the way hotch smiles at dave makes me feel all warm and fuzzy because it’s all soft and cute and he has dimples and it’s sweet and dave is like the only one that gets that particular small and soft smile and i just love the two of them for so many reasons but that smile is the main one. like it’s just mr-stoic-bossman going all soft for his favourite person and it’s cute

I absolutely adore that Pike looked at La'an, this tightly wound, super traumatized lieutenant with major trust issues who makes questionable decisions and is standing there waiting to be reprimanded for it, and he's immediately just like "That's it, I'm adopting you, come work on my ship."
He is SUCH A DAD, I love his relationship with his crew so much.
