Puriel the Cold and Cruel

Puriel - Angel whose name means "the fire of God" an angel of punishment.

Despite his name meaning "Fire of God" he is a cold hearted angel, loving nothing more than to make others suffer the worst punishments.

He was the one who had the idea to take Gabriel's Light away, one of the most painful things an angel can have happen to them, and he enjoyed the Archangels screams.

"You like hurting people, don't you?" Is something he was asked by another angel, who was punished for talking back at a high ranking Council member.

The knife he has on him is infused with the venom of the mythical Hydra, making it a guaranteed death for mortals, and an agonizing torture to higher beings that are more resistant.

He wasn't always this cruel, he was originally a fair judge of punishments when humanity was still around, but after God disappeared he was free to let his sociopathic personality out and reveal who he truly was, and ever since God disappeared, he has been bundled up in thick clothing due to his heart being literally made of ice at this point.
