Introducing my Teen Wolf's OC mafia moodboard - Son of the Romanian Godfather đˇđ´ and Albesçu Crime Family đˇđđšđˇ
What it was like for Dylan's time and childhood in Romania before tragedy struck and he was moved to Beacon Hills by his family's consigliere to the Argent household to become a sharpshooter
If anyone has seen my Teen Wolf OC's moodboard it is down here đđ
Not sure who is up now but I have just thought of an amazing Teen Wolf fanfic that is a canon au and it will involve a character of my creation who tantalizingly observes the events before them and with my writing, improve on plot purposes and give canon characters to shine!
NOW WHO'S WITH ME?! (Either way I will write it out just to admire my writing lol)
I got a title for it...it is called *Drumrolls*
The Wings Of An Enigmatic
(Sounds good doesn't itđđ)
So here's to creating my Teen Wolf Fanfic that will be a canon AU, and will include a character of my creation who becomes the silent observer of certain events in the first two seasons. However despite my characters observations, I will write out and modify the plot and give all characters written time and developments that they deserve. So...HERE IT IS âŹď¸âŹď¸âŹď¸
---------------------------------------
The Wings Of An Enigmatic
Chapter 1: Veiled Insights
The Crowded Halls of the high school echoed the grim nature. What was usually a cacophony of chatter, lockers opening and closing, cheers and rough housing were whispers and conversations of a turbulent and gruesome event that happened.
The event of school bus driver Garrison Myers found brutally injured with critical wounds littering his skin, as well as his blood smeared over the broken back door of a school bus.
Seraph, listening to each conversation of each student, observes and sharpens his hearing while taking out his calculus text book and his folders. He acts in his mundane activities to get started in class while listening to other students. He finds it blasphemy that the Alpha attacked a school bus driver out of sheer violence.
Of course...there has to be a reason why. A beast does not attack a prey without reason. His hearing picks up on two very distinct voices.
Scott McCall, and his sarcastic but annoying comrade, Mieczyslaw Stilinski, or rather the neurodivergent likes to be called, 'Stiles'.
Scott is an amusing one to Seraph. The bespectacled teenager observed him since the day of the Lacrosse tryouts from the bleachers. The once asthmatic and nerdy teenager that Seraph remembers Scott to be, changed over the break to a teenager who showed athletic prowess, sharp hand to eye coordination, agility, super strength, and speed. The night of Beacon Hills first game only proved it and connected the dots for Seraph as he watched Scott coordinate the game, as well as hearing his subtle but aggressive growl that night of the game from the field to the bleachers.
Seraph knows Scott McCall is a freshly bitten Beta Werewolf, with Scott's best friend and a certain, werewolf Hale heir being the only ones aware of this.
Seraph felt the anxious aura of Scott as the former took out a pen for his notebook.
"She's not responding to any of my messages!" Scott utters rapidly to Stiles.
"I'm pretty sure she's alright Scotty. Probably not here yet." Despite Stiles assurances, Scott is not calm.
"Just help me find her."
Her? Oh that's right, the Argent heiress of the famous Argent hunting family. Allison Argent.
Seraph clarifies internally. He finds it odd for a werewolf to fall in love with the daughter of the Argents. Despite Allison not being aware of her heritage, it is noted that her appearance when she first arrived in Beacon Hills only noted one thing and that is the fact that the Argents are back in Beacon Hills for hunting business. They are back to seek out the monster who is causing havoc and is responsible for the death of Laura Hale. It's not like the Argents care about the latter.
Which explains why Derek Hale is suddenly in Beacon Hills. Perhaps...the Alpha is related to the Hale family?
The sound of a locker getting smashed caught Seraph's ears, but he only moved his eyes as he sees Scott punch a locker in pure frustration. Seraph held back an amused chuckle to himself when he realized that Scott broke the locker of Jackson Whittemore. Serves the egomaniac bastard right.
Seraph closes his locker to get ready for class. Out of his peripheral vision he sees Scott accidentally bump into Allison with her books dropped to the floor. Feeling Scott's relieved aura, the bespectacled teenager inquired that maybe...just maybe...Scott was present last night and assumed that he hurt Allison. But he is well aware the Latino teenager was trying to help the bus driver. Sadly, the Alpha's strength was inevitable to overcome.
Someone bumps into Seraph, but the teenager maintains his stance and instead looks, gazing up to see a tall dirty blonded teenager with a small but healing bruise on his eye. Seraph can smell the scent of dry blood and aura of misery and fear. The teen was none other than Isaac Lahey.
"I-I am so sorry I didn't m-mean to bump into you." Isaac quietly stumbles over his words. Seraph felt extremely bad for this passionate and artistic teenager.
"Do not worry, Lahey. I am perfectly unscathed as you can see." Seraph reassures Isaac. But through those broken blue eyes, the dark academia teen knew Isaac is going through something despicable.
Seraph steps a little forward with an inquiring gaze. "Lahey, are you okay?"
That causes the tall teenager to slightly recoil before he puts his walls back up and a guarded expression.
"I'm fine. I should go, don't want to disturb you or your academics." Isaac announces defensively, the tone of bitterness mixed with misery sounds over Seraph's ears. As much as he wants to help the teenager who is now walking away, what could Seraph do by just sensing aura and being able to read his mind? Sure he can show his mother, a well known and fierce attorney and Esquiress, but abused victims defend their parents as a psychological mechanism thinking they are the bad ones.
Even though Seraph's father, a political representative of Beacon Hills has such endless connections to help Isaac, he doesn't want to put the tall teenager through more trauma and end up at the behest and care of foster homes. Seraph will do what he does best, and that is to remain neutral.
"Well, well, if it isn't the Machiavelli of Beacon Hills and my academic rival, Kingfisher." A haughty and feminine tone procures his surname. Seraph rolls his eyes as he is very familiar with that queen bee tone.
Seraph faces the girl of 5'3 feet with strawberry blonde hair and green eyes. Dresses in designer clothes and make up, is the popular queen bee and intellectual Lydia Martin. The two of them are academic rivals: both being at the top of their classes and grades all A++, as well as attaining honor rolls and GPAs over 4.0. The two of them would go on endless debates in history class regarding certain subjects of interests. However he finds her popularity and material girl attitude to please Jackson, her jock boyfriend, to be diminishing of her own character. Nevertheless, the two of them have respect for one another.
"Ah, pardonez-moi, mademoiselle Martin. Qu'est-ce que ma prĂŠsence exige de toi?" Seraph sarcastically greets in French, doing a dramatic bow as if he finished a Shakespeare play.
Lydia does a exceptional eye roll at his antics. "Such exquisite French. Yet I don't understand why you needed to impersonate Katniss Everdeen's bow as a greeting."
"I'm dramatic. It's part of my charm and classical aesthetic." Seraph quips, looking back at her nonchalantly.
"You have weird ways of being charming and having class. Sadly how you input it doesn't suit my tastes. But then again, I do applaud your fashion sense. It's timeless and embraces your dark academic look." Lydia points out to Seraph's outfit. A black long-sleeved wool sweater with a white button down underneath, adorned by a gray wool blazer. With that is the bottom set black tweed trousers and gray dress shoes.
"Why thank you for your impeccable fashion advice, material girl." Seraph comments. Said girl does an exasperated sigh before walking to Allison.
"You try to compliment the man yet he takes it as an urge to use a witty remark." Lydia responds for the both of them to hear while walking away. Seraph bows once again before her and then heads off to his calculus class knowing he will see the strawberry blonde again.
Another observant day awaits.

When Stiles and my OC (Seraph) ever meet each other:
Seraph: Ah, Mieczyslaw. What is my presence needed for?
Stiles: Yeah u-uh about that, can you like not call me by my real name?
Seraph: What is the issue? It's your name
Stiles: Because it is uncomfortable and weird to hear someone I am not familiar with say my name
Seraph: Basically someone who isn't your family or friend
Stiles: Not even my dad calls me-
Seraph: I apologize but that presumptuous of you to think that I will call you by your nickname instead of your real name
Stiles: *Sighing* Dude Stiles is not a nickname-
Seraph: I'm sorry, your not Polish name. Unfortunately I have been raised with manners and class. So good luck with me getting to call you by your nickname, Mieczyslaw.
Stiles: *Grumbling* Bespectacled old-money jackass

***This is a much longer chapter than the first one. To let everyone know, the italic words after a dialogue of a character in the past events or when Seraph is eavesdropping are his thoughts, unless it is a cinematic retelling of canon events Seraph is present in. Just so that there will be no confusion. But ENJOY!!!*

The Wings Of An Enigmatic
Chapter 2: A Disconcerting Sight
The final bell of school rang, and countless students flooded the hallways to go to their destinations. Seraph was one of them. He swiftly navigates his way through the crowd so he can get away from the sea of loud students and head to the exit.
Despite his neutrality and observance, there were a few exchanges of words that he had listened to. It was between Scott and Mieczyslaw during chemistry class. This is one of two classes that he shares with the two individuals. But while he was creating a formula for dry ice, his heightened hearing picked up their conversation earlier.
Flashback - Second Period, Chemistry Class
âMaybe it was my blood on the door.â
âCould have been animal blood. You know? Maybe you caught a rabbit or something.â
âAnd did what?â
âAte it.â
âRaw?â
âNo, you stopped to bake it in a little werewolf oven. I donât know, youâre the one who canât remember anything.â
Seraph internally sighs. Sometimes Mieczyslawâs sarcasm doesnât help, considering how Scott is trying to remember if he was the one who hurt Mr.Myers. Luckily for Scott, the enigmatic teen can concur that Scott did not hurt the poor man, but tried to help him out of his werewolfâs subconscious. Bless Seraphâs precognitive abilities. Although Seraph doesnât understand why Stiles would assume Scott would eat a rabbit.
âHey, I think I found something!â One of the students called out, heading to the window interrupting Mr. Harrisâs lecture. Seraph, intrigued, went to the windows to follow the other students. Looking out the window is emt workers pulling a stretcher of a body. Mr. Myers.
Suddenly said man on the stretcher jolts up in a panic, scaring the students (minus Seraph himself) in the class. Just as the students slowly back away while still looking out the window, he felt Scottâs anxiety peak up.
âOkay, this is good. Heâs alive. Dead guys canât do that.â
âStilesâŚI did that.â

And in the cafeteria during lunch where Scott, Stiles, Allison, Lydia, Danny Mahealani, and Jackson Whittemore conversed.

âSo I hear they say itâs some kind of animal attack? Probably a cougar?â Dannyâs voice muses out as Seraph heightened his hearing far from the group.
YesâŚif only a werecougar was present during the attack but that wasnât the case.
âI heard Mountain Lion.â Jackson replies.
Mountain Lions and Cougars are the same thing, insignificant scum.
âCougars and Mountain Lions are the same thing.â Lydia responds. Yes, Lydia gets me here-
âIsnât it?â Oh my god, this girl.
âWho cares? The guyâs probably some homeless tweaker who's going to die anyway.â
Of course you would think that Jackson because everyone in this school excluding yourself, Lydia, and Danny are homeless tweakers with that rich boy mentality. Why is Lydia with this degenerate?
âActually I just found out who it is, check it out.â Stiles replies as he pulls out the cellphone to the group.
So have I, Stilinski. So have I.
âI-I know this guy,â Scott replies.
âYou do?â âYeah, when I used to take the bus, back when I was living with my dad. He was the driver.â
âCan we talk about something slightly more fun please?â Lydia huffs. At that point, Seraph tuned out the rest of the conversation.

