hey so I loved your tags and it gave me an idea hope you don't mind me just dropping this here

On the left is a larger drawing of Law looking miserable and sitting huddled up under an obnoxiously bright yellow blanket with a polar bear plush tucked in his lap. Offscreen, Sanji asks "are you alright?" Law says "Yeah. Sure. Fine. Peachy. No, I feel like fucking shit." Sanji responds, "well, do you want or need anything?" And Law is quiet for a moment before saying "...hold me."

On the top right is a small drawing of Sanji sitting down in front of him with his arms where Law's shoulders presumably are under the blanket. He has a pink and yellow shirt with the colors split diagonally in a curled wave pattern, and green cargo shorts. "You know you can always ask me if you need help, right? Even if it's just this." Law just mumbles out a "hnnnn".

On the bottom right, Law has his face hidden in Sanji's shoulder and is being held by him. "I know something that would help... you know..." He says. Sanji is slightly blushing and looks a little awkward. "Oh, that? Haha, if you're feeling up to it, then I'm okay with that."

Yes he's got one of those Warmies plushes (I really want to get one someday but I'm torn between the black cat and the chicken and I just found out there's a capybara and a guinea pig aaaaaa) and yes it's a polar bear because Bepo I had to

In the first part, Sanji is asking, "Sheesh, what's your problem?" to which Law responds flatly, "I'm on my period, that's what."
In the second part, Sanji looks surprised and goes, "Wait, seriously?" Law, who looks less annoyed and more tired now, simply says, "Yeah." Sanji then says, "Oh. Sorry. Need anything?" and Law responds, after a pause, "...Ibuprofen. And lots of it."

Bepo: What're you doing, Cap'n?
Law, rolling up a piece of paper before summoning a Room: Sending something to Blackleg-ya.
Law shambles the paper away. He asks: Hey Bepo, how do you feel about children?
Bepo responds: Oh! Uh... They're cute, I guess.
Elsewhere, Sanji recieves the item, thinking to himself: That's not my lighter... Could only be one person...
Sanji opens it to reveal a note that says "Have fun paying child support" with Law's initials, and a positive pregnancy test. He yells: WTF LAW!?
Luffy's head extends from offscreen to his left, asks: What's wrong, Sanji?
Sanji, looking drained and limply holding the paper: I'm gonna be a dad...
Luffy: Oh, cool.
Usopp, now on Sanji's right: Y'know, I was a dad once.
Sanji, yelling: No you weren't!! That doesn't even help!
One of Robin's arms comes from the railing where Luffy had been, holding a book titled "So you had sex. Uh oh!" Offscreen, she says: What about this book on childcare?
Sanji, looking pathetic and like he's going to cry: Thank you, Robin-chan...

Glad we can all agree Law needs to get knocked up

(this is old/messy/inconsistent and never got finished but I liked some of the expressions on it)

And here is a more recent followup:

Sanji, with his hands up and distressed: WHY did you think it was a good idea to shamble a note about child support and a USED pregnancy test into my hands? Do you know how awkward that was to explain?
Law is sitting in front of him, seemingly more interested in a coin than the conversation: Oh no, YOU had to tell YOUR crew what YOU did. (there is an emphasis on all the 'you's in that sentence)
Sanji: What I did?? It was both of us!
The next image is a text bubble from Law (who in present is not seen), saying: Would you rather I explained it?
Sanji is standing facing forward, mortified, as he imagines this scenario playing out:
Law is talking to Luffy, Usopp, and Chopper (the latter two have their mouths agape and appear traumatized). Some of his words are scribbled out, represented here in text by [REDACTED]: So Sanji put his [REDACTED] in my [REDACTED] and then he [REDACTED], and because I was [REDACTED] that means-- the text cuts off here.
Luffy: Wow! Gross!
Off to the side are Nami and Zoro, expressing varying degrees of disgust.
Nami: Great, now that's burned into my mind...
Zoro, thinking to himself: Sanji had sex??
After imagining this, Sanji simply says: ...No.

Law is sitting on a wooden box, a hand on his belly and looking generally out of it. He says: Why do I want to eat the worst stuff...
Sanji stands next to him, holding a large serving tray of mini sandwiches. His response is: Weird cravings, probably? It's pretty normal from what I've heard.
Law, reaching out towards the tray: What about that?
Sanji lifts the tray out of his reach, sternly saying: Bread.
Law: ...The babies demand it.
Sanji: I understand that, but your health is important too, and I know it's gonna fuck you up later.
Sanji then reaches down to give him a smooch on the cheek. He says: Don't worry, I've got something just for you. It'll be done soon, I promise.
Law has his hand held with the wrist limp, in an "alligator arm" sort of way. He looks annoyed but is also blushing a little as he answers: ...Fine... Thanks.

Sanji's just trying to make sure Law's taken care of

Law leaning in towards Sanji and saying "I'm ovulating" in a way that implies he wants to fuck but honestly just comes off more cheesy than anything. Sanji looks some mix of terrified and flustered, a blush across his face as he goes, "Oh, uh... nice?"

Man ovulates, his spouse in fear over the safety of his dick, more news at 8.

Law and Sanji are sitting face to face (presumably on the floor, but this is in a white void because I neglect to draw backgrounds).
Sanji: Hey, you alright?
Law: One of them keeps kicking.
Sanji: Ah, yeah?
Law: Mhm. Come here.

In the second drawing, Sanji is now sitting beside Law and has a hand on his belly.
Sanji: Oh! No way, I actually felt it.
Law: That one takes after you. She's been like that a lot lately.
Sanji: What about the other?
Law: Probably biding her time till they're out.

I realize that this would make more sense if I actually posted their kids because then you'd know right away which one of the girls it was.

also I FORGOT I DREW THE CAT PAW SOCKS that makes this whole thing even more ridiculous... and the shrimp shirt... that's probably just another one of Sanji's shirts that Law stole.

Bonus sketches I drew on a whim last night, I absolutely had to have Sanji in one of those dilf shirts because I mean... the man canonically has a shirt that says "gentlecook" on it come on.

Top left: Law sitting with his head up and eyes shut with a miserable expression, lamenting "why did it have to be twins..."

Top right: Law and Sanji laying down, Sanji with an arm around him, looking blissful as he says, "my babies~" while Law is grimacing with his head turned away, mumbling, "Glad YOU'RE enjoying all this..."

Bottom: Sanji proudly presenting his new shirt with a hand gesturing to the text on it, which simply says 'DILF' in large capital letters. Law merely asks "Why." Sanji responds, "I'm just being prepared."
