"But V~~~" Logan mutters, as the driver closes the window to the back , "Lo Sweetie i don't wanna go either but it's only a couple hours" Virgil leans in and kiss Logan on the cheek

"I know you don't wanna go but it's only one night with my dad" Virgil says trying to comfort his fiance "your dad hates me" Logan sutters out

"Lo, don't think that he just needs time" Virgil didn't even sound confident in his own words anymore. Logan drapes himself over Virgil hopping he would change his mind

Virgil only pulls him closer, holding him in his arms. Logan's hand are now resting on Virgil's neck

"Sunshine I love you, my dad won't change that" Virgil says pulling his lover onto his lap "But-" Logan sutters before he's cut off by Virgil whispering in his ear "when we get back home we'll cuddle up with a blanket, and watch movies all night if you want"

Logan go's red and says "Yeah I'd like that~, thanks Babe"

One day while walking home from school, Logan and Virgil started talking about their home life

Virgil's not being all that great, with his dad and all.

Logan's being good with his loving mum and working dad.

"Sucks to be me I guess" Virgil says looking down

"No your dad is just fucked in the head" Virgil looks on with intrigue 'Logan doesn't normally curse' Virgil thinks to himself

Virgil felt words building up in his throat but before he could speak Logan continued talking becoming more hot headed with every word

"He just doesn't see how sweet and caring you can be, but on the other hand you can be a a bit of bitch when you want to.... But that's not your fault IT'S his fault your a mess......"

Logan looks down with a fond smile.

"But yet your still so lovely" It was barely audible but Virgil picked up on it,

Virgil let a small laugh escaped his lips

" I said that out loud, didn't I?" Logan says rubbing his neck in embarrassment, his face now a cherry like red.

"you did, it was cute. Would you mind going on a date sometime?" Virgil asks with a gentle smile

"Sure... That sounds nice" Logan says taking Virgil's hand

a little background : Logan and Virgil got partnered up for a project. Logan being the school Punk. Virgil being the shy but bad emo. They didn't exactly get along at first

"Look Logic, I'm not a people person. Okay" Virgil says kicking his leg op on the wall behind him. "first of all it's Logan, not Logic. And I'm not a people person either, but we have to get this done" Logan says spinning around and leaning on the wall. "ugh fine, what are we doing then?" Virgil says looking up at the slightly taller man. Logan puts both his arms up around Virgil, trapping him. Before Logan could get a word out, he heard laughing he turns his head to see the people walking by where pointing at them. He looks back on Virgil to see. That he has turned red.

Logan without thinking, he took Virgil's hand and walks away with him. They end op behind the school, by the time Logan had collected himself. Virgil was sitting on the ground with his head down "Look Virgil, I'm sorry" Logan says sliding down the wall next to Virgil "I wasn't thinking" Logan mutters looking away.

"It's fine, just don't do it again" Virgil says looking op

"But what are we going to do our project about?" Virgil asks

" I mean it is a culture project, do you know any interesting cultures around the world?" Logan asks

"yeah, do you know Huil in Papúa New Guinea?" Virgil asks

"I do" Logan answers with a smlie

"Well what about that?" Virgil asks

"sure"

To almost everyone in logan’s class he’s just the nerd in the back.

But when the new student from Itay called Virgil came in and sat beside him like they knew him, people started to spread rumours. 

The rumours went away the second Virgil picked their first fight, with Logan’s bully of cousre. He had been teassing Logan about their rumoured relationship. 

Everyone expected for Virgil to just willingly go to the office, but what happend was far from it. 

Virgil cussed out the vice principal and pulled Logan away by his upper arm, but Logan didn’t resist he went with Virgil without complaint 

The next day Logan came in alone, truns out Virgil was suspended for a week.

when they came back a week later, they sat down like nothing happend no one spreads rumours about them anymore. 

Untill Remus showed up and tried to teasse Logan infront of Virgil. That was Remus’s first mistake. 

Virgil picked over a 1000 fights with Remus therefor they all 3 end up in detention together, and slowly they become “friends”.’

Now let me show you a typical day for them now

Logan closes his locker and turns to Remus “Have you seen V? Their class ended 10 minutes ago” He says worryingly 

“clam down Lo, they probably just got pulled aside like aways” Remus says putting a hand on Logan’s shounder. 

The bell rang again and Remus was right, Virgil walks out books in hand, “Sorry for the wait, miss jackson pulled me aside again”  Virgil mumbles opening their locker and putting their books in. 