Present - Kingfisher Estate
âAre you sure that you were the one who hurt Mr.Myers, McCall?â Seraph ponders in his thoughts as he pulls his car up to the cobblestone driveway of his familyâs Georgian estate. He turns off the ignition, takes his bag and exits the car. Earlier, Lydia had tried to find a date for Seraph to invite him to Lydiaâs double date, but he flat out declined. Seraphâs ice king and enigmatic personality alone is not winning anybodyâs attention.
He opens the red colored doors to the estate, going inside. Just as he locks the door, he hears someone coming down the stairs.
âOh itâs just you.â A feminine voice flatly quips. Seraph glances at a very short girl who is 4ft '11 inches in height and with long brown hair dressed in a blouse and a black skirt with boots. His 14 year old sister, Celes Kingfisher.
âObviously itâs me. Mom is at work still and dad is in Alaska for a board meeting. Who else were you expecting?â Seraph questions with a deadpan look.
"A boy named Mason." At Seraphâs raised eyebrows, Celes sighs. "Relax, Mason is into boys so donât play protective brother mode."
âInviting a regular Beacon Hills human into our estate is quite risky.â
âOne, Mason is a very intelligent student with honors and has a knack for biochemistry and technology-â
âI am obviously aware he is from the affluent Hewitt family, Celes. Iâm not dumb.â
Celes, the quaint fashionista girl, walks down the last part of the stairs before walking forward and plopping down on the chaise. Seraph drops his bag on the mahogany table, taking out his calculus assignment to get started on it.
âAlways the serious homework doer I see.â Celes muses out as she takes out her phone to scroll through social media. Seraph gives her a confused look.
âShouldnât you be doing yours as well?â
âI already did my assignments, besides I am the only one with a 98 in my grade.â Celes remarks without looking up from her phone, while she relaxes and does her usual routine of looking through her feeds.
âI have 100s in 4 of my classes. I intend to keep it that way for the sake of getting into New York University in New York.â Seraph responds while he does his illustrations of formulas for the calculus problems.
âSo how come your other two classes arenât 100s then?â
âBecause of Chemistry and Mr. Harris is an asshole, despite me being one of his so-called âfavorite studentsâ. But instead of getting a 100, I have a 96 for his class. His dislike for teaching is so evident. If thatâs the case he should go back to the military to serve since that was his former occupation.â Seraph's curt reply makes Celes chuckle.
âAnd the other class?â
âClassical Literature. Apparently, Ms. Cavendish grades rather on performance than on writing details regarding life and death and usage of literary devices. I have a 99 in her class since I wrote a paper based on how love is a tragedy compared to how love is a beautiful feeling of passion. However I received an A- for that paper for the proper detailing and usage of citations from Romeo and Juliet.â Seraph finishes half of his calculus assignment before he looks at his sister.
âItâs kind of melancholic how you only know of the concept of love, yet you could only explain it theoretically, not on an emotional level.â Celes teases.
âLove is a tragedy. It makes people do crazy and reckless things. Like Romeo and Juliet, like Bella Swan with Edward Cullen in Twilight, like Katniss Everdeen with Peeta Mellark in the Hunger Gamesââ
âTwilight and the Hunger Games didnât end in tragedy. Bella was happy marrying Edward and being with him for the rest of her life, while Katniss and Peeta had lived peacefully after Panemâs hegemonic dictatorship collapsed and the Hunger Games were permanently outlawed.â Celes interjects.
"My god you sound like Lydia when it comes to debates. Always eager to have a counter-argument on standby and shift the mood of the discussion.â Seraph snarks, getting up to head to the kitchen.
âMaybe you should start becoming Lydiaâs partner in crime with education and history considering how the two of you have As in all of your classes.â Celes quips back.
âYou are neurotic for thinking that. Itâs a slim chance of ever happening considering me and Lydiaâs convoluted mindsets.â Seraph grabs a glass before pouring water in it. He sips it as he listens to Celesâs discombobulated nonsense.
âIt can be such a perfect duo between the two of you. Not romantic wise, no way as the two of you are very stark contrasts from each other-â
âDo not put me and her in the romantic context.â Seraph interrupts her while cringing, nearly choking on his water.
âAs in a detective team duo is what I am proposing.â Celes states ignoring his disdain a few seconds ago.
âLike I mentioned before, me and her have convoluted mindsets. We would be bickering back and forth like hyenas in a desert range.â Seraph answers back. Celes just rolls her eyes at her older brotherâs conservative viewpoint.
âAnyways, where is our grandmother? Because I do not sense her aura in the estate or hear her heartbeat.â Seraph asks while taking more sips of his water.
âShe went grocery shopping with our butler. Apparently we are having grilled salmon topped with chopped grilled peppers, quinoa and asparagus as our dinner meal. For Dessert, they are buying key lime pie.â Celes replies, opening a can of soda.
âIt was all nice and scrumptious until you mentioned asparagus. My contempt for that vegetable is very relevant. I do not understand why she still buys that." Seraph utters out, putting his finished glass in the sink.
âYou just hate asparagus because it makes your urine-â
âJust donât. Do not say it.â Seraph cuts her off vehemently. Celes tilts her head when she realizes Seraphâs now pensive gaze towards the mahogany cabinet. She ponders looking at her older brother while he thinks aboutâ wait, heâs thinking about his encounter with a teenager named Isaac and how he is getting abusedâ
âStop reading my mind, Celes. Itâs troubling thoughts I should bear alone.â Seraph blurts out.
âSorry but, you seem to be troubled by this Isaac person and finding out he is abused.â Celes responds.
âI canât really help him. Who would believe an individual who can sense aura, read minds, smell blood and misery? Even if we involve mom, she will need a ton of concrete evidence to file a case against Isaac Laheyâs abuser. But with all of that, Isaac may not even allow that. The implication of it will only traumatize him as he believes there is something wrong with him thanks to the emotional and verbal abuserâs manipulation.â Seraph demonstrates. âAn abusive narcissist finds ways to make it the victimâs fault and guilt trip them into believing it is their fault.â
âSo what? We are just going to just let it continue while he gets abused by his dickwad of a caretaker?â Celes asks, hating the idea of someone innocent getting abused. It reminds her of a certain boy in her middle school whose father abused him and the mother until she divorced and left the deadbeat. But now because of how long that boy sustained abuse until 4th grade from reading that boyâs thoughts, he developed IED and has a hard time controlling his anger.
âSadly, there is no choice. Plus us trying to help Isaac will expose us and our ties to the supernatural.â He concludes before going to the foyer for the stairs. âWe do what we are best at doing. Staying neutral.â

