This old building used to be a warehouse,now is converted to a cafe and apartment in a modern industrial style,the owner of a cafe lives upstairs,she sels coffe and delicious food,along side her employees, this place quickly became the most popular cafe in san myshuno! the owner-Rose is very well know among the local residents,not only for making delicious coffe and food,but also for being a main vocalist in the rock band!

PS.The "greenhouse" part is "fake" ,you can still access it from inside the bulding,but the windows and the outside door are placed by using bb.moveobjects + alt,so they don't go down,if you want them to do so,draw walls so it becomes a room! I also play test the whole build so everything should be working fine!

TWO Takeshi legacy posts in one day? Is this the apocalypse?! Anyway, I’ve been a busy bee and their apartment got a revamp just like the family. This took me wayyy longer than I will ever admit to lol. So, I never even explained this bc I suck at this legacy thing, but my founder Miko is in the Music career (custom) and is an aspiring rock star, that’s why she’s got that whole punk thing going on. Her wife Delaney is a girly gamer chick so I was trying to have a girly nerd meets rocker vibe while decorating. Not sure if it comes across that way but that’s what I was going for!  Also, two rando pics of kitty Ollie and doggo Bowie bc I didn’t want anyone to think I forgot about them  /rant

Took a break from CL and made a gloomy apartment for a vampire in San Myshuno. I honestly didn’t spend too much time on this, so it’s not the greatest or as cluttered as I usually do.

The vampire sim who lives there is named Melinda 🦇🧛‍♂️

Just a look into the glam maximalist apartment I’m building for my spoiled, rich club rat character Charlie. She’s a trust fund kid who’s turned her glam life into profit by becoming an influencer. She’s basically the exact opposite of me in every way and so i love her. She’s my id given form haha.
