spaghetti.”

Taking a deep breath, you nod, “I know, Maki. I just... when I’m around him I feel... powerless and I have come to the realisation that I hate that feeling.” fiddling with your fingers you try to ignore the prickling sensation in your eyes, “I hate that if he came back, I would run back to him.”

“You love him.”

Looking up, new tears fall from your face and if it was not clear before your next words make abundantly clear; “Who wouldn’t fall for him?”

I have this idea stuck in my head all day, like

Imagine you and Yuta spent your day off in an amusement park, you both tried so many games and had so much fun. 

You decided to play roller coaster first and scream like there's no life tomorrow.

Then, Yuta sheepishly asked if you could wear a matching headband with bunny ears, of course you said yes without thinking ( omg image Yuta wears a headband like that ahhhhh so cute ).

Both of you spent the next few hours discovering haunted houses ( a little boring because you meet and exorcise curses every day ), having a transport ride ( holding his hands while watching the beautiful scenery is awesome ), going on a Ferris wheel ( what is better than kissing your beloved at the top of a Ferris wheel at sunset ? ), taking thousands of photos in a photo booth ( you definitely will hang them all over your room tomorrow )

You were very tired after a long day, so Yuta insisted you rest on a bench while he went to buy some drinks and food.

And you waited there, watching people pass by, gazing at the sky painted in hues of orange and pink, replaying all the happy moments you had today again and again in your head.

Only when you realized Yuta had gone a little too long, “maybe the restaurant was too crowded ? or maybe he got lost ?” You asked yourself and started finding him.

A few minutes later, you saw him…standing with a girl, seems like she was talking about something. Well, you trust Yuta, and you know he would never betray you, never. And the way that girl trying to show her boobs is really annoying, obviously she is flirting with him.

So you walk faster to reach there as soon as possible and take him away from this mess. When they are only a few meters away, you hear the girl saying “But I don’t see your girlfriend anywhere“ with a voice that makes you cringe.

“That’s it” You feel your blood rushing to your face, “I will make her regret doing such a thing”.

Suddenly, Yuta raises his hand, showing the ring on his ring finger and starts talking nonstop

“Do you see the ring on my finger? I have worn it for years and NEVER taken it off, but it still shines brightly like the first day I wore it. Do you know why? Because it is made of our LOVE for each other. Well, if you ever meet my LOVER, you will know why I always fall in love with her over and over again. I LOVE her sparkling eyes which are always full of love and affection for me, LOVE her sweaty voice when she murmurs she loves me, LOVE the shiny smile she shows whenever she meets me. Oh and I LOVE the way she hugs me so tight, the way she holds my hand, interlocking her fingers with mine, the way she kisses me so passionately. And of course, I LOVE her for her PERSONALITY, she would NEVER tell someone to cheat on their partners. I really want you to meet her so you know how perfect a person can be, but seeing such a person like you will ruin…”

“Yuta.”

“Oh baby, what are you doing here? Ah, sorry for making you wait…”

You cut him off by giving him a peck on his lips right in front of that girl.

“Let’s go, I’m hungry” You slowly reach his hand, pulling him slightly

“Okay, honey, let’s go” he smiles gently, holding your hand tighter and you both walk away, don’t even give a glance to the girl.

“I love you, Yuta”

“I love you too, y/n”

The comfort of the covers dulls your senses, the heaviness of sleep drawing you further into the soft mattress. The room is shrouded in darkness, with only a hint of moonlight seeping through the curtains. You drift in and out of slumber until a soft creak from your bedroom door gently tugs you back from the brink of sleep, awakening you in the present moment.

A familiar silhouette stands in the doorway, and even in the dim light, you can recognize Yuuta. Oh, your lovely, darling, Yuuta. His black hair is tousled, and his usually bright blue eyes are shadowed with even somehow heavier eye bags. His usually broad and strong shoulders are slumped, and his stride is hesitant. You can feel his worry before he even speaks. Instinctively, you sit up, your heart aching at the sight of him so troubled.

“Yuuta?” Your voice is soft, a whisper in the silence of the night. He looks up, eyes meeting yours, and the vulnerability in his gaze tugs at every crack and fissure of your heart.

He steps forward, closing the door behind him with a gentle click. You open your arms, an unspoken invitation, and he doesn’t hesitate. Yuuta crosses the room in a few quick strides, and then he’s in your arms, sinking into your embrace like a man starved for solace.

You pull him close, feeling the tension in his body begin to dissolve. Your fingers find their way into the midnight of his hair, brushing through the soft strands in a soothing rhythm. He sighs, a long exhale that seems to release some of the weight he’s been carrying.