Garrison Meyes succumbed to his wounds that night. A tragedy befallen upon a man. Seraph knows something is definitely up as the Alpha wouldnât just kill a school bus driver. There had to be a particular reason for him to be killed, or rather, succumbed to his critical wounds.
Seraph was asleep that night until his precognitive abilities showed him Derek Hale getting shot by a bullet filled with Blue Aconite Monkshood, from Kate Argent. The fact that the psychotic woman is back in town only states one thing. Reinforcements. When Seraph woke up at 6:15 in the morning, he realized the event had already happened, hearing the gunshots during his sleep at approximately 2am. Regardless of that, he took care of his hygiene before getting dressed in a white button down shirt, beige crew-neck sweater, black trousers and brown dress shoes. After getting his notebooks, folders and pens into his bag before draping it over his shoulder, he heads down to the kitchen table full of scrambled eggs, french toast, bacon, english muffins, variety selection of fruits, waffles, regular toast and scones, with spreads of jam, marmalade, clotted cheese and butter. He simply takes a slice of regular toast with grape jam before heading out.
âBe very careful today, Seraph. Another Argent is in town as you know.â His mother, Elizabeth stated. Her straight black hair is done neatly while she adds final touches of her eyeshadow over her tan skin in the mirror. Dressed in full attorney attire, she had her briefcase settled by the staircase in the foyer.
âI am well aware. Did Celes leave for school already?â Seraph asks after he finishes his toast.
âYes. She went with Mason. Apparently they walked since the middle school is just 10 minutes from here.â His mom responds before she checks her phone. âBy the way, your father is still in Anchorage and wonât be back until tomorrow evening. The CEO of the oil company in Alaska scheduled one final board meeting for the month.â
âAnd just as dad will be back, he will be swarmed with political duties in Beacon Hills Town Hall.â Seraph quips as he takes his keys. His mother chuckles at his dry wit.
âWell he is Beacon Hillsâ top Council Member for a reason. He does alot of duties that require his help while he keeps watch of Beacon Hills through observing. Although, he is not happy with the arrival of the Argents.â Elizabeth explains.
âWhat supernatural would be thrilled about an influential multi-billionaire hunting family like the Argents being in Beacon Hills? Especially with their history and record?â Seraph questions, phrasing it as more of a statement. He kisses his momâs cheek, saying his byes before he heads out into the driveway and enters his Honda Accord.
He gets to the school within 20 minutes before parking his car and getting ready to start his day. Once again, he is silently observing the environment, as well as watching the other students including Scott, Stiles, Allison and Lydia. School passes throughout the day almost uneventfully. Almost, until his last period which was study hall. Itâs during this period when he senses an aura of pure pain and dread, with the scent of blood mixed with wolfsbane. He is alarmed as he remembers who was poisoned with a sizable dose of aconite.
DEREK HALE IS IN THE SCHOOL!? What is he doing here!?
Seraph calms down his thoughts as he uses his senses to lead him to wherever Derek is in the school. He is unable to comprehend why the Hale beta is in the school near the end of the last period of the day and why he is here when he can easily expose himself. As the senses of pain and dread grew stronger, so did the scent of aconite mixed with blood, and it made him nauseous. He turns to his left and he witnesses in the distance seeing a pale and very ill Derek confronted by none other than the egomaniac jock, Jackson.
âSteroids.â He hears Derek blurt out to Jackson which the blonde wasnât buying.
âNo girl scout cookies, what the hell do you think I am talking about?â Seraph hears Jackson sarcastically snap before continuing in smugness, âOh and uh, by the way, whatever it is youâre selling, Iâd probably stop sampling the merchandise. You looked wrecked.â Is Jackson assuming Derek gave Scott an enhancement or stimulant to be better in lacrosse? What an idiot. A smart but stupid idiot.
A moment of silence happens as Seraph watches Derekâs blood cascades from his knuckle, as one drop falls to the floor, unaware to the human jock. He can sense anger and pain leaking out of Derek.
âIâll find him myself.â Derek declares quietly before leaving Jackson. But the captain of lacrosse remained undeterred as he clasped Derekâs shoulder. Seraph internally grumbles at that display of superiority.
Jackson you stupid, incomprehensible idiot-
âNo, weâre not done hereâ!â Jacksonâs words are instantly cut off when Derek pushes the formerâs arm off his shoulder before pinning him to the lockers, and Derekâs claws sink deep into Jacksonâs nape, earning a pained grunt from him. Seraph watches in slight shock as he sees Derekâs control slipping and harms a human. He is aware the werewolf is slowly dying from the poison but did he have to impale Jacksonâs nape?
Then again, Jackson did deserve that. Derek stumbles away before Seraph witnesses Jackson grasp his nape in pain, and Seraph smells Jacksonâs blood as well as the wolfsbane poison seeping into it.
Oh perfect, heâs going to suffer wolfsbane poisoning. He is not getting involved in that. This is an issue that doesnât concern him. If Derek gets caught or ends up dying of the poison, then there goes the bloodline of the Hale family.
Seraph leaves the scene, as he heads to the parking lot for his car since the last period will be ending in 5 minutes. Just as he opens the passenger door to drop his back in is when he hears the bell ring inside and the numerous bodies of students exiting the school. Seraph gets in the driver seat, and starts the car. He pulls out of the parking lot and slowly drives as cars are in front of him exiting.
Then he feels it again. The aura of dread, pain combined with the smell of sweat, poisoned blood and this time a hint of death. He senses Derek outside again and this time, he is closeby. He abruptly stops as the car in front of him is completely still. Puzzled by the honking of horns, he unbuckles his seatbelt and exits his car. He gets a better view of what is happening and to his shock and irritation, there is Derek Hale, alive but on the pavement in front of Stiles' rustic Jeep. A disconcerting sight.
Oh my GodâŚunreal. This is a disaster. I hope to God he does not expose himself to the humans around this school. Seraphâs thoughts were nothing but tense thoughts. As much as he feels bad for the adult werewolf, he cannot get involved in this without making himself known and who knows if there is a spy from the Argent family reporting to Chris Argent and Victoria Argent around here observing. He sees a nervous Scott and a frustrated Stiles huddled around a weakened Derek. He sees their lips moving so he sharpens his hearing.
âWhat are you doing here?â Scott asked Derek anxiously.
âI was shot.â Derek pants out, barely sitting on the pavement.
âHeâs not looking so good, dudes.â Stiles observed slowly.
NO, really MieczysĹaw? How did you figure that out?
âWhy arenât you healing?â Seraph hears Scott asked frantically.
âI canât.â Derek said, breathing heavily, âIt w- It was a different kind of bullet.â
âA silver bullet?â Stiles asked, surprised.
âNo you idiot.â
Well technically silver bullets are useful against werewolves and werecoyotes, but not more potent compared to wolfsbane. The Argents certainly have some deadly weapons up their sleeves if they have Blue Monkshood infused bullets.
âWait, WaitâŚâ Scott cuts in, the aura of shock being felt. âThatâs what she meant when she said you had 48 hours.â
âWhat?â Derek asks.
âThe one who shot you.â Scott responds back. Wait, Scott was present when Kate shot Derek? Dannazione!
Suddenly, he heard the gasps and felt the flinching shifts of Derekâs human and werewolf forms. Seraph saw Derekâs eyes flicker between his regular ones and ice blue ones as he struggles to control it, shocking the enigmatic afar. Oh no this is going to be a catastrophe.
âWhat are you doing!? Stop that!â He hears Scott scold worriedly at Derek. At least Scott, despite his new transformation as a werewolf, is aware that they shouldnât be out here and Derek shouldnât be out in public as the poison makes Hale struggle with his control to shift.
âThatâs what Iâve been trying to tell y-you, I canât!â He sees the werewolf struggling to get up despite Scottâs urgence to get him up.
âHelp me put him in the car!â Scott urges Stiles as they lift the heavy werewolf to the latterâs Jeep. The honking of car horns and curses of students are starting to annoy Seraph. He feels a presence, and glances slightly seeing Allison pass by him to see what is going on.
âI need you to find out what kind of bullet they used.â He hears Derek breathe out to Scott. Aconite Blue Monkshood, a rare form of wolfsbane, and the deadliest.
âHow the hell am I supposed to do that?â
âSheâs an ArgentâŚsheâs with them.â Derek implies lowly. Seraph tilts his head while he stares at the Jeep from the werewolves reply.
âWhy the hell should I help you?â He hears Scott question frustratingly. I feel sorry for Scott, his transformation to becoming a werewolf is forcing him between the rift of the Hale and Argent war. A war between werewolves and hunters. A warâŚScott doesnât deserve to suffer in.
âBecause you need me.â He catches Derekâs words mixed with his panting. Scott needs you, Derek? Or do you need him?
The car honks intensify along with students being much more aggravated now with the traffic congestion Stilesâ Jeep is causing, not that itâs the Sheriffâs son's fault.
âFine, Iâll try.â He hears Scott reluctantly reply. âStiles, get him out of here.â
âI hate you for thisâso much.â Stiles grumbles as the Jeep takes off. Seraph changes back to his normal hearing as he watches the blue Jeep leave the vicinity. Before Scott could look in his direction, Seraph turned around heading back to his car. His sight deadpans when he sees a very familiar silver Porsche 911 behind his car, with Lydia inside of the Porsche. Jackson, who was out of his car just like Seraph was, sported a glare casted at him.
âCan you move your freaking piece of shit car so I can get the hell out of here, Sherlock Holmes?â Jackson snarls. Seraph remembered Jacksonâs confrontation with Derek and with that new injury in the back of his neck, he appeared more like a cantankerous man that hasnât gotten laid in 50 years.
âFirst off Whittemore, my Honda Accord is 3 months old with top notch durability, top quality auto parts, state of the art technology and is a terrain-resistant vehicle. Iâve been test driving it before my 16th birthday. Secondly, do not take your indignant and uncouth anger out on me just because your ego is broken thanks to someone else taking your spotlight in lacrosse.â Seraph rebukes him, staring him down.
âI would like to get back to my place instead of being in this shitty lot.â Jackson snarks back. Seraph shoots him a wry grin.
âThen you should have reversed and went around my own vehicle to leave then. What, you donât want to ruin your precious, lavish car that was spent with daddyâs and mommyâs money? Spare me the theatrics.â
Jacksonâs face turned red, like the color of a fire engine. He grinded his teeth before gazing at Seraph. âYouâve got some nerve, Kingfisher. Like you arenât from the same rich background like me.â
Seraph chuckles sardonically. âOh Whittemore, me and you are in two different echelons of Upper Class. You are lavishly rich since you were adopted by David Whittemore and Annalisa Whittemore. Your adoptive father created and manufactured his wealth while your adoptive mother came from money that she no longer has access to. Me, on the other hand, I was born into it. My family has been exceedingly wealthy for approximately 90 years. Henceforth my family has been a part of Beacon Hillsâ high society for almost a century. I could easily buy 50 of those Porsche 911s and still be rich.â Seraph elucidates off of his familyâs wealth, souring Jacksonâs mood and breaking his ego. âMoreover, I am vieux-riche.â
Seraph sees Jackson clench and unclench his fists while his torso was shaking with anger and his jaw were contracted, edifying his repressed rage.
âFuck you, tool.â Jackson hisses. Seraph bows with a humorless smile.
âThe pleasure is mine. Now let me go back in my car and drive away peacefully so you can go back to your abode for your pornographic desires.â The irreverence of the enigmaticâs words startles Jackson that he chokes on his breath from the vulgar insinuation. The flabbergasted expression on the lacrosse captainâs face seen from the rearview mirror made Seraph grin before he closed his car door and drove off, not caring what or how he felt about Jackson.
Now all that matters is getting home and staying neutral. Part of him hopes Scott, Derek and Stiles are okay, while the other half of him remains negligent of their situation.
Truly he is an enigmatic structure of nerves to work with.

So...what do you guys think of this canon au? Who is the enigma that is Seraph and just how will he interact with the others?
To let everyone know, much of season 1 and season 2 will be skimmed by partially due to Seraph being observant and a shadowy figure. However he will be having interactions of the canon characters soon. (Him and Stiles will be having sarcasm matches after sarcasm)
Update on TWOAE, there will be someone he will be an acquaintance of and due to Seraph's precognitive abilities, they appear alot earlier than their initial appearance in season 2 of Teen Wolf.
You will soon see, my readers
(Chapter 3 teaserđđ)
Alright, despite a long wait here is chapter 3 of TWOAE. This one is a mix of comedy and angst, plus sibling bickering, and a first interaction between the enigmatic Seraph and Stiles.
-Also, I have an AO3 account named Kingofangst_14 and while I do have another teen wolf fanfic posted there, I am putting that one on hold and revamped since I feel that it needs to be better. But this Teen Wolf Fanfic will be my main focus. Enjoy this witty chapter. @rhyslahey @thiamsxbitch @bendystrah @isaac-not-isaac @amatchinwater @phantomraeken
The italics are Seraphâs thoughts whether they are after someone's response or when he is having an internal monologue.

