As a new years gift, i decided to share this video that i did earlier this month. It is my take on Deciet's first entrance.

I just wanna say this
We just really need something about Virgil tearfuly apologizing to Patton for being a jerk to him, especialy on the latest SS video.

Logan, Roman and Patton comforting Thomas and Virgil.
Or you can come up with your own backstory for this.
Either way, how do you like it?
Patton: Logan, Don't cry.
Logan: Patton. Don't help.
Patton: *beats up bad guys*
Remus, enraged: what!?
Patton, innocently: I took care of it.
Remus: >:o
Patton: and language.
Remus: GET OUT OF MY MOVIE, YOU FU-
Patton, trowing shield at remus: LANGUAGE!
I just imagine the light sides relationship with the dark sides to be like a mane 6 and discord fromm mlp relationship.

My theory for the patton and debate episode
(Warning, this is my perspective on the episode and i don't expect it to be cannon, i just have ideas. Also these are vaguely detailed.)
The video opens up with thomas saying he is too upset to form a complete sentance so he just said random words.
Intro sequence.
Thomas comes home, angry and upset. He openly says "what the f**k everypody!"
And states: "Yeah there's no other way around it, this day sucked." He then states that he needs to air out some things so he calles patton and roman.
The next (enter timeline here) minutes of the video is explaining that he had both missed the first half of the wedding AND the callback, because he was worrying about it too much.
Patton then interrupts him by asking why roman didn't remind him, with roman doing the same.
The first "8 bit" scene is thomas explaining how he had missed the vows and how he just played on his phone the entire rest of the ceremony.
Roman and patton tell him to continue.
The next 8 bit sequence is him talking with joan about the wedding.
(I once theorized it would be a orange side, but just in case it doesn't work, i'm just gonna assume it's joan.)
Patton and roman debate for a little bit on how it would have went different.
Thomas then said how he had also learned that there wasn't enough time to go to the callback, and how he tried to catch the bus way home but he missed it for whatever reason (rain, buses stop early on a weeknight, whatever).
Roman was saddened by this and it "angered" patton that he would find he should have gone to the callback instead of being there for his friends. All his pent up upstetness (or whatever feeling) gets let out here. Arguments get worse. Angst all around!
Then roman makes an inspiring speech that he shoudn't always put others before himself. Which resulted in patton and roman make up and then notice that thomas is gone.
The panic and then realized he probably went to the callback to explain his actions. Roman exclaims that they must prosue after him, which they do.
The final 8 bit sequence is the climax.
The final 8 bit sequence is the climax. He must get to the place where the callback is held before it's too late. Patton and roman follow after him, and they arrive, thomas says he has to go alone. Patton and roman wait outside untill he gets back with a satisfyed smile. The explains how they understand his actions and situation and that though he missed the callback, they can give them some more time for him. Patton and roman feel happy knowing that the terrifying storm of the month has passed. The bridge is crossed. The last minutes of the video goes by smoothly, then roman explains that....deceit was right. He did desperatley want the callback. That he didn't feel right when they didn't have it. Thomas then tells him that he and patton and the rest can help him. Roman sinks down knowing he is loved, that he isn't wrong for wanting to achieve a dream come true.
The outro commences, better than ever now. Thomas can finally relax and call this a begining of an end of a short, terrifying era.

Roman would be revelling that we made the journey, Patton would be marveling at the memories being made, Logan would be telling you to look at these facinating sights for important information, Virgil would be telling you to GET BACK FROM THOSE CLIFFS, Janus would be telling you to take pictures to make it look like you're next to the cliff, for clout, and Remus would be like You could push somebody and get away with it.
