I want to know how the riddlers are when watching scary movies

(I especially want them to see reanimator and bride of reanimator cause I think they'd like them) 💚👻

Don't be fooled, most of these dudes are not the scary movie type.

Unburied - Total scaredy-cat. Not even shy about it either. And if it’s gory? He’s out. Sorry.

ZY - It depends on the type of scary movie. Slasher films don’t scare him. I mean he threw people into lion pits for shits and giggles. Found footage ghost movies? Oh fuck that. Unlike Gotham, he is not cool with the idea of the supernatural.

Dano - He’s a little…too into it. Like he’s going to start getting ideas, so unless you want to see him on the evening news, I’d steer clear of anything to realistic.

YJ - C’mon man, he can do this. It’s just a movie, he’s tough, it’s not re-jump scare and he’s screaming under the blanket.

Gotham - If you don’t tell him it’s a scary movie and he figures it out when the first scary scene happens, you’ll get the delight of watching his muppet face go from surprise to childlike glee.

BTAA - If it’s a horror movie, there had better be a very complex idea behind the themes and scenes. He’s not just gonna mindlessly watch something like that without solving the hidden puzzles of why. So, he’s not even scared, just thinking.

Arkham - He likes horror movies, but only classics or very good newer ones. All these re dos and lame concepts can take a hike. He’d like just as much to cuddle up and watch The Shining

BTAS - Now, I’m gonna be honest, I don’t think he’d even give it a chance. Sorry, but he is far too refined to subject himself to the sights of guts and gore and base evil deeds.

Telltale - Not scared and actually he’s explaining to you how this specific scene inspired him to create one of his traps. Which is awful because you’re watching Saw

I'm curious the dynamics between all of them, who are besties wit each other and who absolutely despises one another

Alright, let's break it down.

Firstly, I wouldn't say that any of them hate each other. Annoy to the point of insanity, sure, but at the end of the day, they're all still Riddlers. No one else in the world understands what it's like to be them.

Now that that's out of the way, Gotham, Dano, and YJ will beat ZY senseless because he is annoying and an absolute jackass, just like any group of brothers would.

Dano and YJ are nearly inseparable. They both know what it's like to be overlooked, not just in intelligence and accolade, but as a person. So, they lift each other up and are all the better for it.

Gotham is the kid-wrangler. He's one of the kids, but he's not? Like the other kids are unpredictable, but Gotham functions like clockwork.

Believe it or not, ZY isn't actually trying to make anyone angry. He's just an absolute attention whore compared to the rest of the gang, and it really shows. But it's all just to get a reaction, like most stuff he does.

Now, the babyiest of babies: Unburied. Like, he's not expected to do anything but be silly, and somehow everyone loves him for it. He's just a little guy.

Arkham, BTAS, and BTAA honestly don't care much what the kids do, as long as they aren't breaking shit or creating a national crisis. Arkham keeps to his workshop and robots, BTAS is keeping the party rolling, and BTAA is busy planning his next amazing heist. They generally don't fight, and are more likely to be diplomatic. Unless, it's ZY.

Finally, let it be said. Telltale doesn't hate any of them. He's just got that classic Riddler complex of 'everyone is an idiot except me'. When looking through the lense of age, though, it makes his own past faults and successes so much more apparent. He sees himself in every single one of them, in a way that he may not be entirely comfortable with. However, again, in classic Riddler fashion, he can't let any of them see his true self, have to keep up the illusion.

So, he'll deflect with sarcasm, cruelty, and witty quips, hoping they get a better ending.

I assume 66 riddler is dead so now I can't stop imagining 66 being the one who took arkham and telltale under his wing and pretty much raised him

He's the granddaddy of all silly Riddlers, so of course he gave them some pointers on how to get your riddle on.

Oh my gosh, ZY is going to roll in the dirt just so that BTAS freaks out later

And BTAS is desperate to find him and save his perfectly tailored clothes from annihilation

Telltale < - > BTAA

BTAA is suddenly aware of and terrified by his own mortality. Like he knew common losers got old, but he feels the age in Telltale’s bones. He might start crying.

Telltale is just angry. He’s not even enjoying the return of a youthful body. It’s not his, and therefore it is inferior.

Unburied < - > Arkham

If BTAA is about to cry, Unburied already is. This body is awful and stinky and his head hurts. Why does Arkham live like this??

Arkham is practically unfazed. When y’all figure out how to fix it, come get him. Until then, he’ll be in the garage.

Gotham < - > Dano

Dano feels like…a tree. A big beautiful tree with perfectly trimmed hair and spotless glasses and clothes that were made for him.

Gotham feels…good? Wow that was unexpected, but Dano is a soft little guy. It’s nice to have such an unassuming frame.

Did the BTAS dork squad boys ever get to hang out in the end? When Edward was a little less...riddled with problems? (sorry not sorry ;])

I know we never get to see it in the show, but I hold strongly to the belief that the Dork Squad energy is strong in BTAS.

if btas riddler ever showed up with btas hatter, i know in my soul if btas “literally built a portal to another dimension” hatter ever met arkham “tried to fight batman in a mech” riddler those tech nerds would not be seen for DAYS. Its been 7 hours already and all the others can hear from the workshop is maniacal laughter and loud construction noises and everyone should be worried

Is it wrong that I put all the riddlers I knew of in the sims and had them have very complex and toxic relationships with each other because they had kids and the kids all came from broken homes cause their parents (the riddlers) all hated each other and for some reason the Gotham riddler became the only one who took care of the riddle kids even though all but one weren’t his