The Wings Of An Enigmatic
Chapter 3: Non-Supernatural Threat
Seraphâs sleep schedule was off today. Throughout his life, he never had an off sleep schedule. Despite having no purplish bags under his eyes thanks to his supernatural status, he still felt very exhausted by last nightâs events, or rather what the nature of his precognitive abilities showed him last night.
The Alpha killing the movie store clerk, along with exposing Jackson and Lydia to the supernatural partially, left them both emotionally and psychologically scarred.
It is a prominent reaction when one is exposed to the supernatural but not fully knowing the entire details of how such bizarre phenomenon happens, especially when all their lives humans are expected to do things in life: completing school, finding the career path they want, and completing their lives. Process of growth.
To encounter a supernatural alpha werewolf as part of their teenage endeavors as high school students? Not part of the life process. Not part of a humanâs life process of growth.
Which is why when Seraph enters school for class, it is an odd feeling due to Lydia's absence. The queen bee is usually attending school everyday, signifying her perfect attendance. But the events of last night must have left Lydia paranoid.
Then again, why should he care? It's not his business nor problem, just as it isn't his problem when he witnessed Allison and Scott leave school to celebrate her birthday in the preserve.
Yes, he witnessed the two lovebirds enact a plan to skip school for the day due to it being Allison's birthday. He overheard the Argent heiress' quiet declaration of turning 17, along with and her insistence of not wanting anyone to know about her birthday in fear of backlash from her classmates regarding her age to be older than the typical sophomore. Which isnât a problem nor a negative term since Stilinski is turning 17 in a few months as well, resolving the age problem.
Sadly, humans tend to have such a negative aspect on each other due to their pessimistic outlook in life and the envy of others. I am exhilarated that I am not human and I donât have the lenses of a human being to view certain circumstances as such.
Poetic Love. But undisciplined. The parallel to Romeo and Juliet.
Seraph is beside Danny doing an assignment specified from his Chemistry textbook and demonstrating his work and problem solving skills of the questions.
"Just a friendly reminder, Parent Teacher conferences are tonight. Students below a C average are required to attend. I won't name you because the shame and self-disgust should be more than enough punishment." Mr. Harris speaks to the class walking through the aisles of desks.
Luckily for me my grade is an A+, therefore such requirements aren't necessary. But for the thrill of it, I want to attend the conference so I can witness and enjoy the reactions of the parents who find out their students have D and F averages.
"Has anyone seen Scott McCall?" Mr. Harris questions, before looking at Stiles with an accusatory look as if the neurodivergent knows where he is.
It is a crime that Mieczyslaw doesn't even know, but then again Scott isn't entitled to tell his best friend every single aspect of their lives and decisions, and I believe that applies to Mieczyslaw too. I hope.
As Mr. Harrisâs inquiry of Scott's whereabouts are met with silence, the classroom door opens, revealing Jackson with an aura of dread, anxiety and fear is felt by Seraph. Said male has a scowl on his face while making his way to his seat but that is a mere facade the popular student puts up to hide his exhaustion and fear.
"Jackson," He hears Mr.Harris call out to the other student. "If you need to leave early for any reason, let me know." Seraph raises his eyebrows slightly.
Wow, I am so touched by the generosity Mr.Harris offered to Jackson due to his encounter with the unknown Alpha. He would never do that to anyone else in this school. Bravo, Mr.Harris. BRAVO.
âEveryone, start reading chapter 9. Mr. Stilinski,â Mr.Harris calls out firmly, âtry putting the highlighter down between paragraphs. Itâs Chemistry, not a coloring book.â
Mr.Harrisâs admonishing tone made Seraph simply roll his eyes. He hears Stiles blow out the cap from his mouth and catch it with his hands. Seraph once again regains his focus while reading chapter 9, until he hears Stiles' quiet voice interrupt his peaceful atmosphere.
âDanny, can I ask you a question?â
âNo.â Dannyâs terse response made Seraph smirk. Regardless of what class Danny has with him, Seraph finds it amusing how cordial yet curt Danny can be.
âWell Iâm going to anyway,â Stiles flatly states head-on. Of course that wouldnât stop Stilinski, known for his inquisitive nature and wittiness. âUm, did Lydia show up in your homeroom today?â Um, is he freaking kidding me?
Danny huffs out a sigh, keeping his composure. âNo.â
âCan I ask you another question?â Stiles inquires again, to Seraphâs disdain.
âAnswer is still no.â Danny curtly declines, trying to focus on his work.
âDoes anyone know what happened with Jackson last night?â The Sheriffâs sonâs question makes Danny pause. Seraph, while reading, is also listening in. He is the only one pretty aware what happened to Jackson and Lydia last night thanks to his precognitive abilities he forgets to simply turn off.
âHe wouldnâtâŚtell me.â Danny hesitantly answers, and Seraph can hear the waiver of his tone despite the lacrosse goalieâs calmness.
âBut heâs your best friend.â Best friends arenât entitled to tell best friends anything if theyâve experienced something completely traumatic, like encountering a supernatural werewolf where Jackson is unable to explain due to how bizarre and unbelievable itâll sound.
Seraph sighs through his nose at how Stiles implies the statement. As much as Seraph dislikes Jackson, he respects the lacrosse captainâs privacy and gives a hint of sympathy for the chaotic endeavor Jackson and Lydia had to go through.
âOne more question.â He hears Stiles ask Danny once more. This time Danny is agitated by being disturbed.
âWhat!?â Dannyâs agitation reaches his limit and he can feel the teenâs annoyance surrounding him, along with Jacksonâs dread and fear from the events of last night.
âDo you find me attractive?â That made Seraph and Danny pause simultaneously in bewilderment. Seraph glances to the neurodivergent behind him with raised eyebrows as Danny is just beyond baffled at the question.
âWow Stilinski, I am astounded by such discovery. While I applaud your boldness to ask such an unclear interrogative riddle to Mahealani, it is an abnormal timeframe for you to question your sexuality and assume you are attractive.â Seraph cleverly retorts. Stiles stammers at Seraphâs response before facing him.
But to be honest, despite his disdain, Stilinski is attractive. If had to rate him between 1 to 10, it'd be a 7. Whereas Danny is a 9.5, Allison is a 9.5 and Scott is a 9. Yes he is aware of his bisexuality.
âI wanted to know if I was attracted to gay guys and I asked him, not you. Is your name Danny?â Stiles counteracts bluntly.
âYour voice is disturbing my presence as well as Dannyâs as we are trying to concentrate on our assignments and reading.â Seraph diplomatically responds evading Stilesâ rudeness.
âYou were literally ignoring me a few moments ago and suddenly you have the audacity to say something about my questions? You should invest in earplugs then if talking so much as bothers you.â Stiles coldly implies in witty fashion.
Oh two can play at that game, Stilinski. Youâve just met your match.
âOh I profusely apologize, for the lack of politeness I have to your insignificant question that somehow becomes the puzzle of the day. I also sincerely apologize for being a rude classmate who has to stand by and listen to your nonsensical rambling that annoys your fellow peers. Do you need me to check you out for a psychiatrist in regards to your neurotic confusion? Or perhaps a stomatologist for your endless and unamusing questions? â Seraph disparages with a wry smirk.
âAre you trying to be funny or are you trying to be a dick, Kingfisher?â Stiles snarks. Seraph shouldnât be enjoying this but for some reason, he finds entertainment in Stilinskiâs boldness and agitation.
âI donât know, maybe both. Or maybe I would like for you to stop asking your inconceivable questions that tend to be a disruption to my work. As for your Interpellation, try unambiguously experimenting with other males and see if you are attracted to them.â Seraph quips before going back to his textbook. Danny just stares with shock at Seraphâs words while Stiles musters his dirtiest look at the enigmatic teen.
âYou are a cruel person, Seraph.â Danny murmurs in befuddlement.
âItâs my default setting, a token of my charm.â Seraph adds wryly as he continues to read through his textbook. Class continues as usual, with the addition of Stilesâ repressed anger. The Sheriffâs son had it coming.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Parent teacher conferences were here and while he didnât have to attend due to all of his classes being A+, he wants to view the thrill of parents scolding their teenage children for the below average grade requirements thatâs expected of them.
Seraph watches in silent amusement at a parent scolding their son for a F grade in economics, and again as a father is not happy with his daughterâs C- for a mathematics class. Then again, C- isnât that bad in average standards so he doesnât understand why this particular father was upset. But then again, it isnât his problem.
As he walks with his mother and younger sister in tow, they head to the first class to meet his teacher, which happens to be Coach Finstock with Economics.
âSo mom, ready for this?â Seraph inquires knowingly as he steps beside the door of the class with a smug expression.
âIn all my life that Iâve attended you and your sisterâs parent teacher conferences, I already know what I am going to hear so I am not going to be surprised. Literally, both of you never had below an A-, which raises concerns for me as I hope you arenât straining yourselves for perfection.â Elizabeth implies dryly.
âSorry mom, itâs part of theââ
â--Family genes.â Seraph and Celes address concurrently with feigning innocent smiles. Their mother rolls her eyes in amusement before waving her hand in the direction of Seraph's classroom.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
âI never had an issue with Mr. Kingfisher here. In fact he is basically the best student I could ever ask for!â Coach Finstock exclaims. âHands in all of his assignments, no questions asked, perfect attendance, very disciplined, he is justâŚphenomenal. Better than myself back in high school in English when I bombed over a research paper, or these rambunctious knuckle heads I have as students!â
The Coachâs eccentric behavior and wording makes Elizabeth just blink owlishly, nodding at his words. Seraph sports an amused glance between his mom and his economics teacher while Celes isâŚsimply on her phone not caring.
âRight. So, just how exceptionally good is Seraph in all of his class assignments and milestones?â Elizabeth asks, clearing her throat.
âLike an angel. In fact I have one of his most treasured assignments I will forever use as an example for the rest of my teaching career.â Finstock declares before opening his drawer and pulls out Seraphâs folder and takes out a 16 page economics paper.
âThis is Seraphâs economic research paper he did over the break and let me tell you, it blew my mind at how he was able to write about the 2009 recession and goes in full detail and description of the affects, the damages, the cause of it, a counterargument, even numerous evidence pieces from several citations and articles regarding this.â Finstock shows to the Kingfisher trio.
âWell I always had a cynical approach for the recession and how it was caused by undermining events.â Seraph points out while looking at his clean and manicured nails.
âYou see!? Your son is a force to be reckoned with! That's why he has a 100 in my class!â Coach Finstock proudly proclaims. Elizabeth didnât know what to acknowledge: her sonâs teacherâs comments about how impressive he is, or the odd but hyperactive behavior of the coach.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
âItâs a pleasure to finally meet you, Mrs. Kingfisher. I must say you have a remarkable son with astonishing talents and intelligence.â Ms. Cavendish of his classical literature class compliments while shaking his motherâs hand.
âI appreciate the praise, Ms.Cavendish.â Seraph comments while taking a seat. His sister rolls her eyes at his bespectacled nature. Ironic how he uses his glasses but he has no need for them since his vision, as well as his familyâs visions are crystal clear, they can see within a mile radius.
âI can already tell that this review will be satisfactory.â Elizabeth chuckles. Ms.Cavendish nods with a genuine smile while taking out Seraphâs profile folder.
âLet us get started. From the past semester to now that Iâve had with your son, it is anything but bad. Mr.Kingfisher here is advanced and exceptionally intellectual. His keen usage of details, key historical information, his understanding and recognition of political and social philosophy, and his understanding of Greek and Roman Renaissances capitalize his value in this class. He receives As in his assignments and homeworks. He even managed to complete a presentation of epistemology within Ancient Greece and how the âTheory of Formsâ by Plato, which is ingrained in the philosophical foundation for knowledge and philosophy within Ancient Greece and how it affects European and American societies in the present.â
Elizabeth nods in acknowledgement. Seraph notices that this presentation he made was a little after the paper on how Romeo and Juliet was a tragedy and the negative impact it has on love and romance.
âI found this presentation very astonishing that I graded a 100 on this assignment, which bumps his grade up to a 100 in my class.â Seraphâs heart skipped a beat, literally.
âPardon me but did I just hear that correctly?â Seraph questions his teacher while she smiles, with his mother very amused while Celes makes a flat expression at this new information.
âThatâs right. Your grade is now a 100 in my class, Mr. Kingfisher and the only 100 out of my students.â Ms.Cavendish restates him and his family. Seraphâs lips curve slightly upwards. FINALLY. This class I have a 100 on and I am feeling over the moon.
âOh brother.â His sister comments wryly.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
âPleasure to meet you, Mrs.Kingfisher. I am surprised to see you come along Seraph considering your extraordinary grade average.â Mr.Harris speaks, as Seraph and his mom take a seat on the stools. Celes, for the first time since she arrived at the school, actually takes out a chemistry textbook and sits on a desk to read it.
âI am participating in this event just to accompany my mother and sister.â Seraph implements, cleaning his glasses.
âYou could have accompanied Grandma at home, plus our butler is there too.â Celes adds slyly. Seraph rolls his eyes.
âI didnât want to disturb her while she is gracefully strumming the keyboards of the piano at home, and our butler is preparing large dinner and dessert platters since dad wonât be home until 8pm.â He says covertly and as a matter-of-fact. Elizabeth glances at her children with a subtle vexation in her eyes before looking back at the Chemistry teacher.
âAlright then,â Mr.Harris shakes off the baffled look between the two Kingfisher siblings before making contact with Elizabethâs eyes. âYour son is honestly one of the very few students I have no challenges with at all. He completes his assignments on time, he finishes his classwork within a class periodâs time frame, actualized a few Chemistry projects and laboratory works including an acid-base titration project he formulated and hypothesized a reaction of the chemicals and how the neutralization affects the flow of acids.â
âI can concur with that, as my son here has some equipment he bought from the California Institute of Technology and used for his own projects. One of them was a project called Electrochemical Cell Project. In basic terminology of a breakdown, he demonstrated the principles of redox reactions and generating electrical energy.â Elizabeth explains and recounts the time Seraph did start that project. Seraph watches amusedly as Mr.Harrisâ face is a mixture of impression and intrigued.
âThatâs quite commendable of him to do and to immerse himself into. To categorize and construct a complicated project within the confines of your home and successfully finish it and have a well advanced understanding of it, enthralls me.â Mr.Harris relays. âPerhaps you can demonstrate one for the class if you are comfortable with it.â
A determined glint shines in Seraphâs gray eyes. âCertainly Mr.Harris, Iâd be delighted to provide a replica of the aforementioned project.â If you are willing to add it to my grade for a 100 for this kind of assignment. Seraph thought bitterly, his mind fervent to prove a validated point of his intelligence.
âHow completely and utterly unsurprising.â Celes murmurs into her sleeve disguising it as a cough so that only Seraph and their mother can hear it. The dark academia teen knew his sister read his mind from that snarky phrase.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
They finish with the rest of Seraphâs classes before walking out in the hallway. Elizabeth of course remains detached from her children as she assesses the school and her environment around them. Celes is on her phone looking through her feed seeing Lydiaâs updates on social media, while Seraph has a scowl plastered on his face. He was just fine a minute ago, until he overheard a conversation between Lydiaâs parents and one of said girlâs teacher about how her IQ is the highest in this school. His rivalâs gpa is exceedingly high, at a 5.0, where heâs at a 4.7 grade point average.
âWhy the long face, Raph? You now have 100s in five of your classes, what more do you want, a Nobel Peace Prize?â Celes jests as she glances at Seraphâs scowl. Before she could read his mind, he let out a scoff.
âMy academic rival is 3 points above my gpa. Sheâs now a 5.0 while I have to catch up, otherwise I will never hear the end of it from her if she were to ever find out.â He sibilates, then scoffs as he can hear Lydiaâs teasing and covert remarks in his head.
âOh boy, here we go. I am Seraph and I am sorry that people are jealous of meâŚbut I canât help it that Iâm so intelligent.â Celes mocks, despite the voice portrayal of her older brother being very off. Seraph turns his head at her with irritation.
âHĂŠ, sois tranquille avant de dormir sur la chaise!â
âNo, ti taro gettare sulla chaise!â
âJe tâemmerde!â âFanculo!â
âStop. Language both of you,â Elizabeth turns around to face them with narrowed eyes. âStop your shenanigans and comply with each other so we can get home and eat ham or salmon with quinoa, macaroni and cheese, vegetables, biscuits, and tiramisu or blueberry pie.â Their mother tiredly explains.
âAs long as there is no asparagus, then I am fine with proceeding for dinner.â Seraph informs, but he catches Celes mock him.
âCeles, stop.â Elizabeth warns, making the girl cease her actions for good. âNo, there is no asparagus for dinner. Now come.â The trio walked further down the hall and joined the line of parents walking to reach the double set of school doors. The moment they stepped out, they breathed in the cool winter air of the night. They are glad that they are immune to cold weather and winter in general due to their fiery body temperatures not being able to feel any draft of cool air as they provide excess body heat. They donât even need to wear coats, but for the sake of concealing their supernatural identities, they have to wear what humans are required to wear. Much to their dismay as the more layers added on, the more heat builds up.
âAllison, answering your cell phone will make discussing the terms of your grounding easier,â a familiar voice speaks behind the trio, making them alert. âEither call me back before your punishment reaches biblical proportions.â Seraph knows the owner of the voice and the repressed angry aura, belonging to Chris Argent. He also felt the other aura, belonging to Victoria Argent. Wie Wunderbar, the matriarch and heir of the Argents are behind him and his mother and sister. Raio!
âKate hasnât heard from her either.â The Trio hear Victoria say worriedly, but they move to the side as a familiar presence moves up the stairs. Seraph glances and he sees Melissa McCall, the nurse at Beacon Hills Memorial Hospital and mother of Scott, walking up to what he can visualize as confronting the parents of Allison.
âExcuse me, youâre not Allisonâs parents are you? Iâm Scottâs mom and I hate to say it but heâs not answering his phone either.â Oh god. This isnât going to end well.
âYouâre his mother?â Chris questions, a tone of bitterness and rudeness laced together. That even made Seraphâs mother wince due to the way it was implicated.
âFunny how you say that like itâs an accusation.â Melissa answers back cautiously. Seraph had to smirk, he gives Scottâs mom respect for being kind yet assertive.
âWell I wouldnât claim it as a source of pride since he basically kidnapped my daughter today.â Chris replies cuttingly. That is not how you consult with the parent of your daughterâs boyfriend, and technically speaking it was Allisonâs idea to cut school, not Scottâs. Every child is not an angel.
âHow would we know skipping school wasnât your daughterâs idea?â Melissa counters back. Bingo. He could feel the shift in frustration to anger in both Chris's and Victoriaâs aura as he, his sister and mother reached Elizabethâs car. But Seraph hears the car door open to his far right on the other side of the parking lot and he sees Allison and Scott come out of her Madza.
âMy daughterâŚ!â He hears Chris pause as he notices the two teenagers leave his daughterâs vehicle. His aura drifted back to a calm yet composed anger, mixed with relief. â...Is right there.â
âWhere EXACTLY have you been?â Melissa interrogates her son, who was sheepish.
âNowhere momââ
âNowhere meaning not in school!â
âUmâ kindaâŚâ
âItâs not his fault. Itâs my birthday and we wereââ
The sound of a rapid heartbeat and smell of fur made Seraph freeze. His mother and younger sister eyed him weirdly until they caught the scent and rapid heartbeats. Along with the paddling of paws running on the pavement. The shrillhe scream of a woman echoes, alerting the trio and everyone else in the parking lot.
Soon more shouts and screams were heard. The sounds of footsteps ran across the pavement along with an apparent growling.
âStay in the car, both of you.â Elizabeth asserts, before going off to investigate, not waiting for a response.
âWhat is she doing?â Celes questions apprehensively. Seraphâs eyes widen when he sees his mother pulls out a AutoMag .44 Magnum pistol from the car trunk and holsters it in her coat. He leaves the car with Celes in tow. Exposing their supernatural side is a dangerous and fatal concept, but trying to investigate and defend as a human?
What is she doing!? She is not supposed to get involved!
The sounds of harsh growling echo in the parking lot along with the swift movements swishing by, giving Seraph a stronger scent. A Mountain Lionâs scent.
âItâs a Mountain Lion that's in the lot.â He relays to Celes. While heâs glad it isnât the Alpha or something else supernatural, but the idea of his mother hunting it down is preposterous when the Argents are here. Then again, the thought of a wild animal harming someone is gruesome.
A car honking rapidly snaps him out of his search and he watches with shock as a white car is heading straight for Allison without a care in the world.
ALLISONâ
âAllison!â Scottâs voice rang in the air as he sprinted towards the girl before the enigmatic watch Scott pulled Allison swiftly to safety just in time before the white car could barrel into any of them. At least he didnât have to see either of his fellow classmates get severely injured or worse.
âMove! Move!â The voice of the Sheriff authorizes the panicking crowd, trying to find the wild threat lurking within the chaotic scenery. Elizabeth is just running towards an open space when she hears a car shift gears into reverse and the tail-lights turn on.
"LOOK OUT!!!" Shouting loudly and with bated breath, Elizabeth rushes forward to push the human authority figure out of the way just in time, but in doing so the silver car hits her with it's rear, making her fall sideways to the ground.
"MOM!!!" Celes shouts in horror as the two teens witness their mother receive a painful impact from a panicking stranger's vehicle. While their supernatural status would make sudden situations such as getting clipped by a car appear minuscule, the action of seeing their mother receive a whiplashing impact instills horror and fear within them. The two Kingfisher teens rush to their momâs side while Sheriff Stilinski was appalled and shocked that a civilian, no less Mrs. Kingfisher was the one to push him out of a harmful obstacle but faced them herself.
âMrs. Kingfisher!? Jesus are you alright?â Sheriff Stilinski asks Trepidatiously while Seraph helps her up slowly.
âYes I am fine. Just searing pain around my waist and hip bone.â Elizabeth breathes out, her discomfort evident despite the healing factor kicking in, which is thankfully hidden in her attorney attire and trench coat. With icy veiled outrage, Seraph looks at the car plates of the silver car that hit his mother and memorizes the license plate numbers to use for a lawsuit he is going to file later on. Pettiness be damned.
âMrs. Kingfisher, are you okay!?â The voice of David Whittemore, Elizabethâs fellow attorney and colleague, calls out in worry. âI just witnessed you were hit by a car andââ
Gunshots ring in the air nearby, cutting off Mr.Whittemore. The trio plus Sheriff Stilinski see Chris Argent with his pistol out as small trails of smoke come out of the gunâs muzzle. The panicked crowd gather around where Chris is at and as the Kingfishers come close to the male with the Sheriff on one side and Allison on the other, they see the corpse of a Mountain Lion, on itâs last breath as the silver bullets from the hunterâs gun made fatal hits. Despite it being a predator, Seraph could only look at it with sympathy and pity as he hears the heartbeat inside the animal fade at each beat before it hastily stops.
In a prey to predator world, sometimes the ones at the higher ends or top of the food chain are also vulnerable to danger and the cycle of life and death. This applies for preys and predators, predators and humans, hunters and werewolves, banshees and dullahans, kitsunes and onis, and even divine beings and eldritch beings.
âLetâs return home.â Elizabeth authorizes, her tone leaving no room for objections. Seraph and Celes follow their mother to her car. Elizabeth has to pretend she is injured from the slight car incident, so that there wouldnât be suspicion of her healing so quickly, especially in the presence of the Argents.
Seraph still gazes at the scene from the passenger window, eyes not leaving from the scene as he observes and ponders, while the car starts and moves out of the parking lot of cars.
Seraphâs father will not be happy when he hears of this incident when they reach home.

