I just had a thought on Izuku's quirk. Or what might have been his original invisible quirk before he got One for All:

Nighteye saw Deku and himself die in the Shie Hassaikai raid. And he fully believed that to be the inevitable outcome as his quirk has only ever shown him the future as it came to pass. But with Deku in the raid that changed. Because while he himself still died Deku made it out alive with Eri! It is very clear that no future he has seen has ever been changed before!!

And so i propose Izuku's original quirk: Unbound (or unbound to Fate)

I imagine it is a bit like this: Izuku isn't bound into the strings of fate. I stead he is loose in the web/tapestry Fate has woven and can with his actions not aligning with the outcome fate originally dictated change the outcome and the pattern of fate itself! It could be so weak before he got ofa that it wasn't noticable (and even then you would have to use a future/fate seeing quirk on him to see that he affects it). But with Ofa a powerup came along and it got fundamentally stronger

Now! You could have fun with this and make Fate an entity or multiple ones (mythology or otherwise) and show them becoming increasingly frustrated with how Izuku is affecting their "perfect" weave. Maybe in Fate's eye Izuku was ment to lead an existence where he didn't affect much. But his meeting with All Might/the sludge villain attack... That got things rolling! And Fate is not happy. Maybe they try to throw obstacles in his path (aka Villains and other circumstances ment to kill him) to stop him from interfering with her tapestry further

What if Midoriya has a quirk without knowing it?

*Manga Spoilers Below BTW*

What if Midoriya’s quirk is his analysis skills, I mean in the show they comment on his analysis skills a couple times.

And it was revealed that the doctor that diagnosed him was Dr.Ujiko, All for One’s doctor, so what if Ujiko had a pre-scanned x-ray of a quirkless kid’s foot and said it was Midoriya’s.

So what if Dr. Ujiko told Midoriya he was quirkless so All for One could steal his quirk, but All for One never got to him.

So Midoriya has a quirk without realizing it because there is no physical signs of it. Just his analyzing skills.

Another random theory that popped in my head XD

We’re studying Medea (by Euripides) in school, and I’ve been really into bnha recently……

Long story short, imagine a Medea-style story but about All For One.

Like, scratch vigilante/ villain Deku, if being able to explore the dawn of quirks from the perspective of either one of the most influential brothers isn’t the best study of morality and narrative building, I don’t know what is.

Hawks is actually a hummingbird change my mind

– his whole schtick is that he’s speedy. Hummingbirds are so fast you have to film them with high speed cameras

– his janky wing shape. Hummingbirds only have one wing joint, whereas most birds have two

– colour. Hawks don’t have vibrant red wings, but hummingbirds can

– tiny guy. He’s so fucking tiny look at him

But "The Hummingbird Hero" doesn’t sound like a very powerful representative of the HPSC, does it?

Random Quirk Headcanons

Eraser is a mental quirk (stolen) believes quirk is gone and believes you can’t access it, not that it actually is gone. (Also implies that Shinsou’s brainwashing could probably get around it) Explains headaches and lowkey insomnia, both of which are mental quirk side effects.!

Midoriya wasn’t burned from Bakugo’s explosions because of either a: he got some fire resistant properties from his father, or b: he found burn cream with regeneration quirk properties Explains: no scars from Bakugo without using makeup

All For One’s quirk is touch based, and does this thing where it goes into the genes and copies the Quirk Gene, but in doing so destroys it. this is added to his chromosomes, which have been built to have a set number of quirk factors. (which is why sometimes he switches good quirks for bad ones, or makes so many Nomus) However doing so to a Quirkless Kid does nothing except cause pain because the quirk is searching through DNA for something that doesn’t exist. Giving a quirk to a quirkless kid causes brain deformation because their brains aren’t adapted to a quirk, and the quirk gene spot is occupied. Explains: how AFO works

OFA adds a similar structure that AFO has and so it must freely be given or AFO won’t be able to grab it as his quirk can only effect where the quirk gene should be, not the structure that pulled the person’s quirk into and amplified and added other quirks to.

Bakugo has lower blood pressure but instead of getting medicine or anything (“I’m not weak!”) instead looks for fights for the adrenalin. also suffers recoil on shoulders from bigger blasts.

Kaminari gets his electricity from neurons and dumb mode is because he has the neuron equivalent of fuses, so him going over his limit blows one of those, which shuts down his ability to move his body, or everything except his emergency functions. It is quirk exhaustion, but if he tries to keep using his quirk, after that, it may start to damage fine motor skills/ability to feel pain and stuff. He also generates electricity, which makes him think faster, and move faster/better reflexes if he trained for it. Also why he needs move/shows symptoms of ADHD.

Kirishima: his skin cells are flooded chitin as opposed to Testutestus iron.

