Specialist Arc AU

What Jaune will look like! (Art by: Jomeimei421)
His clothes is a modified version of the Atlas Specialist uniform with gold details. His weapon will be Volume 7 Crocea Mors.
Bio: Jaune went to Atlas to be a soldier instead, quickly rising in the ranks and quickly disliking majority of the people's views on faunus.
His partner is Winter Schnee (She likes him a lot lol) and became one of Ironwood’s most trusted man along and became Penny and the Ace-Ops’ close friend.
He was stationed at Beacon before the Vytal Festival, and quickly getting several admirers (Most notably Glynda) much to the irritation of Winter.
Specialist Arc: Face to face
James Ironwood, proud General of the Kingdom of Atlas, stood before a recently promoted soldier, Jaune Arc, in his office. The blonde was wearing his newly acquired Specialist uniform, but he customized it with armor plates and gold details.
Ironwood: Congratulations, Mr. Arc. salutes
Jaune: salutes with a smile Thank you, sir.
They heard a knock on the door.
Ironwood: Come in!
The door opened to reveal Winter Schnee.
Winter: You wanted to see me, sir? enters the room and closes the door
Ironwood: Yes, Specialist Schnee I would like you to meet your new partner, Jaune Arc. gestures at the Jaune
Winter was skeptical about this, this isn’t the first time she’s met the blonde, when the two met, Winter thought he was a bumbling moron, he stutters when he talks to high ranking soldiers, would trip whenever he walks, but when in the heat of battle, he doesn’t do any of that, he’ll adapt to to the situations given to him, and show great amount of courage.
Winter: Sir, with a due respect, is this a good idea. glances at the smiling blonde
Ironwood: Yes, Schnee, I’m sure. Just give him a chance.
Winter looked at the General and then at the blonde goof. She conceded.
Winter: sighs Very well, sir.
Ironwood: Excellent! Both of you are dismissed.
The two salutes the General and exited the office, leaving hard-assed man to his own devices.
Ironwood smiled and went to his desk and opened up Call of Duty Warzone.
Ironwood: Finally, time to shit on some noobs. grabs a soda from a mini fridge under his desk.

How did Winter fall for Jaune in the Soecialist Arc AU?
His kind heartedness, goofy personality and handsomeness is what got to her, and a few other girls too.
Specialist Arc AU: How did Jaune's first meeting with Glynda go when be want to Beacon? Am curious how he faired with the cougar of Beacon. (Sorry I had to call her that)
Ozpin and Glynda stood at the Airship platforms, waiting for someone from Atlas to arrive.
Ozpin sipped his coffee in wonder. Who could it be? From what James' said it was one of his Specialists.
Ozpin: 'Perhaps it's Winter Schnee?'
Meanwhile, Glynda hoped it wasn't one of those arrogant pricks they have in Atlas.
Then they saw an approaching Bullhead and straighten themselves. When the Bullhead touched down and lowered its ramp and out came someone.
He has short blonde hair with the sides of his head shaved and dyed brown, he has some scars on his face but thankfully didn't take any points away from his looks. He looked like he was only around 20!
He wore a custom-made uniform of Atlas with gold details, a blue scarf, and armor pieces on his forearms, elbows, shins, knees, and a left shoulder pad.
On his left hip were a sword and sheath that looked very familiar to Ozpin.
He walked towards the two Professors with a dorkish smile.
Jaune: Good morning, err Headmaster Ozpin and Ms. Goodwitch was it?
The two were surprised to hear such awkwardness from an Atlas Specialist, but they nodded in confirmation.
Jaune: clears his throat My name is Jaune Arc, Atlas Specialist, at your service.
Ozpin's eyes widen. So that's why the sword and sheath looked familiar! It was the Arc family heirloom! He guessed that this young man was Nicholas and Artoria's son.
Glynda's eyes also widen. This was Nicholas and Artoria's son?! They had another child?! What?! She felt a pang of jealousy in her chest. Damn you Artoria for stealing him away!
Ozpin: A pleasure to meet you, Mr. Arc. I welcome you to Beacon? Tell what brings James' top soldiers here?
Jaune: Oh, the General wanted me to be stationed here to help the future generations! he leans in into Ozpin's ear and whispers I'm also here to guard the Maiden of Fall.
Ozpin's eyes widen and nearly dropped his mug of holy coffee. James told one of his soldiers again?! But he did appreciate the extra help.
Ozpin: I-i see. Follow me, Mr. Arc, let's get you acquainted. turns around and goes back to Beacon
Jaune: Yes, Headmaster. follows him
Glynda finally snapped out of thoughts and followed them inside.
A few moments later...
Combat class, Glynda's classroom
Yang: Hey, did you guys hear? We're getting a new teacher.
Ruby: Yeah! I can't wait to see their weapons!
Pyrrha: What do you think, Jeanne?
Jeanne: I just hope he's nice.
Nora: I hope he likes pancakes!
Ren: Nora, please.
Blake: Sshhh! I hear something.
The classroom doors opened and everyone became silent. Glynda Goodwitch walked towards her desk with some guy behind her, eliciting whispers among the students on who is that.
???: Who's that guy?
???: Where the hell did he come from?
???: He's hot
???: He doesn't look that tough.
Glynda: Silence! everyone shuts the f up Thank you. Class this is my new assistant, Jaune Arc from Atlas, a Specialist.
More hushed whispers occurred only to be silenced by a glare from the deputy.
Glynda: He will help me evaluate and give advice to your combat performances.
Jaune: smiles Greetings!
Yang: Damn, He's hot~
Ruby and Weiss: Yang!
Pyrrha: Jeanne, are you okay?
Jeanne: T-that's my brother...
RWBYNPR: ...
Nora: Nice.
Meanwhile in Atlas...
Winter: I feel a disturbance...suddenly I want to beat the crap out of a lot of girls...
(At this stage, Glynda doesn't have any feelings for the dork yet, let it grow. Winter 'bout to beat some bitches.)
Specialist arc au) how is Jeanne dealing with the fact that her friends rwby+p are all thirsty for the arc's arc, even the most innocent one, ruby made a comment about "deflowering the rose" and how their first interaction went to awake such unholy thirsty demons inside them
She wants to drink bleach, as much as she loves her big bro, he's denser than the moon is fractured, he's completely oblivious to girls hitting on him! If the Grimm doesn't kill her, this will!
Specialist Arc AU: Which of Jeanne's friends flirt with Jaune first? Have a feeling it is Yang trying to seduce him since she was the first to comment how sexy he is.
It's Yang, no questions asked. Then some other random girls, Pyrrha tried her luck by giving subtle hints here and there. (We all know how that ends) Glynda formulated a plan to get revenge against Artoria by getting together with her only son, all the while Winter felt like freezing Beacon entirely