“It’s okay,” you murmur, your voice a balm against his worries. “I’m here.”

Yuuta presses closer, burying his tired face in the crook of your neck. His breath is warm against your skin, and you can feel the slight tremble in his frame as he lets go of the last remnants of his unease. Your other hand rubs gentle circles on his back, as if every touch could melt and wash away his grief.

For a long moment, the world outside ceases to exist. It’s just the two of you, wrapped in a cocoon of shared warmth and unspoken understanding. The rhythm of your breaths syncs, you heart his heart beat and you are so happy to be his home.

Yuuta finally pulls back slightly, just enough to look into your eyes. His expression is softer now, the lines of worry smoothed away by your touch. His blue eyes are clear, though still shadowed by the telltale signs of exhaustion. He reaches up, tracing a finger along your jawline, a tender gesture that makes your heart swell. You love him so very much.

“Thank you,” he whispers, his voice raw with emotion. “I needed this.”

You lean forward, pressing a gentle kiss to his forehead. “Always,” you reply, your lips brushing against his skin. “I’m always here for you.”

He smiles, a small but genuine curve of his lips, and it feels like the room gets a little brighter. You guide him down beside you, tucking him under the covers and wrapping him in the warmth of your embrace. His head rests on your chest, and you continue to run your fingers through his hair, each stroke a promise of your devotion.

As sleep begins to claim you both once more, you feel Yuuta relax completely, his breathing steady and calm. In the quiet of the night, with your lover held close, you find a sense of peace that makes everything else fade away. The worries of the world can wait until morning; for now, all that matters is this moment.

Ways to hug your lover

A warm hug and a goodbye kiss you both give to each other when leaving the house in the morning.

When he is sitting on the couch, reading a book you recommended or watching his favorite films on TV, you will crawl onto his lap, snuggling with him, only to meet his fond gazes and receive a gentle pat on your head.

On a relaxing Saturday night, you both lie comfortably on the bed, legs tangled together. You will talk to him about everything or nothing, just enjoy being with him. And vice versa, he will ramble about his day while playing with your hair or just hold you close to him, drowning in your essence.

When you’re sleeping, he will always try to find a way to get closer to you than he is, like tightening the hold on your waist, burying his head deeper into the crook of your neck, and never leaving your hands.

Yuta is a light sleeper, so if you wake up and go out of bed to go to the bathroom or drink water during the night, when you return, you’ll see him already awake, pouting because you’ve left him alone, and once you place yourself on the mattress, he’ll hug you incredibly tight.

When you come home exhausted from the long day, he’ll pepper your face with kisses while slowly guiding you to your shared room, where he has prepared an appetizing meal.

Or when he’s running out of energy from harsh missions, you’ll gently stroke his back back and forth and murmur sweet nothing to his ears, praising him for always trying to protect other people, giving him the comfort he deserves.

You love every chance to touch Yuta, but the hugs you give him when he leaves for abroad missions are always your distaste. The hugs that neither you nor he wants to release, you both pull your lover slightly only to strengthen the hold on each other.

And when he comes back after months, you’ll find him standing in the middle of the crowd, outstretching his arms for you to jump right into his embrace. All you can feel is his unique fragrance, his soft voice, his fast heartbeat, everything about him that you’ve dreamed of, have craved for.

About Yuta? What can make him happier than hugging his angle after months of distancing? It’s like he’s holding a piece of heaven and you’re right in his arms, he would never get enough of your tender yet firm embrace, your sweet-like honey giggles, your passionate kisses, he would never get enough of you, all of you.

On a winter day, you’ll sit restfully in his lap while he covers both of you in a warm, cozy blanket, you two spend time doing whatever you like.

Or on a peaceful morning, your room is filled with a warm, golden glow of sunlight, you cling onto Yuta and groan “Five more minutes” when he tries to wake you up. He then only sighs and lets you sleep for “five minutes” the nth time, fondly stroking your hair and pressing pecks to your forehead.

He always knows when you’re upset, frustrated, or silently crying. At that time, he’ll hold you close to his chest, kissing away your tears, giving you constant reassurance that he’ll be here with you forever, helping you overcome your sadness.

This is my daydream about some intimate moments shared with Yuta, my remedy for the tragedy from recent chapters. Yuta my beloved, you deserve all the best 😭😭😭

"CATCHER HUG? who needs to be holding you like that?"

you giggle at the reflection of yuuta's wide eyes as he stares at the photo attached to his forehead from the tiktok filter.

