Eldest Grandma Rosiepuff lore? She was emotionally abusive? Is that why with the grandchildren she was so caring?

OOp. This seems like a chance to dump some Eldest family tree lore. So Rosiepuff married her husband Saturn young. Their eldest son, Nebula, was born only a few months into their marriage. 2 years later, Nova was born. When Nebula was 5 and Nova 3, Saturn started going out camping more and more and since the boys were young, he never brought them. (this would later spur into Nebula always taking his boys along if they wanted to.) Saturn mostly used this time as a break from the kids, given he was only 24 at this time. It turned into a bad habit and became neglectful. Rosiepuff, being stuck at home with the boys alone and only being 23, got very easily frustrated. She turned to gambling and often would have her friends and others over to play cards and when the cards didn't go well or the kids got rowdy she'd yell at them. She never resorted to anything physical though. Between their mothers yelling, and their fathers frequent absences, the boys were a little messed up. When Nebula was 16 and Nova 14, Nova got into a yelling match with Rosiepuff over a game she played and she hit him for the first time. She was horrified at what she did and tried to apologize but Nova had already run to his room and shut the door. Nebula told her to give him some space and eventually he went to check on Nova but Nova was gone with only a letter addressed to Nebula. This caused Nebula a lot of grief, Rosiepuff to try and give up her gambling (she fell back into it after Saturn's death), and Saturn to stick around the pod more and also take Nebula out camping a lot leading to Nebula's own love of nature.

Did Nova run away from the tree or just leave the pod? Will the brothers ever meet their Uncle? Or he's aware he has nephews somehow and chooses not to see them?

He left the tree for a long time before he returned but his family didn't know him anymore. He was married and had a child but he and his wife were both killed not long before Rosiepuff. None of Brozone know about Nova. Yet. Yes Brozone has a cousin canonically in Eldest and Youngest. Should I post my Nova design :>

Does Nebula, Nova and Fern? (I think that's their mom's name) also exist in the Reaper and Bug AUs or they are just in Eldest universe

They do exist in Reaper Dory au, but not Bug Au. In the bug au their parents aren't around. Nebula is particularly important to Reaper Dory Lore :>

You guys remember Fern and Nebula. Brozone's wonderful parents. Well I talk about Nebula's younger brother quite a bit and I figured now is a good time to post him. :>

Meet Nova. Two years younger than Nebula and both have a condition called pili ineptitude, or weakness of the hair which is basically like a weak muscle disease but in the hair of a troll. The condition can be genetic, like it is in this case, or caused by injury or strain. Does Nova look familiar? Parentszone art by @aliennopossumm

Yeah he is their cousin :> Things are pretty messed up but I have some fun chapters planned where John finds his dads old journal with photos in it. Creek will be back.

YOU WANT TO KNOW THE ELDEST CREEK LORE THANK YOU ANON I WAS WAITING FOR AN EXCUSE!!! So it all starts with Nova. At 14 he packs up and runs away from the tree. This is before the Bergen's had settled there. He went traveling around, getting to know the world and stuff and spent some time with a group of traveling Cloud Monks. Eventually the monks travel close to the tree again and he hears about the Bergen's having settled down several years ago and he leaves the monks to go back to the tree. He gets there and he sees Nebula and Fern and their little teal and green egg, being fawned over by Rosiepuff and Saturn. Which is great. They're all alive and Neb looks so happy, happier than Nova had ever seen his big brother. He cant interrupt that. And hell, he doesn't even know if they'd recognize him. It had been like 15 years... So he leaves. He drifts from branch to branch, just kinda being there. He wished he hadn't come back until... He met him. His name was River. The pair settled happily and lived together for 10 whole years until River confessed. Talk about beating around the bush, or maybe that was just Novas time with the monks that had him being shy and awkward. They married 4 years later and planned to have an egg, but then Nova heard about his brothers death. He fell into a depression for a good while but was pulled out of it by, you guessed it, the egg he and his partner so desperately wanted. Creek hatched when Branch was just a year old, before Brozones break up. Nova went to many of his nephews concerts, as a way to remember the brother he missed. And then the band broke up. And life went on. Creek was 4 when it happened, just two measly years before the great escape. Nova and River knew their pod was a target, so they hid their baby away and went out of the pod. And Creek was left behind.

(Part of me is cooking an au of EY where John finds out who Nova was sooner and ends up raising both Creek and Branch)

For the God AU what are the Bergens? God Eaters or like Hopeless Prophet's?

In the God AU I haven't really thought about it. Not all the trolls are gods so they're probably still just regular Bergens honestly. In the Bug AU, they're lizard-like :3

Reaper Dory is from a God au. Brozone and their parents were gods in that au and JD is the God of death. He's nicknamed "Reaper on the run" since he has since fled his home and has Clay on his tail trying to hunt him and Bruce racing against Clay to try and get to JD first.

I have some questions for God au.

1.why are Bruce and clay hunting him? (We're they gonna kill him?)

2.why did Jd leave

3. What kind of God's were brozone? (Maybe Bruce will be an ocean God?)

4.how will this effect the movies

5.is Jd shipped with anyone

6.what will happen if they find him?

7.where do they live? (Maybe in the sky since their gods)

8.are they big/tall

9.is there more gods other than brozone

10.are we gonna have a fanfic if unusual brother fanfic is done?

Clay is hunting him because he's mad and Bruce is hunting him to save him.

2. There was an incident involving his powers that caused him to panic and leave.

4. Less than you think but more than my other stories. Branch isn't too involved with the other brothers god stuff so his whole thing with Poppy is still there.

The Mount Rageons aren't bugs, I'm actually not sure what I want them to be yet. The Bergens are lizard like and the trolls are bugs. Maybe Velvet and Veneer could be frogs. I dunno yet.

JD doesn't come back. Theres no way for them to come back sadly. He raises Clay on his own on the move while Spruce raises Floyd and Branch.

What if... Nova and River had survived? Had Nova and River survived that fateful Trollstice, Nova would have cracked after his near death experience. He would scoop Creek up and drag River along and go find Grandma. Now, if I remember my own lore right, Creek would be 4 and Branch 5 at this time. And Rosiepuff still alive. So Nova and his mom have this whole... thing. Not long after, River and Nova's second egg (which they had in the original universe when they died) hatches. And then a year later she's gone. They only had a year... And at this point Branch is inconsolable. So the letter is sent to John Dory and, the rest is history. This was inspired by the above concept art of Creek. @draco-after-dark decided they were brothers. So I snatched it. Im calling them, from left to right, Marsh, Brook, obvi Creek, and then Lake.

Secret of NIHM AU

Maybe this is too niche but I was watching the second movie and had thoughts. So NIHM are the Bergens and the trolls escaped with the help of Brozone's dad. Just thinking about the song Tim has in the second movie and thinking about it with one of the brothers. It gives Branch vibes and JD could be Martin.

YEAHHHHHHHHH Im so glad you're interested in my silly little half-baked idea. JD as Martin just fits way to well for me. The way Martin was just over experimented on and that warped his mind and turned him evil and the way he gets fixed at the end. Oh it just gives JD vibes. And Branch as Tim is everything to me because I was thinking of the song TIm sings near the beginning about his dad and thinking about how Branch was the youngest and would never meet their dad and just mmmmmm. Jenny is Poppy. I know there are only 4 siblings in Secret of NIHM but adding one more isn't too hard. I'm thinking auntie Shrew is Grandma but it's more like mom's mother-in-law shrew. A lot of this is pure vibes lol.