“Again what’d you do this time?” Logan questions  “i corrected her in front of the class” Virgil laughs 

“Jesus V you get in more touble then the nerd” 

“of course i do Mi amor, i’m the shcool rookie, the controversial foreign exchange student” Virgil jokes

 “stop being silly you two, we have a moive to see in” Logan checks his watch “20 minutes or so. So go home and drop off your bags” Logan says walking off

Remus throws his soda in the trash “well that was disappointing” Logan says sipping his soda, “Yeah” Remus and Virgil says in unison 

“Virgil didn’t you say that there is a carnival downtown?” Remus asks taking Virgil’s and Logan’s hands 

“there is”  Virgil anwers “Wanna go?” Logan ask squeezing Virgil's hand 

“Sure i didn’t see why not”

Virgil holds on to the octopus plushie Logan had won. While Remus and Logan went on the ferris wheel. 

They both loved the ferris wheel, Virgil doesn’t like the fact that it stops so much so they passed 

Virgil likes the experience just not the rides. The ride ends, Remus and Logan come out. 

Virgil gave Logan his octopus plushie back, he hugs it to his chest 

‘god he’s cute’  They both stare at Logan in awe 

the dark green octopus plushie stands out like a sore thumb against his blue button up “V?” Logan asks lovingly 

“Yeah?” Virgil questions “you good?” Remus asks taking Virgil’s hand, “yeah i just spaced out why?”  V asks taking Logan’s hand 

“you just looked out of it i guess” Logan mumbles leading his head on Virgil’s shoulder  

“your really cute right now Lo” Virgil says squeezing Logan’s hand, Logan blushs as they all begin walk. “What next?” Remus asks practically buzzing with excitement

 ”fun house maybe” Logan says sleeply “i’m getting a little tried can we head home after” 

“of course lovebug” Remus says settling into a calm walking pace, they others follow suit.

As the car comes to a stops Logan looks over at Virgil “See you at shcool”  Virgil says kissing Logans forehead.

Remus leads forward “see ya” Virgil mumbles kissing Remus on his forehead

Virgil gets out of the car and waves as they walk to they door 

Logan drove Remus home, and went home. The octopus phushie still in his lap 

That sure was a lovely night

A night of kisses and cuddles

“Why did you leave so manyyy.” Virgil complains as Roman places Them on their bathroom counter, “Do they hurt?”

“Kinda” They mumle as Roman plays with their hair “Okay, what do you need me to do My sweet little emo?”

“First of all, don’t call me that. Second of all, how am i supposed to know?!” Virgil whines as Roman slightly pulls their hair.

“Hush emo i know you like it, Now hold still” Roman softly says as he opens the cabinet above Them.

Roman takes out a bottle of lotion, pouring some on his hands.

He begins massaging Virgil’s neck as the smaller side cross their legs, blushing.

“Okay?” Roman asks hoping for a good reaction from his sweet emo

“Mm” The words barely leave Virgil’s mouth before Roman is yet again asking “Are you sure?” Roman sounds down right guilty

‘God how many did i leave’ Roman thinks as he glances down at Virgil’s collarbone, their tanktop hanging slightly loose ‘How pretty’

“R-Ro” Virgil whines placing a hand on Roman's shoulder, “huh” Roman mutters as he looks back op at Them

Virgil’s face is a cherry like red, “your h-holding a l-little tight”

“Sorry sweetheart” Roman’s says quickly loseing his hold as somone begins loudly knocking on the door.

“Are you two in there?” They hear Logan question from beyond the door

‘Ooooo the nerds home~ ’ Roman smiles as Logan opens the door

“What the hell happend” Logan asks looking over at Virgil

“Roman you know our’re baby bruises easily” Logan says walking over to them

“I know that” Roman says as Logan looks at him “then why-“ Logan was cut off by Virgil

“Lo it’s okay, i-i asked him to” Virgil crosses their arms “oh well then, i’ll go help Patton with dinner”

“Pop star’s Home too?!” Roman yells practically jumping up and down “indeed my love, would you like help too?” Logan asks smiling.

“Yes yes yes!!” Roman joy fully yells and runs out of the bathroom to go help Patton in the kitchen.

“Virgil, you okay?” Logan asks as Virgil contines to blush. “Hoodie?” Logan asks jokingliy “Yes please....” Virgil whispers

“Come on then let’s get you one” Logan takes Virgil’s hands helping them down from the counter.

