You ever hyperfixate on really specific part of a bigger interest, forget about it for the most part for a year, and then start hyperfixating on a different really specific part of that same interest
So I tried my hand at redesigning the two Batman villains Riddler and Penguin. It's not the most out-there design by a long shot, but I like how they've turned out.
I've always been a sucker for the snazzier dressed Riddlers, and I liked messing around with Penguin's monocle eye. I wasn't really sure about Penguin's fingers, but I grew up on Tim Bertin Batman, so I figured that was the best route to go, even if a lot of other things were wrong about that Penguin, his makeup design was amazing.
Domino masks, as impractical as they are, are really fun to draw.
And although I had been wanting to do this for a while, @ask-jokeboi was the kick in the pants I needed to actually up and draw these, with their amazing art of Batsy and all the Rogues.
Also Ed is definitely autistic I don't make the rules.
