So I was in my classes (online, my eyes hurt but oh well) and our teacher told us that if we don't participate we will have a report and we will be put as if we didn't enter the class. And I get really anxious and everytime I participate I start panicking, I tried to explain my teacher but I was ignored... Don't even know why I'm writing this if no one cares lol. Just know that it's okay to take a break sometimes, most importantly if it's for your physical and mental health. Even though I can't really do that I hope that other people can. Also, I'm really sorry for my english, it's not my first language :(
