Yk I was indifferent towards Jacks in Legendary and Finale but when ever he appears in the broken hearts series, I just can’t help but love him. That man is too funny to ignore.

The fact that Jacks and Chaos were apart of the Merrywood Three and the fact that LaLa is also a Merrywood so they would be the new Merrywood Three, and work together to get Evangeline’s memory back, I’m crying 😭

The fact that Jacks and Eva are able to iterally read each others mind and his powers don’t work on Eva and that they’re both from the Magnificent North, Eva through her mom, and that Jacks is literally the Archer from the story and Evangeline’s last name is Fox. The symbolism in the book, I can’t. Not to mention that Evangeline feels sad whenever Jacks is not around, AND AND the fact that Jacks is only pushing her away after leaving the Hallow is because he wants to save her from his love, I-I’m not okay-

I think Evangeline is Jacks one and only true love, someone mentioned that we don’t really know how the beating hearts work. He could’ve seen her in passing and he might have since it was Caraval and Eva might have participated in it but I think her dad owned half of the clothes shop that Jacks sends Tella to get her new gowns in Legandary and it seems he’s a regular so maybe he saw her there in passing and that made his heart beat and he thought it was because of Tella because he spent more time with her. I think the only reason Tella survived was because of Legend, and his blood. We know Jacks doesn’t love Tella and he says he wasn’t sure what he’s feeling for the Fox were, so yeah Eva is Jacks one and only true love.

Plus the Fox died when he kissed her so she obviously wasn’t his true love, she may have be a love but not true love. But I’m pretty sure this was before he becomes a Fate so I’m not exactly sure. It would be a lot helpful if I knew when he became a Fate, I’m assuming it would have to be around the same time as LaLa

The fact that Evangeline came up with the idea to save Jacks with love both times, she wanted to confess her love for him both times 😭😭

It leads me to believe she’d do it every time

Omg does Evangeline die because of that curse on Aurora’s diary? She did say that the reader would have time to reveal the contents of the diary so is possible.

And if she did, I really don’t like Aurora, like that’s such an intense curse for a diary, just curse so people can’t tell what they read, geez no need to kill them