"sometimes panda lifts me up when we hug!" you vouch for your friend, but yuuta's perplexed face doesn't change. he hits 8 on the screen to move on to the next filter.

"can't believe panda is trying to swoop in on my girl like that" he mutters as he waits for the filter to land on the next option.

yuuta's mouth is gaping wide before any sound comes out- although it's obvious that he'll rank this one low.

"CUDDLE?" his voice raises an octave from the offense he's taken by this hypothetical ranking game. you're absolutely losing it in a fit of laughter. "no one should be cuddling my girlfriend!" his thumb hits the 10 with an audible thwap to the screen. "ridiculous. cuddle my girlfriend and catch rika's hands" he mutters.

"oh, this is good!" all irritation washes away as yuuta beams at self hug. "love yourself baby, i do" he punctuates with a kiss to the crown of your head, unsurprisingly making this one number 1.

"no," his brows furrow again. "that's too intimate. absolutely not. nope" he hits 7.

"seven though?" you're curious why it's not lower.

"this game feels like a trap. i feel like there are worse things"

his expression flickers when side hug comes up next. concern, then understanding, then concern again. clearly he's searching through the context of what could warrant someone giving you a sidehug, it's just a matter of who. you find his undertainty to be funny, apparently.

"yuuta, we all hug each other like this. toge side hugged me just yesterday after a mission"

"yeah..." he trails off, before huffing and deciding on 4. "still not a fan. it's still touchy"

you cackle out a laugh.

"they're all touching!" you remind him, but he ignores you as the filter spins again.

"i don't think i realized how possessive you were till now" you say.

"WHAT THE HELL? absolutely not!" yuuta's fast to put waist hug second to last at option 9. "hip grinding hug more like it. nuh uh. that's cheating right there"

he doesn't understand why you laugh so much at the adulterous hug option, but he's already waiting for the next round.

"this... this is fine," he sighs, making it the second option rather quickly. "it's got to be under three seconds though" he adds as an after thought.

"three seconds?"

"are you sad? why does someone else need to hug you if you're sad?"

"what if you're not around?" you ask.

"then you call me??" yuuta's sass has reached new peaks with this filter game. "easy answer, dumb question" he selects 5.

"NO!" yuuta shouts. "that's too close to my girlfriend! and you're hurting her! look babe you can't even breathe," he gestures to the phone with annoyance, shaking his head and huffing some more as he selects 6. "if i could put this lower babe, i would"

Ever since chapter 261 was released, I've seen a lot of takes on the course of action of the manga. And most importantly, I've seen a lot of posts about how Gojo was not the only person wronged and dehumanised in the entire series. And I do agree with them, to some extent. Because yes, a lot of other characters did not get the ending they deserved. Yes, Yuji had also become a weapon for the jujutsu society. Yes, Geto's body was used against his consent to do unspeakable things. And there are many more instances in the entire series that show such tragic events.

So how is what happened with Gojo different? Well, if you would look at it, what happened with all the other good characters was a consequence of the actions of the bad guys, the antagonists. Yuji? Taken over by Sukuna. Geto? Taken over by Kenjaku. Junpei? Killed by Mahito. Mai? Killed by the Zen'ins. Nanami? Killed by Mahito. On the other hand, the 'taking over Gojo's body and using it as a weapon' was not orchestrated by any of the villains, but rather by the good guys of the story. Gojo's own allies came up with this plan. And yes, Gojo may have agreed to this plan, but no one else objected to it. How could Gojo disagree to a plan that no one else saw a fault with? He was the strongest, after all. If he could not beat Sukuna while he lived, he would have to do so after he died. I think we are more appalled by the fact that it was Yuta who took over Gojo's body and not Kenjaku. You would not expect a bad guy to have a moral compass, because, that's their whole shtick. Causing mayhem, spreading evil and all. But when a good guy breaks the barriers of morality, how are we supposed to react? Not positively, I suppose.

Do I blame Yuta? OF COURSE NOT. He was the only guy who stood up for Gojo, who understood the injustice he had to go through his entire life to protect others. His whole life as a sorcerer, Yuta had been compared to Gojo, as someone who stood as high as the Strongest. So if neither Gojo nor him could beat Sukuna, the responsibility to win by hook or crook, the responsibility to take over as the role of the monster fell on his shoulders. He lost his own self in this plan. This plan of his affected only the people who held the mantle of being 'monsters'. After all, which monster has the honour of bearing humanity?

So, do I have to like what happened? Of course not. Do I understand why it had to happen? Yes, yes I do. No sorcerer is a hero. But the fact that they don't have the right to remain a human is just the most unfair of all things.
