The vibe is Holloween Holiday with Lavender Town Theme, but in April. You should check it out before the event goes away.
We decided with friends that 11 march would be Volkner's day (do not ask why...I can't give you any rational explanation other than today is a nice day to celebrate Volkner, it is in no way official or anything XD) so have the very first drawings I've ever made of him (from like 2 months ago) + a bonus sketch I made today
Is there such a thing as too many Volkner sketches ? I don't think so !
Found a perfect excuse to draw blushing Volkner ! It's one of the first drawings I made of him, I was still figuring out how to draw him bach then
And here we have an electrik gym leader in his natural environment, he spotted an unknown machine that sparkled his interest ! Little did he know a predator was near, ready to act...
He got dragged away (rip jacket). No machine tinkering for today !
Doodled an alt version undercut about Luxray trying to drag him by his chain instead (+me rambling about Volkner and Luxray)
I love them so much-
Luxray is rather stubborn and prideful ! Volkner knows that very well, he's used to it at this point XD I don't think incidents like this ever lead to fights, they are too close by now, but I could imagine that maybe at first they had their moment haha ! But who could ever stay mad at such a beautiful big cat ?
Funny headcanon would be that Luxray has a somewhat good sense of style, so he can and will judge people's style. Good thing Volkner has a cool style ! Too bad Luxray's sharp claws and teeth may cause damage to those nice looking clothes. But hey, that's what having a cat is ! We love our cats even when they destroy all our possession.

Have some Volkner digital sketches ! Just for info I'm gonna put the Volkner propaganda on hold because I got into another fandom and been making lots of art of it ! Can't wait to show y'all the stuff I've been cooking hehehe, it's very different from pokemon but of course I ain't forgetting about pokemon, it's something I always return to at some point or another haha, might draw some pokemon related stuff in between fanarts of the new thing I'm into !

Okay next one up is our depressed Boi ♡Sunyshore City's electric type Gym leader Volkner! I think he's way too under appreciated :')
Did you know he got the offer to be one of Sinnoh's elite four? But he didn't take the offered position because he wasn't allowed to make changes at the Pokémon Leagues building. His only condition was to tinker and they said no hahaha.
