Is it just me or Everybody's Fool by Evanescence is so Mark Hoffman and Peter Strahm angst fanfic coded like-

ESPECIALLY at 2:06 and so forth

With the betrayal of finding out Mark is Jigsaw and then Peter haunting him-I'M NOT CRAZY

I swear to god- ok you know what? I don’t usually do fanfics but I’m this close to writing a fanfic where they both live some how- I want that. No. I NEED that after seeing the fanart! Also I gotta say adam has always been my favorite and I was so upset that he died.

caved in and illustrated my own fic in an attempt to exorcise the image of hoffman in a red dress from my mind (which didn't work unsurprisingly)

one might argue that illustrating your fic long before it's finished is not the most logical idea, but who am I to apply logic to my creative process?