EDIT: So...Seraph and his family...what are they? Plus this will not be the last time Seraph and Stiles interact, albeit not in friendly fashion (at least not yet)
Chapter 4 is this weekend
So I have finished the moodboard for my enigmatic teen wolf OC of TWOAE. Any volunteers to gaze at this masterpiece of mystery?
Audience: So how much are you trying to confuse me?
Me: Yes
"-Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe."
"-Since when you became Einstein?"
"-Since when were you so interested of my input on the matter? I presumed humans were nescient."
This is the moodboard dedicated my icy enigmatic oc Seraph of my Teen Wolf canon au: The Wings Of An Enigmatic

Seraph Kingfisher Moodboard - Teen Wolf OC
(I had this already but I loved how this came out so I will use it for my TWOAE series. (Teen Wolf canon au))
Update on The Wings Of An Enigmatic
At the moment, chapter 4 is going to be delayed a little because of certain life developments. But nonetheless I am dedicated to my Teen Wolf fanfic that has grown on me since I create Seraph and the Kingfisher family. Though I will let you know that chapter 4 will be an eye opener thanks to the premonition our icy enigmatic teenager will be foreseeing. I will be posting it on Wednesday morning.
But at the same time I will also be using Seraphâs moodboard as the main series cover and a gif from Teen Wolf (crediting who is the owner of the gif if they leave a name, regardless I will disclaim it) Also, next chapter we will be meeting two new charactersđđ part of the Kingfisher family, Azrael Kingfisher who is Seraphâs father, and another character who is Seraphâs grandmother. I had her named down as Caroline in Seraphâs profile, but I am deciding to rename her Concordia Kingfisher since she will officially be introduced in the next chapter and she is the matriarch of the Kingfisher family. Those of you who know Roman philosophy and mythology, look up Concordia.
OH!!! One more thing, I remember I am also doing my own beastiary for Teen Wolf, I know I haven't updated it but rest assured I will be having canon supernatural beings and those from other mythologies this weekend.
My dearest audience. See you soonđđ
Everyone who is waiting for the next chapter of The Wings Of An Enigmatic I apologize for such delay but I will be releasing it on Sunday morning.