But i think next would be blake with some weird kinky reference to ninjas of love, ruby trying by complementing his weapon or forcing a cookie into his mouth and finally weiss. Why last? Because she is a tsundere and she can't control it while she is close to him. All while jeanne is standing and watching all of it cursing herself for not choosing different school
Oh, Jaune would notice the book Blake's reading and let it slip that the book was based on him, made by one of his younger sisters, he might start to be more alert now since there's a horny cat waiting to pounce him.
Ruby would do her fast-talking and Jaune would shove a cookie in her mouth.
Weiss is conflicted, one Jaune is her sister's partner and best friend (She doesn't know that they finally got together before he goes to Beacon) and Jaune would start talking to her about her sister's stories regarding her.
Specialist Arc AU: How does Glynda try to seduce Jaune to get payback on his mother? Yes I am curious about the others as well but Glynda being a petty bitch is something I want to know more about.
Jaune: Here, Ms. Goodwitch, more papers. places a stack of papers on her desk
Glynda: Thank you, Mr. Arc. 'Time to enact my plan.' Mr. Arc.
Jaune: Hmmm?
Glynda: Are you free this weekend?
Jaune: Errr, yes. Why?
Glynda: Oh, nothing, I just figured we get to know each other some more since we'll be working close. (Winter: *eye twitch*)
Glynda made sure she emphasized her generous bust on her desk. Unfortunately for her, Jaune seems to be oblivious to her advance. She didn't mind that.
Jaune: Okay! Sounds good!
Glynda: small smile Wonderful~
Glynda's plan
1. Take Jaune on a date
2. Seduce him with her charms
3. Rock his world
4. Make him call her "Mommy"
5. Rub it in Artoria's face and gloat
I'm curious as to how Specialist Jaune would've interacted with the Happy Huntresses. It might lead to some interesting dynamics and conflicts given that they are sort of on opposite sides, tho i can see Jaune understanding. Has it ever been a point of conflict/discussion? What about with James?
He argued once with Robyn while he was still in Atlas, He does agree that Mantle is getting shafted, but he doesn't approve of her methods, cuz stealing and doing [T-word] stuff is bad. And it's not like he can do anything about it too, after all, he's just a soldier. Ironwood tries to not get involved in whatever they're doing.
What kind of outfit does Glynda wear for the date? If she really wants to try to seduce Jaune she better give it her A Game or he will be too oblivious to know the truth.
They went to a restaurant. Glynda wore a purple dress with a boob window, a leg slit to show off her best assets, and high heels, much to the other guests' envy. She tries to do subtle advances like touching his hand, giving him winks, swaying her hips, and other stuff to make him squirm.
Thankfully, Jaune managed to resist her charms, much to her annoyance. She did try to take him to a hotel, unfortunately for her, Jaune watched too much, romance flicks to know where this is going, so he declines and says he's already taken.
After the date, Glynda's pride as a woman (And horny side) won't just let that slide. She'll continue to pursue him, and there's no one gonna stop her.
Meanwhile in Atlas...
Winter Schnee was in her quarters, the once clean and pristine room now trashed like a Grimm attack.
She has no idea why she was so angry and suddenly flipped her desk, punched her wall, nearly threw her weapon at some random soldier, and cursed at the General.
She eventually calmed down with butterflies in her stomach.
WHAT WAS WRONG WITH HER?!
Specialist Arc AU: How bad does Blake become when she finds out about Jaune being the inspiration for Ninjas Of Love?

