Rip Arleen Sorkin. The inspiration and original VA for Harley Quinn from the Batman: The Animated Series. Without her, their would be no Harley Quinn.
It’s especially a hard hit as Harley Quinn is what got me into Batman and DC comics.
I’m trying to see where to lean my art style towards as I develop as an artist. These are my favorite artists, and where I draw the most inspiration. Vote below, so I can see where to continue to develop.
The main problem I have with trying to talk Batman with my siblings is that we have all seen Batman but non of us have seen the same stuff. My younger brother has seen teen titans, my older brother has seen Batman: the animated series and Batman beyond and I’ve seen part of young justice, part of the 2004 the Batman show, Wayne family adventures and way too much fanfic. Even if we all wanna talk about dick Grayson we’re all talking about a different dick or Bruce or whoever. There is no winning.
Ya’ll remember that one ep of BTAS (where I am its Season 2 ep 7: Night of the Ninja) where Alfred and Dick were talking about how Bruce might be to scared to fight Kyodai and then the whole time Bruce was just standing in the doorway like “keep talking shit 🧍♂️”?
Well I imagine that was definitely NOT the first time it happened.
Alfred: It broke my heart drugging Master Bruce’s coffee every night with sleeping pills.
Dick+Alfred: *Gasps when they see Bruce standing in the doorway*
Bruce: ….
Alfred: ….
Bruce: ….WHAT.
Alfred: N-Now, Master Bruce, I know it sounds bad—