Chapter 4 Teaser
-----------------------------
His eyes travel from left to right at the transparent scenery in front of him despite the nighttime sky. This is a premonition he has never foreseen. Before him was students running for their lives heading inside the school as a large blue eyed beast hunts and slaughters a school bus of students in the parking lot. A teenager with their lacrosse gear on and the number 9 on them, charging across the lacrosse field towards the Beast of Gevaudan, with his golden beta eyes and claws.
He hears a seemingly older Stiles who's hair is grown out and is also in his lacrosse gear shout to the beta but Seraph is unable to hear anything as Stiles voice sounds like it was underwater. But the enigmaticâs eyes widen as he sees the young beta leap in the air with his claws just as the monstrous beast leaps as well with it's vile blue eyes and teeth while heading towards the lacrosse player. Then the scenery changes.
Seraph now stands in a transparent hue of the Beacon Hills High hallway, as numerous students run and yell, pushing each other in panic to hide in a classroom. Just as he runs through the panicked bodies to investigate while the auras of fear and fright sicken him despite not feeling any physical movement nor can they see him, a figure is propelled through a wall by the Beast before it leaps away and to Seraph's bewilderment the figure who was thrown was Scott, or rather a seemingly older Scott with a bloodied head. Seraph decides to sprint after the Beast even though the premonition only allows him to see the events laid before him to foresee.
The premonition subsequently changes to the library and he observes anticipatively, seeing familiar faces of students escape the dilapidated library or hide behind bookshelves while it is being attacked. He sees a boy, human with brownish hair and blue eyes skittishly hiding behind a bookshelf with a few other students. Seraph couldn't believe what he was foreseeing in his vision, the Beast of Gevaudan is causing destruction and chaos in it's wake while exposing the supernatural to the human population. Le BĂŠte lands behind his transparent form and roars, just as a louder roar pierces from Scott. Seraph glances at the teen but a flabbergasted expression is aimed at the older Scott, who instead of golden eyes belonging to a beta, it's blood red eyes that belong to an alpha while Scott's fangs and claws bare threateningly at the Beast. Seraph can only spectate in discomfort and bated breath as the two beings clash, wincing at Scott being thrown and beaten like a ragdoll, all while the enigmatic teen is in stupor and his mind is racing at how did the Beast resurrect, what is this vision trying to warn him of and how is this Scott in his premonition an alpha? How did the Beast's name trigger him to have such a catastrophic premonition when Allison was only introducing it to Lydia just mere moments ago?
Amid the intense siege, he feels and sees the very same young teen from the field, run towards the Beast through Seraphâs translucent body and struck it's claws inside Le BĂŠte's back just as Scott strikes his claws at the torso. The sound of a shotgun and fire of gunpowder changes the vision and scenery.
He is now placed in another transparent and precognitive scenery of what appears to be a industrial warehouse or some sort, but what's in front of him is worse than the structure. The Beast was directly in front of him, menacingly heading towards him or rather, where Le BĂŠte has it's sights on. The erratic beating of his heart and his constricted breathing only infuriates his lungs and headache. Seraph turns around to look behind him and to his astonishment he witnesses Scott in his werewolf form, the same young beta on the ground beside a rusted wall, subsequently Lydia who is standing with a determined expression and bandaged neck, and finally a girl with Asian features, black hair and orange eyes wielding a katana. Seraphâs ears pick up the sound of lungs inhaling a large breathe.
That's when Lydia let's out a powerful wail, unable to hear what she was screaming out while echoing the entire vicinity. Seraph clutches his ears in agony because of the mind boggling frequency she is unleashing while simultaneously the Beast behind him dissipates and thick black smoke fogs around him, succumbing him to the darkness.
Seraph...
Seraph...
"Seraph!"
Suddenly, the enigmatic icy teenager opens his eyes and he is back in the cafeteria as his heart is thundering loudly in his ears. He comes face to face with a concerned Danny, who was the voice calling after him in the crowded lunchroom. He was no longer in his horrifying premonition.
-----------------------------
So...what did you guys see? Or rather, what did Seraph see in his premonitionđđ? And...what characters did Seraph see in his vision? You will just have to wait in suspense and suffer.
Chapter 4 will be posted this Sunday.
Season 1 Teen Wolf character opinions on Seraph (My OC)
*Seraph posing as an interviewer and inhibiting his scent for supernatural purposes*
Okay, let us start with the process, shall we? What are your thoughts on Beacon Hills High's enigmatic ice king?
Scott: I don't think he's an icy person by default. He looks closed off, but he seems cool. Very intelligent though
Allison: Lydia says he's her rival? But I'm pretty sure there's more to him than looks
Stiles: Entitled, conceited, rich guy with his dark academia and bourgeoisie attitude. Literally, who names their child Seraph?
Seraph: *Lowkey bombastic side eye*
Lydia: My academic rival, though I respect his tenacity and intelligence
Seraph: *Secretly smirking*
Jackson: Why are you so interested? Asshole and an entitled tool who thinks Hondas are better than Porscheđ
Seraph: (Internally) They are, lacrosse fanatic
Isaac (in my fanfic he is in season 1): Ex-loyal friend and confidant. Until he thought he was better than međ
Seraph: (Internally sighs with melancholy)
Danny: I have no problems with him. He's an enigma and I think people should respect his choices
Mr. Harris: One of my favorite students. In fact, him and Jackson are the top two.
Seraph: (Internally) Careful Harris, you start a war amongst your students. Then again why would you care?
Coach Finstock: If I could only teach one student for the next 4 years, it'd be Seraph
Seraph: (Internally) Thatâs horrificđ
Melissa: He doesn't look like an icy teenager to me. More like academically ambitious
Sheriff Stilinski: Hard to say he's an enigmatic ice king or whatever you called him when his father is Beacon Hills best politician. He seems nice
This concludes the interview of what is said about Seraph Kingfisher. Thank you all for your participation.
Jackson: What? Now you are going to tell him what we said about him?
Seraph the Interviewer: No that is confidential and I won't share it to anyone. *Internally* Because I already heard, moron.
And that's all folks! As for why the Hales and the Argents weren't in this is because Seraph has yet to meet them. But stay tuned for chapter 4 of TWOAE, I will be posting it Saturday.
Alright, I humbly apologize for the delay, but I am presenting chapter 4 of The Wings Of An Enigmatic.
Through unfortunate time schedules, intense editing and battling procrastination I have completed and it is a very long chapter with lots of name dropping, canon characters and new characters and plus a slight premonition spoiler delving into the future seasons of Teen Wolf. Plus a brief heartbreaking angsty moment between Seraph and someone familiar.
So be prepared.
(Note: Unfortunately due to Tumblr's writing settings, I was unable to have a huge chunk of the story underlined with italics because for some odd reason, Tumblr does not have an underlined text feature. So the premonition scene is in italics sadly and only some words/number are color coded and bold to let you know hints)

Chapter 4: Unpremeditated Future
"-Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe."
"-Since when you became Einstein?"
"-Since when were you so interested of my input on the matter? I presumed humans were nescient."

The moment Seraph, his mother and sister reach the driveway of the estate, they see a silver 1972 Daimler Double Six parked outside the cobblestone courtyard. They all know who is home, the father of Seraph and Celes and husband of Elizabeth: Azrael Kingfisher.
âDad is home. How wonderful. I am pretty sure his precognition must have seen your act of Valor earlier.â Seraph utters out, getting out of the car.
âYes and despite what your father may think, he knows it would be for a good cause.â Elizabeth remarks before getting out of the car before heading to the vermillion mahogany double doors of the estate. The moment they enter the door and step into the foyer, they are greeted by a deep voice.
âMust I ask what made you pursue that courageous endeavor that was enacted in my premonition?â The trio turn to see Azrael enter with a grim expression. Elizabeth sighs at her husbandâs concern. âThe faint scent of blood obscures my sense of smell and it is radiating from you, darling.â
âThe hambone and the bruise already healed, despite the tiny drop of blood that leaked out of the bruised wound. But I am not limping anymore nor am I vulnerable to such a minor inconvenience. Besides, it was either me or Sheriff Stilinski, and weâre both aware that a human does not bear supernatural healing factors like ours.â Elizabeth inferred while dropping her handbag on the davenport of the L-shaped designed furniture. Seraph and Celes make no room to talk as they prefer not to recall the events.
âI am very well aware, but no one I love dearly, especially my own wife, should put themselves in danger. After all we have to hide our identities with the cursed Argents in town, as well as that pugnacious and barbaric Alpha in the shadows of Beacon Hills.â Azrael cautions, âThat also does not exempt the two of you.â He points at his children.
âYes, thank you very much, dad.â Celes dryly accepts.
âOh please, if the Alpha knew what we are, he would have exterminated us a long time ago, considering that werewolves majority of the times are no match for a-â
âMy dearests,â Seraphâs words were interjected by a gentle but firm tone coming from the dining room. The clicking of heels echo as a woman with white hair tied in a neat bun, soft but striking amber eyes that were not like Azraelâs gray ones, and a skin tone with little to no wrinkles emerges from the doorway leading to the dining room. She wore a beige turtleneck with a white knee-length skirt and white heels to match the lower half of her attire. The Grandmother of Seraph and Celes, the mother of Azrael and mother-in-law of Elizabeth, and the matriarch of the Kingfisher family, Concordia Kingfisher. âPlease, let us not skirmish over a courageous and brave act that ensured the safety of the Sheriff.â
The rest of the family calmed down and dutifully made their way to the Victorian dining hall with a table of many dishes. As the butler, Arnold and the housekeeper, Milene handed out the silverware and utensils for dinner, Seraph stares at the array of antipastos, primos, secondos, and dolces in the table. No sign of repulsive asparagus.
âYes Seraph, I made sure there would be no asparagus in our dinner tonight. Despite how common it is in Italian cuisine, your abhorrence of it is well regarded.â His grandmother spoke, already aware of Seraphâs wary gaze.
âMerci Beaucoup, grand-mĂŠre. I think I will enjoy our dinner tonight, unlike the other nights.â Seraph smiles tensely, as he takes the antipasto course first, filling his plate with insalata caprese and his glass with sparkling water. Concordia rolls her eyes at her grandsonâs witty response before stabbing her fork in her own plate of antipasto platter.
âMay I inquire about your impressions from your parent-teacher conference, Seraph? Notwithstanding the fact that your grade-point average is at a 4.7 in Beacon Hills High I presume.â His father speaks while he sips red wine.
âYour presumption about our sonâs grades is impeccable.â Elizabeth verified while she fills her plate with bruschetta and prosciutto e melone. Seraph was about to reply but was cut off by his sisterâs snarky words.
âOh yes. Albert Einstein here has such a wonderful grade-point average that he has 100s in almost all of his classes yet he is unhappy that his academic rival has a 5.0 grade point average, 3 points higher than him.â Celes mocks him, biting a piece of her bruschetta. Seraph scoffs.
âYou have such a penchant for pettiness. You are better off being Lydiaâs loyal servant and lackey with that incorrigible attitude.â Seraph quips while inserting a sliced tomato in his mouth.
âBecause Lydia is better than you in every-â
âAnyways,â He ignores his sisterâs rambling, âmy grades are indeed immaculate. Therefore this determines the conclusion of this conversation.â Seraph goes back to consuming his salad. His father nods his head knowingly before engaging in filling his plate with the primo course.
âOh, let me remind you all. Ephraim, Volumnia, and their children will be coming here in 3 weeks.â Concordia announces to the group.
âWhy? We already celebrated Christmans and New Years with them. What more do they want from our presence?â Seraph questions a little insensitively. Concordia sighs out with an emotionless look.
âThey are your family, Seraph. Your uncle, aunt and cousins are family that would love to see you.â
âOh yes, family only when they want to irritate you when you want time to concentrate on important matters.â Seraph states while he stabs his fork in the salad, before sipping his drink.
âAre you only saying that because you do not want to deal with Coriolanus?â Celes asks smugly. This moron.
Coriolanus Kingfisher is the cousin of Seraph and Celes, and the son of Ephraim Kingfisher and Volumnia Kingfisher. A graduate student at Stanford University and was once a close friend of Camden Lahey. They have been inseparable for their entire childhood and adolescence, until that incident that happened in the pool at the Lahey residence with one of Seraphâs former childhood friends, Matthew Daehler. Ever since the neglect and treatment of that incident and how carefree Isaacâs older brother was, Coriolanus cut off all ties with him. His 24 year old cousin was glad he didnât join the swimming team back then. In doing so however, Seraph severed his ties with Isaac and Matt due to the scandalous actions of Mr. Lahey at that incident. His grandmother imparted the notion of their family distancing themselves from the Laheys, the Daehlers, and anyone else who was involved in that incident along with their familial ties. Severed relations aside, his cousin tends to be teasing, charming, a douchebag, and a prankster at heart. Not to mention he tends to tease his height too, as his cousin is 6 '4 feet tall and dwarfs almost everyone in the family except his father, Coriolanusâs father and mother.
The thought of seeing his older cousin fills him with unbridled aggravation. The catalyst for a sit-com drama that makes Seraph the universeâs punching bag. The epitome of his suffering will be in three weeks. This is Injustice.
âYou are aware that Diana and Clemensia would not mind you being part of our shenanigans, right? Surely they are tolerable compared to Coriolanus, even though he is tolerable to me.â Celes specifies while taking a chocolate truffle. Seraph doesnât share the sentiment about his other cousins compared to Coriolanus.
Diana, first daughter of Ephraim and Volumnia, is not the required norm for an average female college student. No, Diana is a femme fatale and a woman who is a fluid combination of compassion and ferocity. Sheâs a Beacon Hills Alumni from the class of 2007, and like Seraph, she was the enigmatic queen of the school. Hence why sometimes, Seraph is compared to Diana in some of his interactions. She is not as enigmatic as she used to be thanks to experiencing college at UCLA as well as traveling abroad and only comes to see her extended family on holidays and breaks, testing her patience is a grave mistake as she will deliver cold and savage vocabulary that can break someoneâs ego and spirit. Sheâs done it before, so itâs no surprise if she retained that side of her.
Clemensia, in contrast to her older sister, is the true definition of privileged and being a âDivaâ. She is treated like a princess, often goes on shopping sprees like changing undergarments, an enormous jet-setter as she travels to luxurious destinations all over the world. Her most recent picture in the Maldives already states her wealth without her explaining it verbally. While Diana likes her used Volkswagen Beetle, and Coriolanus drives a 1967 pick-up truck he bought from an auction, Clemensia is obsessed with driving cars like Mercedes Benz, Aston Martins, and Audis. She even will wear the trendiest clothes that are currently advertised now. Yet despite all of this, Clemensia contains an empathetic and warm heart, and she isnât hubristic of her surroundings. She keeps her supernatural status a safeguarded secret. Clemensia, unlike her older siblings, attended Devenford Prep. Therefore she is attuned to the prestige and opulence settings, plus her lavish outfits and accessories.
âYour offer raises the expectation of reciprocity. Could you please outline any specific actions or terms you have in mind?â Seraph aims a sarcastic smile at his sister while he takes a portion of lasagna. Celes sends him her own sarcastic smile.
âOf course, since payment is always required with favors. Lend me your art room for the next year and I will humbly allow you to hang out with me, Diana, and Clemensia.â Celes requests. Seraph nearly chokes on his food before staring at his sister as if she had gained 3 heads.
âYou have got to be kidding me, sister. For me to procure you my private art room full of authentic art pieces and my own work is a risky deal. Not to mention your mischievous nature to have stuff missing around the estate.â
Celes glances at her brother baffled. âWhat makes you think I would misplace your artwork for my own art? I have never done that before.â
âOkay then, how about the time you accidentally dropped my phone in the sewers when you and I were ages in early adolescence?â Seraph questions with narrowed eyes.
âThat was one time-â
âOr the time you cleaned out the attic and threw away my science project that was due in 2 days, which took a week to complete, and almost cost me my grade in middle school?â
âOkay that was an accident. I did not mean-â
âOR, during the occurrence when you had crashed momâs car last year to test drive it because you did not follow traffic law regulations and crashed into one of the Deputyâs police cruisers and mom had to pay a hefty fine for your negligence?â Seraph asks each of the turbulent times of occurrence of his sister causing small hazardous risks.
âOKAY I GET IT!!! But this time, I will not do anything to harm or destroy your pieces in the process I obtain your art room for the next 3 months.â Celes huffs out, no longer wanting the pasta but interested in taking the cannolis. The older relatives of Azrael, Elizabeth, and Concordia have already grown used to these antics amongst Seraph and Celes so they pay no mind to it so long as it doesnât involve cruel or hurtful phrases.
âYou state that now, but I can hear your heartbeat and read your mind, and you are having anxious thoughts while your heart has a couple of upticks here and there based on your words of accord. So I am not sure if I can trust you.â Seraph berates with a smirk. Celes' eyes narrow in slight annoyance.
âFine, is there anything I can do to appease you to let me use your art room so that I can allow you in our social party?â
âOf course, since payment is always required with favors.â Seraph glances at her smirking, mocking the very same phrase she presented him with earlier.
âOh for the love of God-â
âFine,â Celes relents as she cuts off her fatherâs exasperation. âI will offer you a two way plane ticket I received from an auction to Austria, plus with that offer is a 7 day stay in Vienna at the exclusive Hotel Das Alpen at their spacious and opulent Penthouse suite.â
Seraph hums in delight and confusion. While he admires the idea his sister could achieve such lavish offers and the ability to travel to Austria sounds extraordinary, but for his pleasure, he will bask in his sisterâs defeatâŚ
âSounds rather extravagant. An offer that sounds so spectacular, immaculate, and nigh impossible to not acceptâŚâ He trails off while thumbing his fingers on the dark brown mahogany dining table. âHowever-â
âOh do not start that. Weâve been in far too many grandiose events and places to not even care about how something is luxurious and fantastic to cast aside.â Celes cuts him off with a glare. But Seraph doesnât stop there.
âIt doesnât sound grandiose to me. Not like the Beacon Hills Gala our family hosted back in 2010, or the Hofburg Silvesterball in Austria, in addition to the Vienna Opera Ball, or even the Bal De La Rose of Monaco within the worldâs creme de la creme.â Seraph lists out cooly while Celesâ patience and desperate attempts to get her brother to accept the offer are growing thin.
âPlease, can you accept this offer so I can kindly use your art room for a year?â Celes asks kindly. Bingo, dear sister.
âYes, I humbly accept.â Seraph replies without hesitation, dumbfounding his sister. But as she sees her brotherâs grin of gratification, she gives him a piercing death stare.
âOh you swine-!â
âFor Heaven's sake,â Concordia interrupts with her hands clasped in front of her face, exhaling a stressful puff, which is ironic given their grandmotherâs and their own immunity to stress thanks to their supernatural biology. âLetâs redirect our focus back to our dinner if the two of you do not mind. Me, Arnold and Milene did not prepare this meal for it to be sitting here like decorum.â
âCertainly grandmother.â Seraph gleefully says while Celes offers a wordless grunt of acceptance. But he then eyes his sister with feigning innocence. âIt has been a miraculous delight conducting business with you, my esteemed sister.â
âYou little shitâŚ" Celes telepathically swears vehemently to Seraph, adding more to the enigmatic teenâs smug grin. As the family continue to eat dinner peacefully, the Alpha proceeds to do itâs vengeful quest and deadly hunting against those who deserve it in the thief of the night through the howling winds of Beacon Hills.

