Hello and welcome to my Tumblr! I figured I could start off strong with a Steven universe meme I made for my partner who I recently got into the show. I'm a bit new to Tumblr (at least posting on it) but I figured I could have my first post be Steven universe related in the hopes of spreading hype for the show
I post on the weekends and this will likely be stuff reblogged from my DeviantArt page, but I will also be on the Steven universe reddit for specifically my Steven universe related drawings

This is a commission I got from OhAries on DeviantArt, I figured I could repost it here to help gather attention to them, go check out their art! Their art is really cool ^^
following the post in regards to helping gather attention to Steven universe on the 21st, I've brought myself out of my temporary hiatus to try drawing some of my favorite characters within the show in 30 minutes, I intend to make more art for Steven universe from here on out to help bring back the show in whatever way i can
this show means the world to me and hearing that it might come back, I want to do everything I can in order to help- I know I'm a rather small artist and haven't gotten all too much traction just yet, though I still want to try and help the franchise that has made me the person I am today. Rebecca Sugar needs all the help she can get for Steven universe, whether it's a spin off show or continuing Stevens journey, Steven universe and Rebecca Sugar need all the help it can get, so to anyone who's been keeping up with my art (and/or don't mind the unwarned hiatus- sorry about that-), please send your love to Rebecca and her show. whether it's watching the show, getting merch, or even just giving other Steven universe fan artists like myself attention. anything helps-
we can all bring back the show together, and hopefully keep it going without anything to stand in our way

Edit: I'm only now realizing roughly 12 minutes after the event has started that I posted things a bit early and it's mostly a Twitter event, so since I (for whatever reason) can't make a Twitter account, my Girlfriend helped me repost things onto Twitter, so the link to that is here (she's absolutely based)

Shoutout to my girlfriend for helping me repost things while I was having difficulties setting up Twitter for #RenewStevenUniverse day!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY STEVEN UNIVERSE ! I should post here more often
Ok, I know so many people go on and on about how desperately they want their favourite show to be renewed, how much their show deserves it, how much their ending sucked, that their show was cancelled, ect. I'm not saying that Steven Universe deserves to be renewed over another show, but SO many odds are in favour for Steven Universe to get either another season or a spin-off show. The fanbase is still extremely dedicated, #RenewStevenUniverse has trended multiple times on multiple different platforms since the show ended (namely on Tumblr and Twitter), crew members who worked on the show have expressed interest in working on it again, and Rebecca Sugar (the show's creator) has expressed interest in continuing the show. The ONLY thing stopping Steven Universe from continuing is a group of executives at Cartoon Network. Rebecca Sugar stated in an interview that if enough people online make noise about the show a renewal could be pitched to Cartoon Network.
Recently @thecartooncartoonshow released a video highlighting what I've stated above. The way I see it, this is the last push to see if Steven Universe can be renewed. If this show has ever entertained you in any way, whether from watching it directly or viewing it from afar, please make your voice heard.

This weekend, The Cartoon CARTOON Show is helping boost awareness of the #RenewStevenUniverse trend and making it known that we want to see a NEW Steven Universe series of any kind, be it a revival, a spin-off or a sequel.
So, we put out this new 7-minute video to alert as many SU fans as possible about how they can spread the word across the internet, and how we've been keeping the trend going for over FIVE days!