They walk to their shared bedroom and Virgil borrows one of Patton’s hoodies.

“Dinner kiddos!” It comes from the kitchen.

"Are we still holding moive night tonight?" Logan asks looking around.

"I'm down" Virgil says nodding "of course baby" Patton chines in “just let me clear the table first” Patton says getting op.

“Of course Love. Virgil, Roman rember you two are picking the movie tonight”

“Cinderella!” they both scream happliy, they both love that movie.

Virgil shivers as Logan trace his fingertips alone their arm, “Aww baby~" Patton coos drawing Virgil’s attenion to the him.

Patton places a kiss on Virgil’s forehead. His emo’s head in his lap, their torso in Logan’s, legs in Roman’s.

“You cold sweetie?” Roman asks as Virgil blushes. "a bit" Virgil says looking back over to the tv, the movie almost over.

Logan reaches for the blanket at the foot of the sofa, laying it on Virgil.

“Thank you” Virgil mumbles as they bury their face under the blanket. They will never admit it but they love movie nights and they wouldn’t miss it for the world

Patton giggels pulling the blanket away from Virgil’s face, “you can’t hide from us sweetheart~” Patton says pulling Virgil in for quick kiss

“Oh come here” Logan says helping Virgil sit up. Patton moves closer to Logan, his hand rubbing Virgil’s back.

Virgil’s hold onto Logan’s neck, as Logan kisses them.

Virgil’s can feel their lips get tired, as Logan’s hands rest apon their wasit.

Logan slowly pulls away, but Virgil's lips weren't cold for long. Roman was right there "Virgie baby, you want another one?~"

"Mm~" Virgil moves closer to Roman. The blanket falling in their lap as Roman gently grabs their hips

Roman kisses them softly, holding Virgil tighter.

"Your just so cute" Logan mutters under his breath as Virgil pulls away from Roman

Patton helps Virgil lay down again, their eyes almost closed. The movies credits roll.

Roman yawns moving Virgil's legs "I need my beauty sleep, so I'm gonna hit the Hay" Roman says getting up and rubbing his eyes.

Roman gives Logan a quick kiss on his forehead, and Patton a quick kiss on his cheek, and Virgil a quick kiss on their lips.

"Goodnight my loves~" Roman says walking up the stairs, "Goodnight sweetie" they all mumble at the same time.

Patton giggles as he helps Virgil sit up again. They end up mostly in Patton's lap half asleep

“I’m gonna hit the hay as well” Logan mumbles get up and turning off the tv. “Sleep tight babe” Patton says as Logan kisses his cheek

“Goodnight Lolo” Virgil sleeply giggles as Logan kisses their forehead. “Night baby” Logan laughs walking up stairs

Virgil shifts in Patton’s lap, “here” Patton says grabing the blanket in Virgil’s lap and throwing it over Virgil’s shoulders.

“Thanks” Virgil says snuggling into Patton’s chest, Patton holds back a squeal hugging them tight.

“We should probably head to bed too Sweetie” Patton says trying to move Virgil from his lap “Noooooo....” Virgil whines holding onto Patton’s neck

“If you don’t move i’m gonna have to carry you” Patton says thinking Virgil would move

“Can you?” Virgil yawns “Would that be okay?” Patton smiles, Virgil had ever let him carry Them before.

Virgil nods almost asleep. Patton picks Virgil up bridal style, the blanket still on them

“Veve?” Patton asks a yawn esaping his lips. “Mm” Virgil’s eyes slightly open, “Can you sleep with me, i don’t wanna be alone”

Virgil nods giving Patton a quick kiss

Virgil suggles into Patton's chest. Patton Holding Virgil tight. “Baby, can we see if the others are awake, i miss them” Patton sleeply mumbles

“Mm, i miss them too”

They both stumble down the hall, first to Roman’s room.

Virgil peaks their head in “Roro? You awake?”

“I am now” Roman complains as he turns around, now facing the two people in his doorway.

“Sorry...we just wanted to know if you wanted to cuddle, but you seem tired” Virgil says looking at the floor “We’ll leave you be” Patton says talking Virgil’s hand

“Oh, sorry. But if we”re gonna cuddle, then shouldn’t we get Logan?” Roman says getting up from bed.

Patton beams “Well that’s the next stop”

Roman takes Patton’s hand as they walk down to Logan’s room.

