I was playing Toontown Rewritten earlier and saw a Mingler or perhaps a Name Dropper being followed by a Flunky and that gave me some ideas for some characters because my mess of a brain said "Hey! Look over there, they're following each other. Probably friends or siblings or perhaps even a couple!"

Its been a while, right? Well hi, im that dragon pikachu! i like toontown and cookie run, but im gonna make this blog more toontown centered here's some toontown art i made a while ago or semi-recently :) these are my cog ocs that i still consider today (most of them)
those new astrobots are super cool, the CGO(Chief Green Officer, boss of my Ecobots) fits right in
Old ref of him from like, mid 2021. his ladder are like anti-cogs that dont like the pollution they produce but also have a love-hate relation with toons to fit with the cogs