Arc Specialist AU: Since Jaune is Glynda's assistant I can easily see her using this opportunity to seduce Jaune during her class to tempt him.
She only does it when they're alone. She's not gonna risk other students finding out.

Jaune: Yes, Ms. Goodwit-hhnnrk!
Glynda was bent over her desk, her hoop skirt emphasizing her wide hips and ass.

Specialist Arc AU: given what I've heard about what went down in the later volumes in Atlas, I'm curious if in this AU Jaune becomes a sort of voice of reason for Ironwood. I suspect they have a sort of mentor/student dynamic but i wonder if it translates to them being more open emotionally about their worries and doubts (i mean, james did trust jaune with knowledge on the maidens).
Basically this is me just wanting these 2 men to pick each other up when they're down and say "You're doing good," and "I'm proud of you," because GOD do they ever need it
I don't really like what they did to Ironwood, they did him dirty so hard.
Yes, they are close like a father/son type of bond since Ironwood trusts Jaune about the whole Ozpin vs. Salem war going on. Also, Ironwood won't turn into his Vol. 7 counterpart, hell no!
Specialist Arc AU: not really an ask or prompt, but i couldn't stop associating this song with this Jaune and James. I always imagined that if James had been given a chance to mentor Jaune, this would be one of their interactions (with less instrumentals and vocals, tho i wouldn't be opposed if there were any)

Jaune was tired, very tired. He forgot to consider that soldiers get irregular hours of sleep. They have to be prepared at all times after all.
He yawned. This week hasn't been kind to him at all. Always on patrol, always on guard. No rest whatsoever. Then he heard someone's voice behind him.
Winter: Specialist Arc!
He jumped in surprise and turned around. Oh, it was just his superior, Winter Schnee. He stood straight and saluted her.
Jaune: Ma'am!
But to his surprise, the look on her face was full of concern, rather than the stoic face she has all the time.
Winter: Specialist Arc, is everything alright?
Even her tone was concerned...
Jaune: Yes Ma'am!
Winter: narrows eyebrows Are you sure?
Jaune: unconvincingly Uh-huh!
They stayed silent for a few seconds until Winter sighed.
Winter: What's wrong? And don't lie!
Jaune: gulp Well, I haven't slept very good these past few days... yawn I'm very tired.
Winter: ...I see...take a break.
Jaune was surprised to hear this from Specialist Schnee of all people. Was he hallucinating?
Jaune: Are you sure Ma'am?
Winter: Yes. Sleep is important after all.
Jaune: ...Thank you, Ma'am.
Winter: And call me Winter, we're both specialists.
Jaune: Okay...thank you, Winter.
With that, they parted ways. Jaune went back to his room for some well-deserved sleep.
Winter: You're welcome...Jaune.

Specialist Arc AU: What is the relationship between Jaune and the two beauties Harriet and Elm?
Jaune sees Elm like a big sister, a big sister that crush your head like a melon. They're friendly to each other, although Elm keeps calling him, "Little Man" and on occasion "Winter's Boy"
Harriet acts like tsundere, although she softened on him after Jaune helped her with her partner's death. She's always trying to challenge and one-up him.

Jaune was walking down the hallway to his own living quarters until he heard a voice behind him.
???: Hey, Jaune!
He turned around to see the busty blonde from combat class, Yang was her name he thought.
Jaune: Oh, Ms. Xiao Long good morning!

Jaune: Okay Yang, what do you need?
Yang leaned forward with her hands behind her, making sure to emphasize her chest and a contemplative look on her face.

She pressed herself against the young man.
Jaune for his part looked surprised by her offer, but before he could decline her offer, he heard another voice.
???: MS. XIAO LONG!
Immediately Yang turned around with a scared expression on her face. Jaune also looked to see who it was.
Glynda Goodwitch, and she looked angry.
Yang: sweating Hey, M-ms. G...gulp what brings you here?
Glynda: Ms. Xiao Long, do I have to remind you that flirting or anything inappropriate is not allowed in the halls?
Yang: Eh, no?
Glynda: Good, now go!
Yang: SEE YA LATER JAUNE!
And Yang bolted out of there faster than a certain specialist back in Atlas.
Glynda and Jaune watched her run for her life.
Glynda sighed and turned to Jaune.
Glynda: Have a nice day Jaune.
She left afterward while swaying her hips.
Jaune just sweatdropped.

She tried doing other tactics, like calling him to her office while she changed clothes, "accidentally" spilling water or wine on her blouse giving him a show with her impressive bust, and taking off some clothes because it was "hot."