The light is on, “Lolo!” Virgil whines as they throw open the door to see Logan sitting at his desk

“Sweetheart, we’re talked about this” Roman sighs walking over, saving the file and shutting off Logan’s computer.

“Right, sorry” Logan rubs his forehead as Patton places a hand om his shoulder

"We gonna go cuddle, and your joining Virgil says taking Logan’s hand and helping him up “it’s 2 am” Logan yawns

“You were up anyway, and we all know you love cuddling~” Roman teases

"Come on Lo" Patton whines taking Logan's other arm

“Okay okay i’ll cuddle with you” Logan surrenders walking along with Them back to Roman’s room

As they all settle into the soft sheets Virgil kisses each of their boyfriends softly, making sure eveybody get’s a hug before they begin cuddling

“Hey Roman have you seen.....” Thomas frezzes in the doorway, quitely staring at the cuddle pile with Virgil and Patton in the middle.

Thomas smiles sweetliy pulling out his phone and snapping a picure before closing the door, not wanting to wake them anymore

WaiT!!!

What if “the man” is one of the darker sides and that’s why Virgil fights “the man”?????

THE MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION ABOUT THE ORANGE SIDE

I see so many theories about the orange side; what his role will be, how he'll interact with the other characters, and most of all, what he represents. But of all these theories, I never see them ask the real questions, about the most important thing we need to know:

AESTHETICS

Every side has their own unique aesthetic. But this isn't usually talked about since people theorize about other things. Which is fair, since the orange side's role is significantly more important. But I still think aesthetics are fun to talk about. So I have made it my duty to make the theory myself.

To me, there two main aesthetics that I think are the most probable or exciting:

Cowboy and Grungey Gamer Boy

Firstly, the reasons I think he might be a Gamer Boy:

Most obvious reason, the first episode that hinted at his existence was POF, which had a lot of video game imagery

It's likely that the Orange side represents anger or some type of negative emotion, and gamers are notoriously known for being angry

If you believe Logan and Orange are opposites, then an unruly gamer would be a good contrast to a strict teacher

If you believe Orange and Virgil are/were close or related in some way, the aesthetics are pretty similar

A really cool style

And now, the reasons he could be a Cowboy:

Like gamers, cowboys are often associated with anger due to stories of vengeance and gunfights

Cowboy stories are often in the Old Wild West, a primarily ORANGE setting

Such an elaborate style would fit right in with Janus and Remus

Very unique and stylish

So you see, there is evidence that supports that the Orange side will be a gamer boy, and it would be really cool if he was a cowboy. And thus, those are my two main theories on his aesthetic.

What if when the Orange Side reveals himself, he berates Virgil for leaving the Dark Sides because they used to be very close and he felt betrayed and abandoned when he left?

I said it as a joke but now I have a comic about it.

Okay, so you probably shouldn't be letting me cook right now, but you know how the Orange side will probably represent anger?...

Well, there's one specific topic that brings nothing but anger...

What if the Orange Side is a politician?

Additionally, Remus has been in very few actual episodes; and in them, he's the antagonist. It's hard to add emotional depth to a comical villain in 2 episodes.

Tbh i think the reason some Remus angst doesn’t stick right with me is the fact they sometimes make Remus act out of character. But we all really want Remus to have some emotional depth to him so what lol?. I think the reality we have to face is the fact that…Remus doesn’t have emotional depth ha. I think “accepting Remus” would be Thomas just having to accept Remus is here to stay and there’s just…nothing he can do lol.

No TSS character is safe from A N G S T /light hearted

Thomas: Okay, guys. I need your help. How do I tell the viewers that I need to take a break?

Patton: You could just...tell them?

Roman: *laughs* Tell them? That's hilarious.

Janus: I do see what is so funny.

Roman: Do you really think they're going to care?

Patton: I don't see why they wouldn't.

Roman: Don't you get it? No one cares for the narrator, only the characters. The only thing the narrator is wanted for, is the plot. The creator is only worth their creation. They won’t care.

Virgil: Geez, and they say I'm the angsty one.

Logan: To be fair, Roman is right.

Virgil: *groaning* Not you too.

Logan: I'm simply stating the facts. Science faces a similar problem. We often care more for the theories than the scientists who worked to discover them, leading to the credit being given to the wrong person.

Virgil: Also misogyny.