The first few periods of class were anything but fascinating. The whole mountain lion incident that happened on the night of parent teacher conferences, which happened 4 days ago, was swept under the rug as if it was of no importance. Typical for humans to even assess such situations.
Now it is lunchtime and he enters the cafeteria with his tupperware of rotisserie chicken, quinoa, cauliflower, and cornbread. He was even able to get the last slice of tiramisu cake this morning, to Celesâ anger as she âclaimedâ the last slice of dessert. As usual, he will conduct his normal routine of being observant around him and listening to anything that could pique his interest. This town of Beacon Hills, minus the supernatural assessments it produces, is profoundly lackluster. So using his supernatural hearing, he tries to find anything mildly interesting while he enjoys his meal.
Oh, how he shouldn't have done that if he would have realized it sooner.
âThe who of what?" A familiar and standoffish voice snaps.
âThe Beast of Gevaudan,â Allisonâs reply made Seraph raise his eyebrows at the legendary mention of the French monster that murdered 100 plus people in South France that Allisonâs ancestors, the Argents, or more specifically, Marie Jeanne-Valet hunted and eradicated. Henceforth the progressive tradition of having Argent women become the leaders of the influential family since the mid 18th century. He continues to listen to the conversation.
âA quadrupedal wolf-like monster prowling the Auvergne in South Dordogne areas of France from the year 1764 to 1766. Le BĂŠte killed over 100 people becoming so infamous that the King Louis XV sent one of his best hunters to try and kill it.â He hears Allison explain from her reading of her familyâs historical biography.
âBoring.â Seraph rolls his eyes at Lydiaâs faux-ignorant nonchalance. He knew the strawberry-blonde queen bee is jumping up and down like a jackrabbit internally at such inquisitive information.
âThe church declared it a messenger of Satan. Cryptozoologists believe it was a hoofed creature called a Mesonychid.â Mesonychids are long extinct. The ancestors of wolves, dogs, and other types of canine creatures. While I would not be fazed if there were those who could shapeshift into one, it would be a odd phenomenon, similar to how werewtiches exist-
Seraphâs thoughts ended there when he began to feel an odd tingling sensation in his brain. An odd and rambunctious one, like the feeling is disorienting him and crafting his vision into such obnoxious shapes and lines. Why is there a tinge of water-colored blue in his vision-
He didnât have time to process until his vision suddenly went black.
He felt odd and fluid, as if he were in a dreamscape. He opened his eyes and the sight before him was a perplexing conundrum. Through his lens, his vision shifted to an entirely different locale. Instead of the cafeteria he is supposed to be in where the rest of the students are, he is outside on a field. No, itâs his schoolâs lacrosse field. His eyes travel from left to right at the transparent scenery in front of him despite the nighttime sky. The field isnât empty either. He heard chants, cheers, yells which means that there is a game going on while the Spectators observe. Seraph, through his dreamscape vision that is a myriad of pandemonium, he watches his school, Beacon Hills High going up againstâŚDevenford Prep. Wait, pardon? Is this a vision? A premonition?
If so, this is a premonition he has never foreseen. Why is it showing him something that has to do with a lacrosse game? He thought that Scott was already gaining better control of his werewolf abilities and he seemingly found his anchor, which is Allison. Something isnât- wait, that's Scott?
Scott, who appears to have shorter hair and a year or two older than the Scott he sees everyday look apprehensive, as if he is either expecting everything to collapse, or if something goes according to plan. It seems thatâs not the only perplexing issue in this very bewildering premonition of his. Beside him, is Stiles who appears a year or two older as Scott is compared to the one Seraph sees everyday, which is weirder now that his hair grew from the caesar cut he had. Yet out in the field it is semi-chaotic. Aside from grabbing the attention of a much older Scott and Stiles, Seraph observes as best as he could, with confusion when he sees a female lacrosse player on Beacon Hills High team knock down a Devenford Prep player having the number 28 with suspiciously supernatural strength. Using his heightened eyesight, he is able to notice a fiery shield surrounding the girl, in the form of a fox.
A KitsuneâŚthat is perplexing. But he doesn't have time to investigate this matter when the girl is removed from the game and she flings her helmet off in fury, heading inside the school. A younger girl follows after her with short blond hair and dark blueish eyes. The game continues at a rapid pace, Beacon Hills losing to Devenford Prep 1-5. But then he sees Scott instantly run to the school in a frenzy while leaving Stiles, the younger lacrosse player with the number 9 on his jersey and other lacrosse players to the mercy of the snobbish prep school players. Seraph crosses his arms, what is the point of this premonition? To help Beacon Hills High win a lacrosse game against Devenford Prep in the future? To see a Kitsune he has never seen before lose control of her powers on the field? What is the purpose of this puzzle he is having such difficulty figuring out?
Speak of the Devil and he shall come.
After watching the somewhat boring game that is still befuddling the enigmatic, something grim and malevolent entered his premonition. The shifting of the wind and a terrifying aura spooks him, and he glances just in time to see a quadrupedal monster with black fur and really icy blue eyes that were pupiless wreaking havoc on a school bus. Seraphâs eyes widened in pure shock. The sounds of cry and horror echo the field as the Beast Of Gevaudan exposes itself to the crowd of humans and supernaturals alike. But it's the devilish appearance that causes mass hysteria amongst the student body and an unofficial evacuation of teenagers running away from the bleachers and into the school, fluidly passing him.
This isn't a premonition for a lacrosse game to beat. This is a premonition to warn him of the near future. The near future where the Beast will resurrect and rise up again to attack Beacon Hills. A feat that is impossible unless it is through sorcery, spiritual possession, unholy witchcraft, or exorcism. Seraph watches with bated breath as the Beast climbs on top of the dismantled school bus, as students run for their lives, lacrosse sticks, helmets, snacks, water bottles, and even lip glosses dropping to the concrete ground.
His eyes travel to the field through the mass of fearful teenagers, and he gazes as the very same teenager with their lacrosse gear on and the number 9 on them, charges across the lacrosse field towards the Beast of Gevaudan, with his golden beta eyes and claws as he ignores the voice and urge of Stiles, which for some eerie reason, Seraph couldn't quite hear as Stiles voice came out like being underwater. Yet oddly enough he can hear the screams and shouts of students clearly.
His heart pounds against his chest rapidly as he sees the young teenager leap upwards with golden beta eyes and claws, attacking the Beast. Suddenly Seraphâs vision goes black.
He wakes up in a frenzy when he sees he is now located in the dark and chaotic hallways of Beacon Hills High, his eye vision still translucent and blueish. He tried shaking his head to get out of this disturbing premonition but it wouldn't let him, it was forcing him to see the diabolical hysteria that the Beast is causing. Just what on Earth, or who on Earth resurrected Le BĂŠte in the future? What were they trying to prove?
The sound of a vicious roar echoes through the dreamscape hallway and to his surprise, Scott is propelled through a wall with the demonic beast hot on his trail. Seraph runs to the site where they are fighting only to see Scott save a few innocent human classmates before being dragged by the Beast again and fling out in the hallway. He runs through the panicked bodies to investigate while the auras of fear and fright sicken him albeit not feeling any physical movement nor can they see him. Scott and the Beast move elsewhere as he can see his classmates droplets of blood on the white tiled floor implying he is taking violent hits.
This gets Seraph to sprint after the Beast even though the premonition only allows him to see the events laid before him to foresee. He is trying to catch up to the vicious confrontation and is feeling something he usually never felt before and this was only his premonition. He was feeling concern, and it was concern for the future that is intertwining with this darkness. The moment he opens the double set doors is when his premonition fades to black.
Now Seraph finds himself in the transparent hue of the school's library. Despite the intense and dire subsequent changes of each premonition and his heart racing against his chest at a high paced event such as this, he observes anticipatively, seeing familiar faces of students escape the dilapidated library or hide behind bookshelves while it is being attacked. He sees a boy, human with chestnut-brown hair and blue eyes, skittishly hiding behind a bookshelf with a few other students. Seraph couldn't believe what he was foreseeing in his vision, the Beast of Gevaudan is causing destruction and chaos in its wake while exposing the supernatural to the human population. Scottâs roar was so deafening that it made Seraph cover his ears and he was unable to handle the pressure as his vision began to show black dots before fully cloaking them. Along with the sounds of claws clashing and bodies slamming against shelves and tables.
SeraphâŚ
SeraphâŚ
"SERAPH!!!"
The very familiar voice snaps him out of that painful and disturbing premonition and his eyes open anxiously to see Danny staring at him worryingly while Lydia, standing up behind him, is gazing at him in pure astonishment. But he felt a warm hand on his shoulder and he glanced up to see compassionate, brown eyes and a face that was very concerned for him with fluffy brown-brown hair. It was Scott who was helping him.
"Hey are you okay? You're pale." Scott, the simple fact that Seraph secretly knows (not to Scottâs awareness) what Scott is currently going through and has bigger problems regarding his adjustment to being a werewolf. But here he is, beside him checking to see if he's okay and if he needs medical attention.
Putain! C'est embarrassant. He must have heard my racing heartbeat from that premonition. Shit!
"Are you alright? Usually you are the composed one here but to see you pale and shivering, is more unnerving than confusing." The voice of Lydia speaks. Seraph looks around and sees half the cafeteria including Allison, Stiles, and the teenager two tables down with dark skin and very short hair, is watching him in confusion. Seraph stands up, to Scott's and Danny's concern.
"Whoa- wait you were just-"
"I appreciate your concern, both of you." He tells Scott and Danny. "I will go to the bathroom to clear my head. Ciao." The enigmatic teen departs awkwardly, leaving behind many confused students. Scott just nods and shrugs simultaneously before heading back to the table with Stiles.
"Dude, what just happened? What possessed Kingfisher?" The Sheriffâs son questions Scott.
"I don't know. He didn't like he was being possessed, it felt more like he was in pain." Scott tells Stiles. "His heartbeat, his emotions, I sensed them, and he was enduring a horrible pain of some sort." Stiles hears out the whispered segment of his best friend's reply.
"He looked like he was suffering from a migraine that came from hell." The Caucasian teen muses out. "Never saw the icy enigmatic king go through something like that. That wasâŚweird."
"Okay why is everyone calling him a 'icy enigmatic king'? Why is that a title or nickname for him? Is everyone here intimidated by him?" The werewolf asks, just very baffled by the school seeing him as that.
"Scotty, are you kidding me? Do you not know the reputation and aristocratic flair he holds in our school? He earned that nickname or whatever after ridiculing and verbally destroying the entire senior grade boys' egos when he was a freshman. Plus he holds popularity in a way and has a academic rivalry with Lydia-"
"I know the last part," Scott interjects Stiles, preventing him from going on a logorrhea of dialogue. "It's just that he didn't look too good. He lookedâŚfrightened."
Stiles eyebrows raise abruptly at Scottâs reply with Seraph being frightened.
"I don't hate him, I feel like he hates me for being a chatterbox and ruining his ''work time" for being excessively annoying or with my presence around I don't know." Stiles let's out with a sigh. "But I have to teach you to master your werewolfiness."
Their conversation to help Scott continues in hushed whispers.