Quirk Rambles/Thoughts Part 2

Hagakure: Her quirk involves reflecting light around her, but what if it is less of her reflecting light by relaying it to the other side (because then there would be a time delay on the passing light waves unless of course she has another level between her cell walls that speeds up the light waves by a level appropriate to where it is and how far it has to travel She would also need to have more radiation protection for her DNA then). A theory is that her mutant quirk is that she is transparent. However, the closest thing to a non-scientific/ no prior knowledge answer is the below. And my current understanding of the quote below makes me believe that in order for her to be transparent, her atoms/cells would have to be dense. Like superdense. And also that she would have to have lots of similar cells. So ignoring the dense cell part, her cells being similar could work if she was made of mostly Stem cells. Or if her cells revert to stem cells and or close equivalents when not being used for bodily functions. However, we could also go the route of chameleon based, but that would require, again, faster time so there isn't a time delay, and coloring that can quickly be made to reflect the environment. All in all, it is interesting to theorize about, even if my current theories are mostly unusable.

Mina: Her quirk involves acid, with differing levels of pH. However, does acid include the acids and bases, or just acids? I would assume bases are in the skin cells so that she can neutralize the acid before it reaches her organs. And that the skin cells regenerate faster, especially in her hands. However, this leads to another question; would she be able to survive for an extended amount of time in more acidic or basic environments? And, if her entire body was full of acids or bases, is her stomach more or less digestive.

Yaoyaruzo: Yaoyaruzo's quirk says it uses lipids to create things. However, I have reason to believe that these are not your normal run of the mill lipids. Yaoyaruzo can build anything. And that means that her body is able to either change protons and electrons and nuetrons on a atomical level (like a supercollider) without ripping apart or that her body stores everything. I also believe that the reason it states lipids is her bodies own defense mechanism preventing it from stealing any carbon from her actual cells. Because almost everything is made out of carbon. However, if her body stores everything, she probably gets really weird food cravings.

Tokoyami: Personally, I've seen a bunch of these different ones, such as being a combined twin with a shadow quirk and Tokoyami has a touchbased telepath quirk, or Dark Shadow being a physical representation of his emotions, but delayed, or even one where Dark Shadow is a demon that Tokoyami chained to himself and controls (mostly). I see them all and I raise you Dark Shadow is actually Tokoyam's Shadow. Not just physically, but also emotionally. So Dark Shadow speaks the thoughts and words Tokoyami is too afraid/embarrassed to say, or rather, the feelings, which would allow for the different personality (Tokoyami being happy makes Dark Shadow happier and more pliant but acts differently because people respond to emotions in different ways.) This would also explain why he gets bigger in the night; because Tokoyami believes that Dark Shadow gets more volitile and is scared, and so Dark Shadow is scared and reacts more volitile.

Izuku Quirk options if Dad for one

Honestly, a majority of people create, Izuku has All For One angst, you know? Or like oh no its slight harder to give quirks back and oops now he has trauma and his mom is dead. Or he can steal quirks from dead people too but still basically Afo. And the concept is really cool, I agree. I've also enjoyed many of those. But there is a path in-between that I would also like to pursue.

Consider this. Midoriya's mom doesn't have attraction of small objects specifically, her quirk is just very weak telekinesis. As such, she could, hypothetically, with a lot of training, have increased that. But she didn't, either because it would take too long, or just wasn't at the right time.

On the other hand, All for One has a very powerful quirk that has continued (or so i would like to believe) to grow over the centuries. He wasn't born to be able to steal thousands of quirks, it had to grow.

Now, if you merge these two, you get several ideas that people have already capitalized on.

A stronger Afo.

An afo that doesn't need touch to steal quirks.

A copy quirk.

A quirk that inverses other quirks

Afo but for dead people too.

A quirk that prevents other quirks from working on him.

However, no one thinks of like indirect things too?

For example, a quirk that just hairline shifts control of the original person's quirk, or gives Izuku a bare minumum of control (this would be a hard limit on amount of control, and gets better at using directly affected by experience) Like for example, if Snipe was to shoot from 2 meters, nothing. If Snipe was to shoot from 25 meters, maybe a couple millimeters off. But if Snipe was being a sniper and from a couple hundred feet that minimum of control could save a life. It wouldn't work very well with big quirks (unless it was percentage that scaled, not just a set amount) , but it would be an interesting concept.

Or, for example, a quirk that borrows. Literally. Izuku would borrow it, and get to use it until the other person decided to use it. (which would make using it on unsuspecting people tricky, but also be a cool trick to work around/ throw off suspicion) it would then be as if nothing happened until Izuku reinitiated touch/contact or found someone else

Furthermore, what if Izuku could steal one quirk, but only one. It would go back the person he took it from after he switched it out, but he wouldn't be able to keep it past that. (Dead people maybe?)

Maybe it could be attracting people with powerful quirks (ie: if he's in danger, he just amps it up and hopes a hero comes, and not just a stronger villain)

Finally, it could be a small repulsion of quirks/powers?/objects?. Nothing big, but quirks never quite seem to hurt him/impact him as much as they thought it would. A fire villian burning him? It's not that bad there was some wind that didn't allow for direct contact, he only has heat burns. You thought you playfully zapped him with electricity like kids do by dragging their feet over the carpet? Nah, nothing happened.

Again it would be very minor and have a hard limit, but his resourcefullness would make it special and important. Just me and quirk theories.

If bakugous' feet sweat does that mean he can make explosions with his feet and if that's the case he could basically jump off his explosions from his feet making him jump higher