Logan: That too. But the point stands, the person is rarely associated with the product unless given value by something else, say money for example. You'll learn more about Newton's laws than you will about how he discovered them. No one tends to care for the effort and years it can take.

Roman: Or the blood and tears.

Thomas: This has gotten...depressing.

Roman: *shrugs* No one cares for the maker. No matter what you do. Though...maybe you are popular enough for people to care about you.

The "not me" goes unsaid. And maybe it also goes unheard and unnoticed as well.

Logan: It's possible you've gained enough of a fan base to have worth outside of your content.

Virgil: Are you trying to give him an existential crisis?

Janus: *looking at Virgil* I'm starting to think we are the mentally stable ones. Perhaps even Remus might be higher on that list than we thought.

Virgil: ...yeah. You may have a point.

Thomas: I'm not even sure what's going on anymore. I just asked for a bit of advice.

Patton: ... do you guys need a hug?

Roman: I mean, yes, but as I was saying. It's less the creator and more the character that will have the empathy of the viewers. *He fights the urge to look at Virgil. He ignores the thought of Janus in the courtroom. He pretends he doesn't know the comments. He shoves the thought of Remus away. He pretends, because he is good at pretending. The thoughts can wait for his stories because he was a creator, not the character.*

Roman: *glances at Logan* Though I have to admit, maybe creators are a bit more fortunate than the scientists. At least they get credit for what they make. And at least their pain can get seen, even if it's associated with their characters instead of themselves.

Logan: *looks away* Maybe. Though scientists tend to be taken more seriously.

An understanding is reached between the two. An understanding forged by pain and longing, though an understanding nonetheless.

Roman: Either way, the creator is never the one to matter.

Thomas: ...I think I'll just make a community post.

Virgil: Good idea.

Janus: Sounds great.

Roman and Logan: ...

And the conversation won't be acknowledged after that, proving their point. No one will catch on, and no one will care. And isn't that the creator's curse? To bleed for a page and be expected to keep bleeding. For the blood to be complimented in color, but the danger of the ink to be ignored. To paint with poison, only to die unnoticed as the paintings are admired.

At least to be famous is to be known.

But to be a creator is to be nothing but a creator.

There's something Virgil isn't telling the other sides. But he's been trying to spend more time with them lately.

He asks Roman to spar a little bit just for fun, but he turns him away because he's got a project.

He asks Patton if he wants to have a whole day where they make a mess of the kitchen but Patton's distracted with fuelling Thomas with his passion for his craft!

He asks Logan to tell him about the stars, but he denies it because he's gotta work on the schedule for the next week.

He goes Deceit to try and fix his mistakes. Deceit tells him off, he made his bed now lie in it.

He tries to go to Remus for the same reason, and Remus doesn't even let him speak before he tells him to fuck off.

Finally he just tells Thomas he's doing great and he's gonna keep doing great and he's proud of him.

Before Thomas can ask what's going on Virgil is gone.

And then he's gone for real.

And Deceit and Remus realize their mistake, and while everyone is grieving and trying to figure out what happened, those two are hit the hardest because they lost a chance to make things better.

It’s weird that Janus and Logan are always like “focusing on one’s mental health is time we’ll spent” and “you should be seeking healthy coping mechanisms for things you struggle with”

Hello! I need your guys help. If you’re a current fander, an ex fander, whatever it be.

I wanna make a video talking all about the hype cycle basically for “can lying be good” especially the speculation before and the fandom after. I have most of the script written but I want a lot of visuals from this era.

I know there’s not a lot of fanders left in the fandom actively who were there for that time/posted about that. BUT IF YOU ARE OR KNOW OF ANY POSTS. Please send links or screenshots my way of anything during that era of the fandom. So any theories about what the episode was gonna be (I remember people thinking it was gonna be about Roman’s room) or after the video and stuff about Janus. Luckily I do remember this time very vividly and that’s why I wanna make this video, I found it so fascinating and a great time in the fandom.

Right now I’m specifically looking for two main things, but of course I want anything I can get. I remember Thomas posting maybe a tweet or Instagram story perhaps of him saying he was filming at a theatre and I remember everyone thinking it meant it was Roman’s room. There was also a post Joan made on their tumblr (which I believe their tumblr has been deleted) about the notes they made about the episode including like oh Patton is wearing the wrong cardigan to show it’s Janus. Stuff like that. If you can find these posts especially PLEASEEEE send me them.
