My next weigh in is Saturday and I'm nervous as all Hell 🙃 I've been working out consistently and eating clean.

However with bouncing back from an eating disorder, my relationship with the scale has always been....strained.

I'm trying not to get discouraged but that comes easily. I won't quit or give up but fearing the scale just will not go away.