Harsh footsteps clatter against the white tiles of the school, the very same ones he sees everyday that will soon be filled with students scrambling in panic and fear in the near future.
It lacks logical evidence. Why did he get such a severely critical egregious premonition? One that conveyed him the impending danger of the Beast of Gevaudan who will soon cause havoc and rampage on innocent teenagers in a high school during a large lacrosse game?
What caused the Beast's rise? On a more serious inquiry, how did Scott become an alpha? Did heâŚkill the Alpha that turned him into a werewolf and gained his powers? It isn't adding up. He doesn't qualify Scott to be a killer even if he is a werewolf.
Who was the young player with the number 9 uniform? The beta werewolf who attacked the Beast? The Asian girl who is a Kitsune? People in the near future? Because despite his indifference and carelessness of who others are, that doesn't mean he doesn't remember a face. His photographic memory is too keen for that-
His pestering and unquenchable thoughts were cut when he suddenly clashes into someone. But due to his supernatural strength and stability, he remains still. The sound of someone gasping slightly and a thud to the floor makes Seraph glance down to see a familiar face.
"Damn. What the hell are you made of, bricks?" Isaac Lahey asks, his voice a rough mixture of annoyance and apprehension.
"I am sorry for that." Seraph apologizes. Dread and angst coil within his abdomen. This is the second time he bumped into his ex-childhood friend. "Let me help-"
"Why? You ghost me at any chance you had in school. You're about to go back to doing that after you help me up." Isaac declares with snark, getting up on his feet. The slight bruise by his eye is visibly showing. Seraph tries to ignore it.
"I have my reasons for doing what I did."
"Yeah, reasons that you clearly didn't give me and left me unable to figure out."
"As if you could comprehend the strictly strategized reason I carefully planned out. It is none of your concern." Seraph replies coldly, his patience running thin. Isaac sends him a vehement expression.
"I-I don't understandâŚwhat did I do toâŚdeserve your iciness? Why did you stop talking to me? Was it because you decided to cut ties because you were rich and intelligent?" Isaac probes, sounding small and anxious.
"Lahey I do not have the patience to properly assess this right now. I have important matters to attend to. " Seraph cuttingly implies. Ignoring the remorse swirling inside of him.
"You even call me by my last name instead of Isaac. You don't have the patience to do it or you don't want to because you want to feel better than everyone else?" The tall teen asks, testing his luck.
"Are you going to continue your nescient skirmish? Because I am not the one who keeps his abuse wrapped up in lies or pretends to think he isn't a victim when he is a victim." Seraph hears himself answer back before it's too late and his eyes widen slightly at how harsh he sounded. He glances up to see Isaacâs aghast and crestfallen expression plastering his roughed up face, and his eyes shining with water.
Seraph never says his brutal and honest thoughts out loud to prevent reactions like this. He usually has a well thought out response he carefully plans. But that premonition is discombobulating his brain. He did not mean to hurt isaac.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to respond like-"
"Don't bother. Now I know where we stand." Isaac hisses out between anger and sadness before shoulder checking Seraph and out of his sight. The enigmatic exhales a sigh of frustration. He didn't mean to respond to Isaac like that. It wasn't his intention to throw his abuse and pain in his face.
Damn it, since when has a harrowing premonition disrupt his train of thoughts and brain activity so severely that his cold and icy words let out in a spree of carelessness?
Has Isaac always tried to understand why he severed ties with him? Has Matt also tried understanding why or was he too focused in his recovery from trauma to ask?
Guilt clouds his mind and abdomen, Seraph stares at the floor in disappointment. That shouldn't have been said to a childhood friend he knew for 12 years. It should have ended differently instead of being cruel and callous.
Now he may have lost any chance to recover that once golden friendship he shared with Isaac.
Suddenly, the urge to continue classes felt fruitless today. He turns right and heads to the main office to have himself go home today

Ouch! I wrote the ending with angst. Sorry, not sorry. (But I am truly sorry for Isaacđ˘đ˘ Seraph you jerk.)
But what did you all notice from the chapter? The foreshadowing? The unmentioned yet familiar characters? The first ever interaction between Scott and Seraph? Or the amount of name drops and familiar names you read? Let me hear your thoughts, feedbacks and criticism?
Also, what are the Kingfishers? What is Seraph's supernatural identity?
Chapter 5 will be release the following Monday. Have fun figuring out the dilemmađ
Seraph and Danny seem close...possible ship? Seraph x Danny, or Seraph x Isaac? But I also see Lydia so maybe Seraph x Lydia?
Umđđđłđł
The Icy enigmatic king isn't interested in romance (not yet at least). But Danny is the only one Seraph more or less talks to. As for Isaac, that is a sad, angsty path right now. (But thank you for the inspiration of a ship pair). Seraph and Lydia sounds like a powerful ship pair with their advanced IQ minds and sass but they are better off as rivals (at least for now).
Seraph is a bisexual male, because he finds the human concept of sexuality and traditional norms to be draconian and domineering.
Facts of Seraph Kingfisher
1. Has a GPA of 4.75, just under Lydia Martin
2. Has earned a title in the school named "Icy Enigmatic King" due to roasting an entire grade of seniors when he was a freshman
3. He is biracial and bisexual, has a few preferences but nothing too serious. He's 5'11 1/2 feet
4. He likes to wear preppy and dark academia fashion. He dislikes sporty wear.
5. He hates asparagus and vinegar.
6. He plays violin, piano, and flute. He can also create art.
7. He wants to be a Life and Health Insurance Broker
8. His childhood friends were Isaac Lahey and Matt Daehler. (They used to be childhood friendsđ)
And that's all folks
(For now)
Some moments I thought of as light hearted and slice of life, away from the upcoming angsty events in my Teen Wolf au fanfic...
Isaac: You know...I've been thinking lately...
*Seraph side-eyes him while holding a violin*
Isaac: What if the Nemeton is just a façade for an almighty supernatural God that's just watching us? What if we are the trial runs of said God who wants to see how werewolves, kitsunes, banshees, and the rest can live?
Seraph: Isaac-
Isaac: Maybe the Nemeton is the God. Maybe all the supernaturals were created by the Nemeton-
Seraph: For the sake of both of our sanities, I'm going to have to ask you to stop. Don't develop anymore nescient theories
Some more lighthearted moments and a scenario I thought of:
Stiles: What is with your use of metaphors and similes? Who died and named you Aristotle?
Seraph: Who died and named you king of dry wit? You'd be more attractive if you knew how to utilize your mouth better
Scott: Why? Just why are you like this?
Seraph: I am akin to a labyrinth, a captivating enigma of complexities in the veil of ambiguity
Isaac: Are you still upset over the fact of your 4th grade valentine that broke your heart?
*For the first time since 4th grade, Seraph's finesse collapsed once more by none other than Isaac Lahey*
